    Well just like their name implies, Quick Action Plumbers, I called the Mableton location at 9am about a problem with my pressure reducing valve, after hanging up the very nice receptionist text me, scheduling me for a time window of 10am - 1pm, letting me know that the Technician would text me when they were on their way. At 10am the Technician text me and he was there at 10:05am along with his associate! They were both professional and extremely nice, and did a great job replacing the valve. Plus they gave me a senior citizen discount!

    Perfect service recovery!!I’ve used Quick action since I purchased my home and have been very pleased with their work. This specific time I contacted them about a leaking pipe under my bathroom sink. A technician was sent out the same day to service the sink. I was unpleased with the work because although he repaired the leak, I paid for a pop up assembly and the technician did not fully replace the assembly, only the pull-up. I contacted the office the next day to address the issue, they asked for pictures and agreed that the service was not completed.No questions asked they went into service recovery mode. I was fully refunded for the sink, the parts were ordered to complete the job and service was scheduled to correct the issue.Today they replaced the pop up assembly free of charge and I added the other sink as it is a double sink and they replaced it for a discounted fee.I will continue to use quick action for all of my plumbing needs. I was impressed by their service recovery and quick handling of this issue, no excuses were made just resolve!!Great customer service and great work always!! I highly recommend Quick action for all plumbing needs!

    Willy Lopez and his team did a fantastic job installing the Rinnai tankless water heater RE199IN. It took 4 hours to install, we are now able to enjoy nice continuous hot water .Willy also shared the yearly maintenance and product registration, warranty details.     Quick Action plumbers are just that, quick action. They came replaced my water heater upgraded me from a 40 gallon to a 50 gallon for the same price. There was a minor Issue after the install, but the Owner sent the technicians back out there to rectify the problem. The owner and technicians were very professional and very thorough. As a landlord with a few properties Im giving them my highest recommendation to anyone with plumbing issues. Great job guys..

    Me being a home owner and renting my unit out in a condo setting in Atlanta GA, while living in Philadelphia has been a challenge related to any kind of repairs, to say the least.     We realized our toilet was overflowing and was damaging our ceiling below. I am so glad we called these guys they came out same day and were able to get the problem solved. Called them at 1pm in the afternoon when we realized we had a problem and are so grateful they were able to get us scheduled and have one of their guys come out within a couple of hours. They are truly the 9-1-1 for plumbing emergencies.

    EDIT #2: I ended up calling them back for the same project a few months later. This time, they gave me a more complete quote and included a discount given our previous challenges. I was impressed with their ability to deal with adversity and adapt. We found pipes that didnt go where we thought they would and were able to adapt the plan on the fly. We also found an extra 8 inches of concrete beneath the walls below the walls. This required extensive jackhammering. They rolled with the punches, even bringing in a generator as the saw had been tripping breakers with the added stress. They were able to get through it all after taking an extra day, and in the end addressed all our problems. So while we did have a hiccup the first time around, that seems to be an isolated incident and they really do care.EDIT: The office manager called me immediately after this exchange and explained the situation, owned up to the mistake they made, and offered to help make it right. I now believe this was more a poor interaction in the moment explaining the situation (e.g. we sent the wrong guy). I certainly appreciate the professionalism and honesty of the office management.We have bellied pipes below our foundation that are causing blockages. We need to cut up the concrete foundation and re-lay properly graded pipes. Had them come out and walk the unfinished basement. We had the lines traced so they knew exactly where everything was, measured and re-measured. Called and reviewed with them before committing. Scheduled three weeks out.Guys came on-site only to leave half an hour later. I then get a call saying they couldnt honor the quote because there was a lot of concrete to cut. Apparently the quote was for 30 ft of concrete cutting but this looked to me more than 70 - 100 ft. Their explanation was that they sent the wrong guy who didnt know how to quote the work. The interaction felt very unprofessional and I decided not to continue at this point.

After a couple failed trails to repair the unit, They eventually made the decision to replace the water heater which was under warranty.     I called around to find someone who can fix my issue in the same day. Many other companies said that the earliest they can come is 2 days later. But my issues were in toilet and shower that I really needed to get them fixed immediately. When I called Quick Action Plumber, they understood urgency and sent someone within an hour. Technicians were courteous, had mask and shoe covers on which I really appreciated. They explained to me what they are going to do and showed me estimate price. To be very honest, the price was higher than I expected but they fixed my issues quickly and ensured everything is working okay after they fixed. I would recommend this company.

    Quick Action Plumbers are the best in town! Willy and Felix are always so professional and helpful. They go beyond the call of duty and are honest and transparent regarding the necessary work that needs to be done. I have used them twice now. The first time, they fixed an issue that the City of Atlanta hired them to do, which was to install a back flow preventer. That job was done so well that I ditched my old plumbers and hired Quick Action for another plumbing issue I was experiencing. Again, Willy and team were fantastic!

    Hard not to be impressed. Called in the morning, got a same day appointment to troubleshoot a weird issue we had been having with hot and cold water mixing after some new construction. The plumber (Willy) was on time, extremely polite, and diagnosed the problem in 5 minutes. They even wear shoe covers when they come in.After that, I asked him about 10 other questions that I had on my mind and he answered each one patiently and thoroughly. The visit fee was very reasonable and I certainly would have had them do any repairs if they were needed. Highly recommend.

    3rd time Quick Action has serviced my kitchen sink leak repair. Within 3hours of my call in AM Quickaction technician called me 1hr ahead of schedule. Came out analyzed quoted fixed my leak. Within the AM 2hours after my call. Very Very good service. 1/10/24I day schedule Quick Action plumbers made my weekend and holiday good by the flexibility to fit me in and deliver excellent service for my plumbing issues in my basement. I called on Friday morning at 0830, answered told me that they could schedule me on following Monday 11/20 at 9am, but they would attempt to squeeze me in at 3pm but they would call me. At 1230 I was notified the plumber would be at my location at 3pm. He came on time resolved my plumbing leak resolved water pressure in my home and left before 6pm. It was quick and clean, fair fees for parts, labor, and very professional. Mimi and Tony of QuickAction took great care of my plumbing needs for my home. I was very impressed and glad I choose them. 11/18/17Quick Action Plumbers unfortunately had to come 2nd time Dec20, 2021 to repair another wall pipe leak. Roger and QAP team were on time, very good cleanup after finding and repairing the complicated wall leak. Very good service and thst is why I call QAP for my homes plumbing issues.

    Amazing! These guys are high quality and do a fantastic job. They really went above and beyond to correct the sub-par plumbing that was installed in a house I just purchased. I first called at about 7 a.m. and spoke to a real person, who said she would relay my message to one of the plumbers at 8 a.m. when they begin service. I received a call back from Ray, one of the plumbers, at 8:10 a.m. He told me he could come out to assess the problem around 9 a.m. He arrived on time, as promised, carefully assessed the issues, and began to fix them promptly. After taking the necessary steps to prepare my home for a proper renovation, Ray told me about a 5 for $500 service that Quick Action offers. I definitely wanted the service, and the peace of mind that comes with it. The following day Ray and his boss came back to completely re-plumb my waste lines, remount one of my toilets and drain the effluent from my showers and toilets. This was a lot of work, and they accomplished all of it in about 3 hours. I was really impressed by their promptness, professionalism, clean and uniform appearance, honesty and intelligence. I sincerely thank them for making my home livable again.

    I used Quick Action Plumbers for an issue at the school I work for. They were very quick to get to the school and assess the issue. The technician was very knowledgeable and able to fix the problem quickly. The prices were very reasonable for the amount of work done. He had to climb in the schools attic to get to the pipe/plumbing to unclog them. The technician had a very good attitude for being in the hot attic so long. I will definitely use Quick Action again.

    From now on, I will be using Quick Action Plumbers for all of my plumbing needs. Dakota and his team were amazing from start to finish. I needed to have my fill lines replaced and Dakota kept me informed of the process and completed the job in two days. Then when I moved back into my home, I was washing clothes and water backed up in my pipes which caused a sewage spill in the house. I contacted Dakota on a whim, at night, and he responded and came right out the next morning and fixed the problem with my main line in less than an hour. I cant thank this man enough. He is one of the most kindest and genuine human beings I have ever met. Quick Action definitely has a gem. Thank you Quick Action forgetting me up and running.

    These guys are so great! We had an appointment for them to come last Thursday to install a new sink. We had ordered the wrong size sink so they couldnt so anything on Thursday.     We had a dishwasher that wasnt draining. I called Quick Action and they were able to come next-day. The best - and most surprising - part was that the issue was with the appliance itself, not a plumbing issue. They scoped the issue, and since it was not something they could fix (we need a new pump), they didnt charge me a dime for the inspection and estimate. I am floored by that level of service and will be calling them moving forward with any plumbing needs without a doubt. Great and fair customer service.

    This was the best plumbing experience I’ve ever had. The city hired them after a series of events and mistakes made on a main water line at the end of our driveway. I was a little skeptical at first as the city had hired them but boy was I wrong. Im fairly handy so I tried to handle the situation myself by renting an electric drain cleaner from Home Depot. I ended up clearing the line, but 2 days later it backed up again, so I knew I needed help. I called Quik Action and they sent Gene out the same day to take a look. Turned out I had clogged the sewer by washing bacon grease down the line. He pressure washed the sewer line and I was flowing again. He didnt waste time or money by offering anything unnecessary, and explained in detail why he felt the pressure washing was the right solution. 3 weeks later and Im still running fine. Bacon grease goes in the trash though!

    I had called two other plumbers and both of them came in & basically refused to fix what I needed. The other two plumbers gave me prices for everything but what I needed all I needed was an expansion tank added it to my water heater. The other plumbers kept telling me I needed to add a shut off valve or I needed to add a pressure regulator.. that’s not true.. consumers get tricked every day with this “pressure regulator scam“. building code from the 1990s early 2000s did not require homes to have a pressure regulator valve that’s a new regulation that just started in 2010 or 2011 new construction. But the plumbing company will tell you if you don’t install the pressure regulator they can’t do the work!!!! which is a lie it’s a rip off and to get a pressure regulator cost over $1000.. which doesn’t include the cost for the services you actually need. Quick Plumber did the work I requested they were on time and I am satisfied with the work. I will definitely recommend them.
