My home suffered wind damage and fascia flew off of my home. State Farm Insurance company recommended Legacy Contracting and they came out the next day. Brad Koenig climbed on my roof to see if there was more damage than what I had noticed. The damage was extensive. Long story short, I have a beautiful new roof and Brad helped me through the process from beginning to end. This was the best experience I have had working with contractors on my home. They got the job done quickly (3 days total!) and even took care of some siding repairs as well! Brad and the Legacy Contracting roofers deserve all the praise they get. Now my wife wants new siding!

My experience with Legacy Contracting was amazing. This transformation consisted of a new roof, windows, gutters and siding. The undertaking was overwhelming for me at times, but the team was very professional and supportive and ultimately added a lot of value to my home renovation and lowered heating and cooling cost with energy efficient upgrades.

The windstorm this year absolutely wrecked our roof littering shingles around the yard. My neighbor told me about Legacy Contracting and the great work they did, so I took him at his word and reached out to Shamere. He showed up the next day and worked with me and my insurance to make sure I had everything that I wanted and within the price range of what insurance was covering. Super easy to work with. A week later his team was on my roof and finished in three days. They did an excellent job and my wife and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a roofer.

Excellent company to work with. They replaced my roof in June 2021. The owner as well as Brad Koenig, Sr. Project Consultant were very responsive whenever I had a question. I am very satisfied with the replacement of my roof. They did a great job with clean up and left no nails behind. They are very professional and I would use them again. Trustworthy and explained the cost right up front. Educated me on the various types of roof shingles that made it easy for me to make a decision.

The project manager, Brad, was very professional, responsive, and instrumental in filing the insurance claim for wind and hail damage on my roof. He returned when the insurance adjuster came to inspect the roof to share pertinent information about his observations of damage. Brad was able to schedule and complete the instillation of a new roof within a week. The work on my 4700 square foot home was completed in a day! I referred Brad to my neighbor who had a roof claim denied by her insurance company. He was able to inspect and refile the claim and now she is approved for a new roof! I would highly recommend Legacy Contracting.

Shamere and his team did a great job replacing our roof and gutters. He helped us make the decision on which shingles to go with and we’re still happy 2 years after the roof replacement. Professional and easy to work with. If I need to get a new roof in the future I’ll be using Legacy again and would recommend the same to family and friends.

I contacted my home insurance and they sent our Brad Keonig from Legacy Roofing. He took the time to explain what he found. Got my insurance claim done timely and made sure I was completely comfortable and happy. This company is great and so is my new roof!!!

Part of my gutter was hanging off the corner of my house. Before I called Legacy Roofing another company had given me an estimate. Not having a good feeling about the other company I got on Yelp and contacted Legacy Roofing & Construction. Within minutes the owner Shamere was in contact with me. He came out and looked at it the very next day and gave me a price that was more than 75% less than what the other company had quoted me! I even asked him if he was sure that was right, because I was shocked at the difference. Reading the reviews I followed my gut and approved him to do the work. Within just a couple of days the guys showed up to repair my gutter and they were done very quickly and my gutter looks brand new! I cant thank them enough for being quick, professional, reasonable, and such a pleasure doing business with! I highly recommend you calling them and seeing what they can do for you!! You wont be disappointed!!!

Writing review on 4-10-19 for roofing done on 4-9-19, so one little detail waiting... Could not give this company more love. Had wind damage that was insured through Liberty Mutual, and as a result of the process we were steered to this contractor though our insurance ( via another party called Madsky). As far as i am concerned they, Legacy Roofing, performed admirably. We have one little issue with a gutter being moved a little(ladders or shingles I presume), but otherwise we are completely satisfied. We have an 1100 square foot ranch, and they were able to complete a big job in 12 hours. This included switching out from four roof vents to a ridge vent system, patching in the spots from the old roof vents, replacing the septic vent)!! I really recommend them!!! (updates to follow if they dont fix the gutter though...lol)
