    Needed (what I thought was) a straightforward faucet install: Tray came out promptly and took care of it. He was professional, knowledgeable and careful in my home. He encountered some problems with the spout and was adaptable, figuring out how to fix them right without fiddling with the estimate. He also noticed a separate issue with our water heater and house pressure. He included estimates for fixing those with no pressure to tag them on to the bill. Overall a great experience and now my faucet looks good and-most importantly-works.

    We sprung an odd leak at the front of the drive way. Michael (Poss) came out and explained the leak situation and repair cost. Grand total came out to $5400.00 to replace main water line and waterheater. Poss had to cut out a few sections of the drywall to find and run the new water lines. We have to repair the wall ourselves. So far no leaks at the driveway and the water bill seems lower.

    First time using Panther Plumbing but I have to say it was a very good experience. Trey was the plumber that fixed the sink and he is very professional and GREAT customer service that is hard to come by. If we have anymore issues we reach out and ask for him.

    I was surprised when I received my most recent water bill for August and saw it showed water usage 10 times greater than normal and called Panther Plumbing to set up an appointment for August 19, 2024. They sent Tray Galbreath who diagnosed the problem as the main water line from the meter in my front yard to the house. He was able to do the entire job the same day and that evening normal water service was restored. It was obvious from speaking to Tray a few times throughout the repair process that he has a lot of passion for what he does. If I ever need any repairs in the future I will not hesitate calling Panther Plumbing.

    We had an under the slab leak. Panther was able to get to our home with in the same week before the insurance company was even able to contact us about the event. They fixed the leak same day and did a wonderful job for reaching out and following up afterwards. I would highly recommend their services.

    Contacted Panther Plumbing for an emergency repair (main line between my meter and house had broke and my water bill was INSANE). When I called that had gotten me on the schedule to get a quote, the tech that was suppose to come had gotten held up on a job (understandable, as I’m an electrician and get how some days go) and he was going to be unable to make it on time, to make up for it, they had sent me one of their management guys to quote the job, They are veteran friendly and they do offer a veterans discount which helped me on the price as this is not a cheap repair. I chose to go with them on this project and they sent Josh Lewis to my house to do the work. Josh is A very hard working, very friendly and customer experience oriented young dude. He hand dug the new trench (which was no easy task as I know all too well from digging in this ground here), He laid the pex and made the connections in a little over half a day. Cleaned up well, filled in the trench, and Laid hay down to cover the dirt and help the clover seed I dumped down to grow back where the grass was no longer there from the repair. I Had a great overall experience. Would use them again for future work. Would recommend them.

Once he determined what was causing the problem, he did a great job replacing the washer box and pipes.     Tray and Karissa were simply amazing! I’m a clueless first-time homebuyer who bought a 1920 fixer-upper with lots of plumbing issues. Tray & Karissa were so patient and helpful in explaining how the plumbing works in my house. They spotted issues, provided timely solutions, and were super thorough. Karissa must have gone around my crawlspace at least a dozen times! They stayed until the job was done and left my house cleaner and better than when they arrived.     Panther Plumbing was able to squeeze me in when I called with an emergency. The technician, Colton Watkins, arrived and quickly found the issue. He was professional and explained everything before starting the work to unclog the main drain pipe to stop the leaking toilet and backed up kitchen sink. Once the work the work was completed Colton shared the video with me showing inside the pipe where it was clogged and then cleared. I would recommend Panther Plumbing for your plumbing needs.

    After reading the reviews our quote was Over all a bit pricey, but that doesn’t take away from Erik trying to work with us. Erik is a professional and his service was excellent. He was prompt, friendly, fast and over all a nice guy. Honestly he worked on our schedule and had to come the next day, even so he was on time and was super nice, his face that was pleasant with a friendly smile and he was very knowledgeable about his job… I would highly recommend this company.

    Tray and Karissa did a TOP NOTCH job!! On time, motivated, excellent communicators, respectful, efficient, awesome teamwork, proactive, professional, well versed in EVERYTHING about plumbing. Started out as a tub pump quote (Tray found a replacmemt part online in minutes), then Tray mentioned the expansion tank support and asked about my water pressure - Ive been waiting for another company to come check it out because it was at 39/40 PSI and my new pressure washer wouldnt work!! Tray gave a quote, and in minutes he and Karissa were installing a new PRV they had on the truck. 60 PSI!! The showers are better than theyve ever been!! He evaluated a broken urinal, gave recommendations for repair, while Karissa documented the age and performance of my 2 aging water heaters, and we all discussed how they had been installed in series, and new heater options, and a quote for the tub motor. More excellent communication later, I paid, got a sign out front, and Tray sent quotes and documents immediately to my email. This was the most efficient repair and visit ever!! And most importantly, Tray and Karissa are incredibly good people, skilled 10 X!! Great uniforms, impressive van, spoke admiringly of the Panther company like it was thier family. Just......WOW WOW WOW.

    I recently needed my hot and cold controller nob switch out due to poor decisions of builder taking the cheaper route. I used Panther Plumbing and got an awesome employee name Justin.     Very old water heater started leaking, not an emergency but needed attention soon. I was able to get an appointment within 3 days, and their technician Tray was very helpful when he came over. He understood I didn’t need any fancy bells and whistles, and in a few hours I had a new water heater installed. Never felt any sales pressure, very comfortable with our interaction. I assume the price was reasonable, but I don’t have experience to go off of. Would recommend them for this type of service.

    For a few days I have been experiencing a few issues with my kitchen sink, garbage disposal and dishwasher.     Colton came out in an emergency to check an overflowing bathroom. He explained everything well and answered my many questions. He was kind and courteous and did a great job overall. He explained costs up front before doing anything, so the transparency of cost was very helpful. Thus, I quickly researched my options for repair and contacted Panther Plumbing. Within 30 minutes of speaking with customer service, Erik Lovenstein was at my home. He was extremely professional, friendly and knowledgeable. As a result of his in-depth expertise, he quickly diagnosed the problem and explained my options.     I had a toilet leak that caused a small flood in the powder room and basement. I called Panther Plumbing and they had Colton at my home within 45 minutes. Colton was very professional and knowledgeable about plumbing. He found the problem and had it fixed in a short time.     Our main drain was clogged and causing our washing machine to be backed up. We had Erik come out to take a look and he offered to try cleaning the drain, but warned us that it would probably have to be replaced. We tried the cleaning first, but since it didn’t work we ended up scheduling a day for him to come out and replace our drain from cast iron to pvc and he didn’t charge us for the cleaning. Erik was very accommodating when it came to scheduling and very informative about what was going on. He made sure that we checked the work before he left and he cleaned up everything that he worked on. I would recommend Erik and Panther Plumbing to everyone.

    Had a very pleasant experience with Cody at Panther Plumbing. He was friendly, on time, tidy and did a great job. I’ve been having waste back up into my tub for months and the “plumbers” who came out before (6x previously, including 2 days before this service) were only snaking the line and not resolving the problem. Cody told me the truth, in detail, and showed me as he was performing the service. He replaced the area that was chunked and clogged and I have no issues or gurgling sounds from any of my drains.

    We contacted Panther Plumbing after suspicion of an underground leak on our property that had resulted in several months of astronomical water bills. Within 2 hours of initial contact, Cody came to the property, assessed the issue, and provided options for moving forward. He even (unintentionally) pointed out an issue that saved us thousands of dollars on an unnecessary repair with another contractor (a story for another Google review). Given the severity of our issue, we opted to move forward with repairs, and Cody came out the next day to finish the project solo. He was very knowledgeable and explained the issue in great detail. The repairs required a bush in our yard to be removed, and though Panther clearly states that they are not responsible for any landscaping, Cody honed in on his gardening skills and made sure that the bush was replanted as best as possible to avoid an eyesore in our yard. In fact, you cant tell he dug underground at all, as he did a great job cleaning up afterwards. Based on our initial experience, we are very pleased with the services from Panther Plumbing - but we hope to not have to contact them again anytime soon. :-)

He was incredibly professional, patient with all my questions and never once made me feel like he was selling a solution I didn’t need.     I finally have an outdoor faucet that directs the spray for actual use after years of suffering. Had I known it would be a simple call and service, I should and would have done it years ago. Panther Plumbing were very responsive when I called and had great availability.     Cody responded to my phone call in a timely manner.When he came to the house, he noticed that the water main shut off valve and at the water heater were leaking. He immediately went to the water valve outside and shut it off. He put on a new shut off valve for the main as well as the one for the water heater. After that, he removed the old water heater and replaced the new one. After that, he checked to make sure there were no leaks. He did a complete cleanup of the area before leaving. He was very professional.I would highly recommend Cody to anyone.

    I had a pipe burst so I called to schedule an appointment which was set for Christmas Day. Riley was working on an unit a few doors down and when we asked if he could come in and take a look, he did not hesitate to say yes although the visit was not scheduled on his agenda. Riley came in and repaired the leaking pipe in 25 mins and then disposed of the drywall material. One can tell that he real good guy!!

    I called two other plumbers to remove a broken garbage disposal & install a new one. Both stood me up, leaving me unable to use my kitchen sink for about 4 days. Everyone at Panther was so kind, and they were able to get me on the schedule right away. Although they werent able to give me a quote for the work over the phone, there was no charge to have someone come out to diagnose the issue & give me an estimate for the work.Our plumber Randy was great! Punctual, efficient, and he showed me some adorable pictures of his pet pig. He left everything super clean. He also wore a mask throughout the whole service, which I really appreciated. Well definitely be contacting Panther again should we have any plumbing needs in the future.

    Cody Kersey was the technician who fixed my plumbing problems which were significant since the outdoor line was blocked and backed up. This caused the toilets to back up and not function.     Called Panther Plumbing out to my commercial property to fix a leak in my crawl space. Cody was very prompt, professional and knowledgeable. I was informed that it was my main line that needed replacing. Cody not only fixed my leak, but also explained all my options and costs to replace my main water line. He informed me that adding a water softening system would eliminate pipe deterioration in the future. The total cost, ended up being a lot more than what I intended to spend.     Cody was awesome! He went above and beyond in explaining to me what he believed was causing the moisture, next to my utility closet, buckling my flooring. He took his time in doing his review/research. First he found the damage to my HVAC roof vent, which was partly responsible for the moisture. He referred me to a roofer and I contacted one and got that repaired. I had him come back and review their work, to make sure the work was done appropriately. He says it had been. But the moisture continued. So he did further research; and I told him how the company who installed the furnace and hot water tank said the problem was probably behind the wall behind both units. Cody said they’d match any rate this company made and they could get started asap. I’ve worked with Panther Plumbing before, I trust them. So, I went with them for the repair. Cody came a few days later, he uninstalled the hot water tank and open up the back paneling. Where he found a section of copper pipe, connected to the condensation hose, with a hole in it. He fixed/replaced that section and closed off the back panel. Oh, he let me clean the flooring in the utility closet, prior to reinstalling the hot water tank as well. But, before closing off that back panel, he let me put a box fan back there to dry up some of the moisture; and he used a dry vac for the rest. He then put back the panels and doors to the closet. Next, he showed me where the water was now flowing properly, outside due to condensation from the furnace. He even used a spade and showed me how to dig out in front of my house to insure the water flowed in a manner that did not affect my house’s foundation. And guess what, no more moisture buckling my flooring. I can sleep well now, as I had not for weeks prior. Thank you Cody. You’re one in a million.
