After receiving several quotes for a home remodel project (full kitchen, bathroom and master bath) we chose Authentic Carpentry because off the bat Ben and Jake were very down to earth and honest about our project. They made use feel excited about such a huge remodel and eased all concerns we had about totally gutting our kitchen and two bathrooms.Price point wise Authentic Carpentry provided us with a reasonable quote compared to other companies and gave us options and various ideas so we would make sure we hit our definite wants and needs of our remodel while staying within our budget. We really appreciated them providing us with a complete breakdown of our budget so we knew exactly where every dollar went which some companies did not do. Never once did we pressured to do anything we didn’t feel comfortable with and Authentic Carpentry really respected our ideas and desires for our home all while staying within our budget.Ben and Jake were extremely accommodating in regards to communication. They were patient with us while we were making decisions and would come to our home several times to drop off and pick-up samples. They frequently gave us updates and would even answer our messages and emails over the weekend. During the demo there were a couple of issues discovered and Authentic Carpentry did a great job addressing these concerns and really made us confident in our decision to go with them.I cannot say enough great things about Authentic Carpentry! They were so great to work with. Everyone was professional and so kind and helpful. We will continue to use Authentic Carpentry and will highly recommend to our friends and family!

Ben was extremely professional and arrived to introduce their crew or partners multiple times which I appreciated so much. We will use Ben and Jake for any future remodels.

Authentic Carpentry replaced our primary bathroom vanity. Ben, Sam, and their counterparts (countertop company and plumbers) were all a dream to work with. Everything was very straight forward and on time. Communication was easy and the end result was perfect.

Ben and his crew at Authentic Carpentry were exactly what we were looking for to construct our small to medium size kitchen remodel. From the very beginning they were attentive, responsive, and flexible with our ideas and budget. My wife and I were very impressed with the attention to detail in their multiple revisions and drawings used to capture our design for our kitchen. We really appreciated the use of a personalized website to track job progress, pictures of next stages and keeping close track of the budget, and what payments have been made, and are planned according to the proposal before the project began. They worked seamlessly with subcontractors, who were all very professional and responsive. The entire team were all respectful to us and our home, worked in a timely manner and always demonstrated clear communication. I cannot say enough about this company and the quality of the work they do, and the quality of the people they employ. We highly recommend them, and look forward to working with them again in the future.

Authentic Carpentry has done several jobs for us including: repaired a soffit and repainted the area; replaced several boards on our deck including some support beams when they were found to be bad; repaired drywall and reinstalled shelving; installed new electrical outlet for gas stove, inspected the gas line to ensure safe, and corrected an incorrect disconnect of other wiring.On each occasion the crew arrived on time and were very professional. They completed each job efficiently and cleaned up afterward. Their work is exceptional and reasonably priced. I highly recommend Authentic Carpentry!

Authentic carpentry is a very professional company. We followed our friend’s referral who used their services before and was happy with them. I don’t regret any second. These guys are attentive, they respond to all forms of communication at any time, they are flexible, and very accurate and detailed with all paperwork and invoices. At the beginning we only hired them to paint our kitchen ceiling. It was done beautifully. We asked them about over the range hood installation through the wall outside of the second floor. This work was complicated. This company handled it amazingly, fast, neat, professional. They also help us to replace the kitchen countertop. Due to pandemic and other circumstances, it’s really a challenge today to find a company that would give you a nice selection of granite, listen to all your needs and mind changes, and still deliver everything in a more than reasonable time frame. We recommend this company for all your remodeling, renovating, any kind of job that requires professionalism, great communication, and attentiveness to your needs.
