    We were having a power issue with our electrical plugs and called to see if we could get help. They got us scheduled and gave us a 2 hour window when they would be here next day - Dustin came out, was punctual (which hardly ever happens anymore and was very appreciated) he was super helpful, courteous knowledgeable, and helped us solve our problem. He didn’t give up even when we all wanted to scratch our heads a few times trying to follow the problem. We also have 3 dogs and he was super nice about us having them (we did try to keep them out of the way as much as possible). I would definitely recommend them and especially Dustin as your electrician technician if you are in the Nacogdoches or surrounding area!

    Helping my daughter and son-in-law with their move to Lufkin area by doing some electrical work on 4th of July weekend. Had trouble with some electrical troubleshooting and finally called Alexander Electric at the recommendation of a neighbor. Left a message with the answering service. Dustin Windham called me right back. He was very personable and asked questions about my problem before scheduling a callout. He was able to explain what I was doing wrong and saved me a callout. They have definitely earned our future business!

    Blake is so professional and polite and responsive. Today, he removed a ceiling fan for us and put a new one up. I requested Blake because he came out a year ago, when we found our electric stove was hardwired and we found a hot electrical box that had been covered over. He made the necessary repairs timely and helped us feel at ease at that time. So he was our call when we wanted someone to put up a new ceiling fan. If you ever need electrical work I would highly recommend Alexander electric

    John was Great to work with! You. Really appreciate them coming out and taking care of our electrical outlet and adding a new dedicated circuit. He also noticed some neutral wiring in our electrical panel that was beginning to spark. It could have been a potential fire. Im glad they came out when they did and were able to rectify the problem before it turned into something worse. I would recommend them for any electrical needs. Five stars!

    I asked for a bid from Alexander Electric on a fairly complicated residential upgrade to an outbuilding in the spring (when the pavement wasn’t melting) and Saul responded to the call. He gave me what I felt was a very reasonable bid so we decided to go with it. By the time we finally got a time we could do it, it was August. Saul arrived promptly as scheduled and brought Robert with him. These two gentlemen exceeded expectations, performed excellent work in the blazing heat, while answering my stupid questions. Final price for the job was right on the money. I will definitely call Alexander electric with any future electrical work.

    Dustin did an outstanding job at my property in Nacogdoches! He put my house up to code by replacing an entire fuse box with a new one. In addition, 3 wired smoke detectors were installed, ceiling ventilations were installed in both bathrooms and some outlets in the kitchen were replaced along with finalizing the induction cooktop electrical system. Dustin was always very professional and did an outstanding job at my house. I would recommend this company to anyone.

    Bought a GENERAC Generator from Jon Ellis an employee of Alexander Electric. Very professional install. From getting the quote to the install. The whole process went seemless! While the team was cleaning up from installing it started to rain. Before they got back to there office, my electricity went out and the generator turned on! I called Jon to tell him, the generator worked wanderful! Lol At first he thought I was joking. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND JON ELLIS FROM ALEXANDER ELECTRIC TO INSTALL A GENERATOR

    Thanks to Alexander Electric. John has been to our house twice in the past couple of weeks. The first time was to change out a plug in for our new washer/dryer set up. Everything was great. Started having some issues with upstairs lighting going off probably a couple of months and on and then the W/D also glitching off and on started last night. John came again and gave us his honest evaluation, replaced the breaker that was not functioning and told us what needed to be done further. I feel confident in his work and expertise. He arrived today, when landlord asked for tomorrow, so earlier is always better! Thanks!

    Alexander Electric really saved the day! Shortly after the freeze, we lost power to our house. They had all of their crew actively working other issues from weather conditions.
