    We had a kitchen fire and everything had to be replaced. NVB Contracting came in to assess. They went to bat for us with the insurance company. They stayed in constant contact with us even after work hours and replied almost immediately. They pleasantly worked with us no matter how many times we changed our mind about paint color, flooring type, cabinet style, etc. They made sure our kitchen turned out exactly the way we wanted it to look. They did excellent work in a timely manner. We worked with Eric and Josh at NVB. They were professional, honest and two of the nicest people to do business with. I highly recommend NVB Contracting!

    NVB was great. Jeff Smith (the lead contractor) was really nice to work with, He helped me every step of the way. I had storm damage and had to have my roof replaced & gutters, windows wrapped and new screens. Fence and deck work done.     I’m pleased to say that I selected NVB Contracting to replace my roof and gutters after sustaining damage as a result of a hail storm last year. Their rep, Casey Coffman, carefully outlined in detail the steps to be taken as well as the options available to replace the damage. In the end NVB was true to their word and provided quality materials and superb service. I’d recommend them for restoration services unconditionally.

    Rory Zack and the two crews he brought with him removed and replaced approximately 80 square of shingles on our house and shop in one day! The crews did an excellent job, removing and installing the shingles. After completing the roofing, they cleaned up all around the buildings. There was no evidence that they were even here for the whole day. Thanks to them all for an excellent job.

    Mr Coffman was professional and patient to advocate with our insurance to make sure each repair of our roof, gutters, window casings, and spouts were up to code, uniform, and made from materials that are up to todays efficiency standards in a way that didn’t go beyond what our insurance would match. We are very pleased with the process (including the digital process of contracts) and the results. Highly recommend NVB but ESPECIALLY if you can work with Mr Coffman

    Willy caballero and his team did a wonderful job replacing my roof due to hail damage. Not only did they replace the roof, but they also took care of the leg work behind the scenes, by contacting my insurance company and helping me file the claim. They walked me through this process step by step from beginning to end, the communication was friendly and top notch, making it a very smooth operation. The team worked fast, and efficiently. They replaced the roof on my rancher in one day. Cleanup was excellent, all trash, nails, old shingles, and roofing debris were cleaned up, and cleared from the yard, there were no left-over messes for me to clean up, it was all done by the roofing team. If youre looking for a great respectable professional roof replacement, I highly recommend NVB Contracting, to be your go to contractor. I feel as thou I made a new friend by working with Willie and his crew, they are a great group of people.

    We had our roof replaced by NVB. I was extremely happy with their professionalism, customer service and quality of work. Working with rep, Charlie Pizzola is a great pleasure. Hes very knowledgeable and responsible, upfront with everything from start to finish. Charlie did a fantastic job with my insurance claims adjuster and helped me with all the paper work. He kept me informed of when materials would be delivered and when the work would be done. The crews were great and the clean-up afterwards was superb. And above all, theyre very nice people. I would highly recommend them when needing a new roof especially when going through the insurance process.

    I had a leak on my ceiling in my bedroom. Mr. Josh Lambert and Mr. Eric Bradley came out to my residence and went on the roof and inside the crawl space. They both explained to me what needed to be done. On an emergency basis, the work was completed within three days from the first contact with NVB Contracting. I highly recommend this company for their excellent customer service and support and outstanding completion of the work that was done. I will definitely use NVB Contracting for drywall repair and painting in the future.

    We engaged NVB to repair serious water damage to our home after a pipe burst and leaked through and damaged all 3 floors of our home. It was easy to work with them, their team was respectful to my home and family while they were in there working for over 3 weeks, and the quality of their work was excellent. In many cases they fixed preexisting imperfections during the course of their work so we feel it looks better than before the incident. We are very happy with the outcome.Below is a general list of the work they did on my home.-Repaired 3 bathrooms including floor tiling and drywall-Replaced carpet in 5 rooms, 2 hallways and a set of stairs-Repaired and replaced drywall on all three floors - walls and ceilings-Matched color and painted all damaged rooms, doors, trim, and moldings-Installed over 1200 square feet luxury vinyl plank flooring to include LVP on the stairs leading to the basement

    First and foremost, NVB Contracting provided us with a 5-star roof product with excellent craftsmanship. They also replaced our old skylights that were an irregular shape and collaborated solutions to that problem with us at multiple points until everyone was happy with the result. I give an overall 4 star experience due to an unforeseen circumstance the day of installation where the foreman of the job was out sick with COVID. Unfortunately that led to a lack of communication with my family during the installation where we did not know what was happening when (we have small children with nap schedules) or that the installation was going to be a two-day process; we were basically ignored. I do not think that this is a typical experience, however, as at all other phases of the project, I had direct communication with the foreman and the president of the company, who came out personally to our home to sign the paperwork and walk us through the process of filing an insurance claim. They communicated directly with our insurance and adjuster and did a great deal to alleviate the guess work out of dealing with insurance - I even had the presidents cell phone number and was able to call him directly with questions, which I did and received patient and helpful explanations. Despite the incongruent levels of attention we received at the different phases of the project, I would recommend NVB Contracting. We are absolutely happy with the finished product. Again, 5/5 roof, and the installation team also did a good job cleaning up.

    We highly recommend NVB Contracting. After a hailstorm, our whole roof had to be replaced. We had our insurance company inspect our roof for storm damage and the insurance company approved the replacement before we signed a contract with NVB.  Working with NVB has been a great experience from start to finish. Willie Gomes is extremely knowledgeable and professional. He explained every step and detail of the process and handled all the paperwork with the insurance. Throughout the process he was in touch regularly to keep us informed. The whole crew was also very professional. The new roof is beautiful. We got a great new roof for very little out of pocket.

    After the great experience our son and daughter-in-law had with NVB Contracting for their roof replacement, we decided to call them to inspect our roof. We were not disappointed! Jeremy and Kevin identified storm damage on our roof and guided us through the process of filing a claim with our insurance company. They made sure to be present when the insurance company adjuster inspected the roof, which was a big help to ensure all relevant damage was covered. They explained all our roof replacement options up front and the work was done promptly after the insurance adjustment was issued.     Highly recommend, great service, very professional, cant say enough. We have a very large roof, they came out and got it all done in a single day. Roof looks FANTASTIC!! Team took great care to cover the entire front of the house to protect the windows and landscaping while removing the old roof.     We had storm damage, and our neighbor recommended calling NVB. They were very responsive and came out to do a free assessment of the house. We had damage to the roof, siding, screens, and gutters/downspouts. NVB worked with us and our insurance company to make sure everything was covered and done quickly. Weve had many roofing companies approach us over our time in our house; however, NVBs professionalism has been top-notch, far exceeding their competition.     Have had some shingles missing off my roof for some time. Went on Home Advisor and had some Contractors / Roofers contact me. The first people went up on my roof and then told me all I need was to replace the shingles and only quoted me that. I asked more than once for an estimate to replace my roof and they pretty much ignored me. Eric from NVB was the second person to come out. He went up on the roof, checked it out, did some measurements and explained everything to me so I could understand it. He told me he would e-mail me a proper estimate that evening and he did. After two other contractors came out, I decided to use NVB. I liked that they had a great BBB rating and with all the checking I did, never saw anything negative about them. I called Eric and told them they had the job. He told me my shingles would be delivered on Monday (7/7/14) and they were. He told me that he and his crew would be here on Wednesday and that it should only take 1 day to install the new roof. Eric sent me a photo on Facebook at 4pm saying they were finished. He posted photos of the job and it looked good. I got home Wednesday around 6pm and thought my new roof looked GREAT. No debris or trash in my yard, or my driveway. Even my neighbors complimented me on the look of the roof. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend NVB to anyone. I think they did a great job and everything went exactly as they said. Thanks NVB.

    With all the severe storms this year, I noticed that many people in the area have been getting their roofs done. So, with all that demand, I assumed that getting someone to address our roof in a timely fashion (before any further damage could occur) would be difficult at best. But after receiving a referral from a friend, I gave NVB a call. They came out promptly, handled everything with my insurance company and have hit all the dates for delivering materials and installation.     I live in Glen Allen, VA and we had the roof replaced with NVB recently. Kevin F. came out to the house prior to making a decision and he was very professional and thorough.     I interviewed four companies before deciding on NVB for my roofing job. This is a small but well established and well run business; I think it is important to support small businesses. Their prices are very competitive, and their work is superior. The owner of the company, Eric Bradley, came several times throughout the day to check on the progress of the crew, and to ensure that the work was being done to my satisfaction. At the end of the day I was left with a beautiful new roof, a clean yard, and a bank account that wasnt wiped out.

    Recently had siding damage due to wind storm. NVB Contracting were out the next day to install a covering over the damaged area and then immediately began working on the insurance claim with me. During the process, I was always kept in the loop with texts and emails. I found NVB professional and actively working on my claim during the entire process. The final result of the siding job was impressive. We were able to very closely match our style and color. The workmanship was very good. My wife and I are very pleased with the final result.

    During a wind storm we had some siding blow off of our 3 story town house. We had heard about NVB Contracting LLC from a friend who has used NVB for a roof replacement. I was not certain that NVB did siding as my co worker used them for roofing. When I called NVB and told them about my problem they said they could handle it no problem. NVB was right on the job they came out on Sunday and fixed the siding at a great price. I did not think they would come so quick but low and behold they were there on the next day to fix the siding.     Eric Bradley and his crew just installed a new roof on our house and did a terrific job!! Id gotten six estimates on the roofing, and it was amazing how wildly they varied. Not only was NVB Contractings the lowest of the six, but in discussing the project with Eric, I had the sense from the beginning that theyd do the best job. I was not disappointed in the least! They were very timely and efficient, and the finished roof looks great! They also did a great job of clean-up afterwards. This was an especially significant issue with our house, since we had two layers (6000 sq ft) of shingles to be removed. Id recommend them to anyone, and theyll be at the top of my list in the future for other projects.

    This is the third time I have had the pleasure of contracting roof replacement with NVB. The first was at my home in Fredericksburg VA, the results being so satisfactory that I went back to them to have my mothers roof replaced 3 years years later, and just lately, when my vacation home in the Shenendoa mountains needed replacement who else would I go to but NVB. Once again the cost estimate was well below some larger and well advertized companies and in line with local mom and pop companies. NVB arrived at the agreed time and date, performed the needed work in one day, replaced damaged plywood and thoroughly cleaning the site of all material. The crew was courtious, kept me informed of needed repairs and welcomed me up on the roof to explained where additional work was needed. I am quite satisfied with the work performed and gladly recommend their work to others.

    We recently had NVB replace our roof and repair some damage on an inside room. Overall the project was completed and looks real good.There (as in all projects) some hiccups.1. The building materials showed with no notice that they were going to be delivered. The truck sent was unable to go up our steep driveway and another method was used.2. We were told a date when the work was schedule and that it would take 2 days. No one showed up on that day and we were unable to get in touch with our Project/Sales Manager. We finally got in touch with someone from NVB and found that they work was scheduled for the next and was planned for a 1 day job.Jeremy Trullio was our Project Manager. He was helpful, always had explanations, and available for communications most of the time.We are pleased with the work and would recommend NVB contracting. However you should expect things to be adjustable.

    It has been a pleasure working with NVB CONTRACTING LLC from start to finish. I was always able to get in touch with either Jeremy or Evan. The process of getting my roof replaced after the storm can be confusing both Jeremy & Evan helped make the whole process much simpler. They where flexible with my schedule and took allot of care when installing my roof. The roof only took two days where very efficient clean when performing any work they took extra precautions when working on my home. for example they spent extra time getting all the nails out of the yard after the install also they gathered all materials after the install. I have had other homes done lots of project on my homes I really wanted to point out that these are not your typical contractors I would definitely recommend them to friends an family. I am hoping they get a cute magnet so i can put on my fridge so i have there number handy for future projects.     We had a roof that failed after 14 years because it was improperly installed by the builder; frustrating to say the least. When I contacted NVB, Eric came out the next day to give me an estimate. He helped identify why the section of our roof had failed (improper installation-high nailed shingles) and inspected the whole roof for other wind damage/faulty installation when most other estimators would only pull up a satellite image and calculate costs. Eric promptly responded to questions (even when he was traveling out of town). We had researched and gotten estimates from several other companies and in the end selected NVB to do the repair. We are happy with the results and would recommend Eric and NVB to anyone looking for roofing work.

    Very pleased with NVB Contracting. The recent windstorm brought down two of our fascia pieces at the peak of our house. NVB Contracting had replaced our roof due to hail damage in 2014 and did an amazing job so I reached out to them again. NVB sent two guys out the next morning (still windy) to replace the fascia. Great job, great price, and great response time from this company.

Jhonatan arranged for the team to replace the piece of siding and apply matching paint - for a perfect repair. The roof on our screen porch required a creative modification to slope away from the house.     My wife and I were introduced to NVB from the work they were performing on a neighbors house (siding and roofing), and knowing we were in the market for siding replacement, and seeing the quality output next door, decided to solicit NVB for a bid. Eric was very straightforward with what would be done, as well as what didnt need to be done (we were on the fence about the roof) and even pointed out some weather related damage to consider for a claim. Up front, he mentioned that he would do all the leg work with both the insurance company and our HOA, and that any claims not accepted wouldnt be worked or charged. He said it and he did it; we didnt once have to deal with the HOA, and the only interactions we had with the insurance company were a handful of confirmation phone calls and claims e-mails. Even better than receiving quality work over a short period of time from the NVB team, Eric himself came on-site (and off the clock) after all the work was completed to address a potential collateral damage issue from the siding installation (later inspection from both Eric and a knowledgeable independent resource confirmed that there was no issue from NVB).     Roofing issues stink but Eric came on a Sunday to help with a roof leak issue. I called 4 companies and he was the only one to respond on a Sunday.     During a wind storm we had some aluminum siding blow off of our town house. When I called NVB and told them about my problem Jhonatan came right out and put up a tarp to cover the exposed wood.     After the 3 feet of snow in Winter 2016, we noticed internal leaking in our home that pointed to a compromised roof. We contacted NVB to assist us with an insurance-claim estimate and repair.Every step of the process was professionally handled, politely done, and explained thoroughly to our satisfaction. We were assisted through every step of the process. All questions, no matter how small or silly, were fielded and explained. Everyone was prompt, had a professional, competent look and demeanor, and did excellent work exactly as promised.The owner made a couple of extra recommendations that were affordable and sensible (he was not up-selling us just to squeeze a buck out of it.) He explained all the reasons in detail, and we had veto power if we had wished it.The interior repairs actually looked nicer than the rooms originally did! You cannot even see a single flaw in either ceiling now. Everyone was gentle with our belongings (some we moved aside, some were delicate or antiques). They were in and out for the room repair in a day.We had no issues being able to communicate clearly and correctly with the owners, insurance people, or repair workers.I hope our roof holds for decades to come, but I wouldnt hesitate to call this company again, should we need them. You can trust them to do the job correctly, the first time.
