    TJ arrived on time that was easily scheduled. He was friendly and professional. After assessing the situation he got right to work setting up his tools and equipment to get going on the job. He happily explained what needed to be done and asked pertinent questions. After clearing the drain, he continued to run, the snake further out to check and see if thereā€™s anything else causing a blockage. He explained what could be done to help keep from having this happen again. It was a very positive experience and I would certainly recommend his services and call him again if I needed to.

    Amazing service. Went into my basement and found a horrible sewage backup affecting multiple areas. Searched on Google for someone who could help and saw Liberty Drain. Called them at 3pm and left a message...At 3:01 I had a callback from TJ and 20 minutes later he was at my house. Within minutes after that he diagnosed the issue and unclogged the issue. I got very lucky finding them, but really glad I did.

    I contacted Liberty Drain through a recommendation from someone who had used them for a drain assessment solution. TJ from Liberty arrived on time and we consulted a bit and then he went right to work! TJ went through all of my gutter leader drains to ensure there were no blockages. These drains were all buried under ground. He sent cameras in to search for blockages and also to let me know where the drains are actually flowing to! Everyone needs to do this if they are a homeowner or a new homeowner to ensure that water will not back up into your house! Thankfully, everything was all clear as this was a proactive visit and TJ explained where all of my roof and house perimeter water flows to!     I had a complex problem with a property that involved a storm drain and some masonry, and I needed to figure it out. I called Roto Rooter first and got an estimate...I passed. Then I thought about buying a DIY drain camera on Amazon...not a good plan! When TJ came out, the images from his scope were much clearer than anything I had seen online. Most importantly, he (1) explained exactly what was the pictures meant, including the true condition of different sections of drain; (2) pinpointed the areas of concern from above-ground; (3) scoped a second drain I hadnt even known was there (so this guy figures out something in 5 minutes that Id missed for 15 years taking care of this property? Amazing!!); and (4) gave me a good perspective on the entire problem to help me manage the masonry issues that will arise. We are lucky to have this guy in Westchester!!
