    We received quotes from 5 different window companies before selecting Window World. From quote to installation they offered exceptional customer service. Our salesman Andrew was very professional and not pushy. Our home has several special size windows. A few other companies couldnā€™t make them. Window World was able to accommodate. They double checked measurements and everything was installed properly. Our installation crew let by Leo was top notch. Very professional and talented. They knocked out our whole house (28 windows) in one day. Windows are very good quality and the finishing details met our HOA requirements. I highly recommend Window World for your next project.

    We loved our whole experience with Window World. Milton presented us with wonderful options on the sales end, and we greatly appreciated the up front pricing. Installation was fast and painless, and the windows look wonderful! Kathy then followed up a few weeks later and made sure everything had gone well, that we were satisfied, and that we remembered to take advantage of our incredible warranty if needed. Weā€™ll be coming back to Window World for the rest of our windows in the future!

    We ordered windows from Jason and Window World. The windows came in much faster than we anticipated. I got a call from WW on Thursday 10/24/24 letting me know our windows had arrived. We scheduled installation for the next day. Wow!Leo and a three man crew showed up on time and got to work. They replaced 15 windows on our house in about 5 hours. The trim and calk looks very nice. The crew cleaned up all trash, we inspected each window from inside and outside. Leo then helped me to understand the operation of all windows. Leo and crew communicated very clearly when they would arrive, what to expect and got the job done in record time.This process was so easy!Thanks!

    Josh came out to discuss windows with us and was helpful with our selection. Leo and his team did an excellent job installing our 30 windows in one afternoon! The team was friendly and did a thorough job with clean up. The only reason I couldnā€™t give 5 stars is because the measurements of the windows were written on the sill in pen so now we have to repaint. Other than that, great experience.

    Quick professional work, love these new windows and the warranty is bar none, any issues can be fixed fright away. The installers were early and did an amazing and efficient job of installing. At the end they explained all aspects of window operation, warranty, and maintenance.     Salesmen were respectful and thorough. The installation was quick and competent. My only issue was there was a handful of glass shards left in my driveway from the installation team. Probably a small oversight. I need to recheck the area around the windows to ensure there arent anymore laying around.Update: I found more debris laying around last night after i posted this. Window world did however come out today and finished cleaning the area. So I am hoping there are no more broken pieces in my yard when I check again tonight.Thank you for addressing my issue!

    They pulled through... my windows were drafty, vibrating, and installed incorrectly. These guys came back and did us all a huge favor!!!! They fix these windows up to be the biggest part of my curb appeal! James was dream to work with. The crew they sent out works so efficiently and really knew what they were doing. I am 100000% pleased with these windows! Guys I know Window World is expensive...but they really back up their products. They strive to make it right!     I had a great experience with Window World. Kevin Elwell (sales) was extremely knowledgeable about the product. He was thorough when discussing all of the options, the pros and cons, and kept me updated during the process whenever I had questions. He was also very patient with our animals who were simply obsessed with him during the visit. This was one of the first projects in our home & it was smooth sailing. The installation team - I think the lead was named Vinny - was also very good. When were ready to buy more windows for the house, Im going to call Kevin immediately since killed it the first time around.

    Leo and his crew managed to install 42 windows in a single day and to trim them out on the next. Two days! They are fast, polite, professional, and most certainly excellent at what they do. 10/10, do recommend!Update: Since having new windows installed, Ive been able to adjust my thermostat since thermal transfer has been greatly mitigated. Road noise has also been significantly reduced with the exception of cars with loud and annoying exhausts. This wasnt an inexpensive purchase, but it was definitely worth it already.EDIT: Kathy Franks followed up with us now that the job is complete. She reviewed the install to make sure everything looked right and reinforced the nearly unconditional warranty on the windows. She was polite, pleasant, and Iā€™m glad to have had her follow up with us. 10/10, do recommend!!!Check out the photos. I wish I had pictures of my old originally installed windows for a comparison. Price was right, quality was top, customer service was supreme.

    The salesman David was professional, informative, knowledgeable, and curtious. He did not use any high pressure sales tactics to get you to sign a contract, which was refreshing. The scheduling predictions were dead on and the install crew showed at the right time. Throughout the ordering process the consumer was appriased of the order and everything went smoothly.     Everything was great except for clean up. Glass was found on my daughters bed, our bathroom floor, and outside on our back porch.     I contacted them to replace 6 windows in a room that was always really warm. Installation was quoted as being 8 weeks out, however we got a call in half that time saying they were available and ready to install, which was a pleasant surprise. The installer showed up when he said he would and was very accommodating with my request to keep the door to that room closed as much as possible while the windows were being replaced (Im allergic to wasps and didnt want any to fly into the rest of the house). A piece of the window trim ended up flying off into our pool and they notified me immediately that they tried to get it out with the pool net but couldnt get it and asked how best to get it out so it didnt cause damage. I really appreciate that they let me know right away and it was easy enough to get the piece that fell in, which they then disposed of. Installer and his crew were pleasant and efficient. Theres a noticeable difference in the temperature of that room now and we plan on contacting Window World again when were ready to replace other windows of our home.

    Nash 2 was awesome! Major issues with initial install of the sliding glass doors. (installation was upside down). Window world sales was wanting me to spend another $800-1000 to fix the issue, even mentioned a lien on my house if I didnā€™t pay. However cooler heads prevailed and they sent Nash 2 crew in the next day. They noticed what the problem was in 2 minutes. Then quickly & efficiently uninstalled & reinstalled the doors. They were very professional and Patrick explained all their efforts to us as they worked. The original crew did all 17 windows superbly as well, including a gorgeous picture window (attached below). So overall it was a great investment on this 60 yr old house, it really looks beautiful.

    How can I say, Iā€™m very happy with my new windows and sliding back door. It took 2 days but Patrick and his uncle the installers did it right. I was lucky to have them. There were small issues with the install but he took care of everything. Iā€™m very happy. Patrick is a interesting fella. Good work values. Stories about his Honda when he was younger. Very interesting. Now letā€™s discuss Milton Marquette the salesperson. Great job. The explanation of the install and the process was awesome. Everything that he measured was correct. I like the 0% APR finance for 15 months. Easy to talk with. We got the 4000 series windows. Pretty good quality on the windows for the price. Overall great upgrade from my old single pane leaking windows from the 50ā€™s. I canā€™t be more happier.

I was fortunate to have the pleasure of getting a very professional, skillful, and patient installer by the name Mark. Who worked diligently in the heat and late night to complete the work in and timely manner. Mark did work that was above and beyond my expectations. If you are in need of any home improvements his work is worth the cost. I am very thankful he was sent out to my home to install all 13 of my windows.

    The installation guys really sold me on the company. They should be the ones selling your windows! They knew everything about them. Weā€™re extremely friendly and Knowledgeable I was shocked when they put my windows in because the salesman told me that they would cut them out with a sawzalland only one side would open. They did not cut them out with a sawzall, they removed them by hand and both side sides open. I donā€™t care that the main guy needed a translator. If they would have been the guys that showed up to sell me the windows I needed, I would have had 5 quotes! G and his crew are the shit!

    What a great crew that replaced our window!! Bruno and his guys should be the poster guys for great customer service. They called when they were on their way. Upon arrival and demo of old window found the base piece had rotted due to the leak in old window. He replaced piece and installed the new window. Plus, they cleaned up everything!!!!
