They replaced an outdoor faucet and a sump pump. All work explained beforehand, pointing out the issues involved. They even corrected the old, faulty sump exit pipe installation. The resulting work was clean, professional. -

A great experience from start to finish. Professional, prompt, punctual.When my hot water heater burst, I had no idea what to do, or who to call. A quick Google search answered both of these questions. First of all, I took care of turning off and draining my water heater myself, then I called Tim Nate.Marie answered the phone in a friendly manner and talked me through the process of replacing the heater. She quoted me and told me that she would contact her plumbers and determine when one was available. She gave me a call a few minutes later and told me that servicemen would be arriving later that day.About 20 minutes before they arrived, Marie called me again explaining that they were on their way. When Aaron and Gilbert arrived, they were friendly and professional. They were surprised to see that the heater was already drained and informed me that this would likely save me money off of my original quote, which it did. They were quick to work and wasted little time. They were good natured and easy to to talk to. Before I knew it, they were finished. The new water heater was installed, and the old one was removed.If there is one small bit of criticism to share it is this: my incident took place during the COVID-19 pandemic. None of the employees I interacted with were wearing masks. Masks were not required by any state or local ordinance at the time, but would have been appreciated. Luckily, virtually all interactions I had took place out of doors, and I sanitized the equipment once they had left my property.From start to finish, Tim Nate Plumbing made this experience hassle-free and easy. They took care of everything while I was able to take care of lawn work. I highly recommend them to anyone needing a water heater replaced or any other plumbing services! -

These guys are awesome. They installed a new water heater at my house 4.5 years ago and it went out at 11:30 at night on a Tuesday. I called Wednesday morning right after they opened and they picked right up. The receptionist asked if she could text me, to which I gladly obliged as I was at work all day. She soon texted me to inform me that my water heater was covered under the six year warranty, but they did not have the correct size in stock, but they could have one delivered and installed the next day. Great! The dude that came to install it was just that, a dude. Very nice and courteous and cleaned up really well. I cannot recommend these guys enough! -
