There are few and far between who truly take pride in their work and prioritize the customer like Santiago and crew. Santiago has performed several jobs at my apartment and for my neighbors. Santiago handled all project related services with the greatest sense of professionalism, courtesy, and proved to be reliable and committed to the customer.

Referred to us by our painter, Swick Painting because we had some work to be done before painting.The whole process was very professional and timely. Scoped job, gave quote, took deposit, did work, reviewed work (and additional scope) with owner, gave final invoice and picked up final payment. They took pictures of everything as well to show not only what they did, but what they discovered.Made a point of cleaning up jobsite between days as well.Great communication as well. SM Remodeling will be on my list to recommend for friends and family.

We needed our front porch replaced and heard from a friend that Santiago and his coworker were terrific and responsive. They called back within a day and sent an estimate within a week! The whole project was complete and beautifully done in 3 weeks. We should have done it sooner and we loved working with Santiago and his team!
