My spouse and I engaged a team to revamp our outdated, 60-year-old master bathroom. They provided us with the most affordable estimate for the project. After having a detailed discussion about the project, expenses, and timeline, we felt confident that they were the right team for us. The initial plan was set for roughly two weeks. Knowing we had a holiday booked in January, it seemed like the perfect time for the remodeling work to take place. Upon our return after 9 days, we were thrilled to see that the job was almost done. The only significant piece left was a new exterior window that was delayed due to shipping. However, within two days, the window was installed, and the project was completed. We couldnt be more satisfied with the outcome. The quality of the work, the materials used, and the follow-up process were all excellent. This is undoubtedly the most beautiful bathroom weve ever had in any of our homes or rentals. The south-facing portion of my house had seriously damaged siding that I knew required replacement. However, I was also contemplating my homes energy inefficiency and thought it might be an opportune moment to upgrade and replace the siding across the entire property. I reached out to camden, and he provided me with estimates for replacing the siding on the south side and for the whole house. Camden urged me to look into and mull over additional energy conservation measures that could be integrated into the re-siding process if I was interested. I chose to go ahead with the full-house project and implement some of these energy-saving strategies. The work included removing the old siding, replacing any impaired insulation, and adding insulation where it was lacking. They also fixed some poorly installed windows to facilitate the new trim and siding installation, and added a plywood layer over the insulation. A radiant barrier, vapor barrier, and rain screen were fitted before the trim and hardi plank siding. The entire house, including the trim, was then painted. My house looks fantastic now! The meticulous caulking, exterior light trim bases, and other details clearly demonstrate the teams attention to detail. My house already feels more cosy, and i cant wait to see how my energy bills will compare in the future. camden, the owner, is highly knowledgeable, and his teams were courteous and diligent. Home remodeling can be a stressful experience, but my interaction with them was enjoyable and nearly stress-free. i strongly recommend them.

After explaining our situation, which involved water damage from a malfunctioning toilet that affected multiple rooms in our house, a technician was promptly dispatched to our location. This worker was not only friendly but also incredibly thorough and attentive to detail. He quickly noticed several issues that needed to be communicated to our insurance company. Investing over three hours, he conducted a comprehensive inspection of the affected areas. His final report was remarkably detailed, comprising 20 pages of findings and 80 pages of accompanying photographs. He also presented us with two computer-generated diagrams of our homes layout, which were very helpful. The technicians work was truly impressive. He not only got down to business immediately but also took the time to share pictures of other projects they had completed, which helped us gain confidence in the quality of work being done on our home. The most convenient aspect of working with Priority Remodeling was the promptness with which they provided us with an estimate. Despite their busy schedule, they ensured we didnt have to wait long. If youre seeking a quote for a home remodeling project, this is the right company to approach. Our project had been stalled for a few months as we awaited bids from different companies. The insurance company required three bids before they could proceed with the settlement. All the bids were reasonably close in terms of the damage assessment for our home. We are grateful for the excellent job done by the technician, whose meticulous measurements and diagrams of our upstairs and downstairs areas were extremely helpful and well-explained.
