I called & they got me in within a day. Electrician had the problem fixed smoothly & quickly. Lynn in the office is super nice & helpful. A great local company to deal with !!!

Good experience with Nickels. Quoted an external hot tub outlet and did a good job at quoted price. During install, the electrician accidentally drilled through external wall near panel (different location than hot tub outlet, opposite side of house). He asked if he could cover the outside hole with another outlet. It worked out fine for me because I could use that outlet!

You really couldn’t ask for better. We had issues going on last night and he showed up in the middle of the night and had everything sorted ASAP. Extremely kind and professional. I explained that I was in school to be a journeyman electrician and he explained everything to me while he was doing it. I learned a lot from this encounter. It really was the perfect experience and you couldn’t ask for better. Thank you so much.

We upgraded to 200amp service. We received a few estimates and Nichols Electric came in hundreds under others. Lynn was super at getting us scheduled and coordinating WPS. After having a record spring blizzard, they STILL came and got the job done. Eric and Nick worked steady and were a great team. Finished the house in 7hrs. Simply the best service for residential electrical work in Manitowoc! I went through half a dozen other electricians in the area and waited for months just for an estimate!! Then a friend recommended Nichols and a few short weeks later the work is getting done, and done RIGHT! I absolutely could not be happier! This is the ONLY electrician in Manitowoc in my book!

They put a new wire in my living room also fixed a coue plugins in kitchen, they are coming back later this month to install a outdoor flood light for horse barn,very good service

Just had a basic service call, but could not get anyone to come out. Nichols not only answered their phone but followed up with an appointment time. The technician was friendly and was only here for 10 minutes. I am glad I found them.
