    Master Plumbing was the major contractor on the recent gut renovation of my home on Okemo Mountain. As the Plumbing contractor they installed hydronic (under floor) heat throughout the house, Installed a new boiler, water heater, water filtration, two zone humidification, a complete new mechanical room which looks like the mechanical room on a submarine complete with those space constraints, handled all of the bathroom and kitchen installations of water and propane, piped propane to the outdoor grill, installed central and split unit air conditioning as well as a life breath system for air exchange and a commercial grade exhaust fan with an air recovery and replenishment system. This renovation occurred between April and November of this year and was completed on time for the holidays. I can not say enough about the quality of their work, their ability to plan and execute the job working around multiple trades and the fact that they showed up when needed to complete their work and meet rigorous deadlines.Thank you Master PlumbingRick Lavrich

    My first experience with Master Plumbing and Heating was great. Discussed the issue and arrived at a likely solution. Set up an account quickly, informed me of the timetable in advance and contacted me on the scheduled day. At arrival, explained what they would be doing, and fixed my water heater problem quickly and professionally. Cleaned up afterwards and provide me with instructions on avoiding the problem in the future. Nothing but positives for them!

    We were experiencing problems with our fairly complex solar hot water system that dumps hot water into our radiant floor and domestic hot water tank. The crew from Master Plumping worked hard and successfully tackled the problem. We’re good to go!After the job was completed, we had a question about the charges. After a very pleasant and understanding conversation with JD, the problem was rectified to our mutual satisfaction. We will continue to contact Master Plumbing when the need arises.

    I needed work done quickly, to fix a drain in a shower at a rental property. A gentleman from MP and H came quickly, was friendly, as was the secretary on the phone who made the appointment.     We had a water heater go bad on us (it was old) and the bottom began to leak. We called Master P and they asked us if we couldsend them a snapshot of the model information on the plate because their order at their supplier was being filled (while our call was happening) and they hoped to get one for us that day! We did and they did. And then they showed up a mere couple of hours later with the new heater. Our plumber did a great job and was diligent completing the work quickly and correctly and just like that we were back in the game! I would highly recommend them to anyone in the Okemo Valley or any other areas they service. Great company!

    In the middle of the day, my sump pump stopped working correctly. It has to be manually flipped on and off to work every hour, and with all the groundwater and snow melt, I worried that I couldn’t wait a few days for a regular call. Beth talked me through my options and was very helpful In explaining what I could do. I ended up asking for an emergency call because I figured whatever happened from turning off my sump til it got fixed would be way more costly than the emergency rate. I texted her some photos and videos, and someone called me back very shortly to talk about what the possible issue was. The tech who came fixed it within an hour and showed me what was wrong, tested it out to make sure it worked right, and offered reassurance that everything else was in working order. I was more than happy to pay their very fair emergency rate for peace of mind and to not worry about water in my basement. I will be calling them for all my future plumbing needs. Thank you so much.

    On Tuesday 1/30 the renter of our Air B&B informed us that there was no hot water in our unit. I immediately contacted Master Plumbing and Heating to see if someone could make it out to our unit the same day. I was informed that they in fact could have someone out that evening.After contacting the renter again they informed me that there was hot water it just ran out after three long showers. I again called Mater Plumbing and Heating and explained the situation. They advised that we could just reschedule the appointment to the following day to avoid any after hours fees. We scheduled an appointment for the next morning at 11AM.Wednesday morning the plumbers arrived on time and made contact with me that they were at the property. After a few hours they contacted me again and advised that they had thoroughly inspected the water heater and electrical supply and everything was working properly.Thursday afternoon I was emailed a bill from Master Plumbing and Heating and was only charged for an hot water heater inspection for proper operation.I am so impressed with the professionalism, honesty and integrity of Master Plumbing and Heating. I could have been charged for any work up to telling me I needed an new water heater, none of which was the case.I cannot say enough good thing about the company and the employees I dealt with at Master Plumbing and Heating.I wouldnt hesitate to recommend Master Plumbing and Heating to anyone. If you need an great honest plumbing company I highly advise you use Master Heating and Pllumbing. I know I will be using them again for all my plumbing needs in the future!

They reused parts to reduce the cost of the job and worked with us to find the least expensive way to locate the units. They worked well with the energy provider to coordinate the installation.
