Reeve as an great deal of integrity and vision. We recently renovated our home and pretty much let Reeve tell us how best to optimize our space. The process not only met our budget and deadline but exceeded our wildest imagination. We are beyond thrilled with the final product.Give this man space to envision something, massage it a little and sit back and see what becomes. A true visionary with great crews!

I couldn’t be happier with the experience I had working with Seed Design+Build on the renovation of my 1920s Craftsman home. Reeve and his team managed every detail with skill and expertise, tackling everything from a complete exterior overhaul and new roof installation to restoring the original historic windows, leveling, and replacing the flooring. Reeve’s expertise in design was invaluable, helping us with everything from selecting paint colors and arranging layouts to choosing bathroom tiles, all enhanced by his artistic vision. The custom cabinetry and furniture he designed brought a unique, elevated touch to the entire home. I was especially impressed by how efficiently they worked, completing the renovation months ahead of other contractors’ estimates. Seed Design+Build’s deep experience with older homes in LA truly made all the difference, turning my fixer-upper into a beautifully restored and revitalized space.
