We purchased a 24kw generator and it was just installed by very knowledgeable and professional installers and technicians. The generator was delivered a couple of months later than originally planned but that is understandable with all of the supply problems for everything. Amanda kept us informed of the issues throughout the process.

I worked with Aaron from Generator Super Center of Lufkin to resolve a long standing Mobile Link problem. Aaron advised that this was not normally something that he supported but was more than willing to look at the problem with me and work with Generac Mobile Link support to resolve the issue. After some time on the phone we collectively found that the MAC address of my unit was incorrectly associated in the Mobile Link system. After correcting this problem Mobile Link now works. Thanks Aaron for going the extra mile!!!
