Picking Remodeling California was the best decision I ever made! Ilon, the owner, came by and gave me an estimate for completely building me a new bathroom, started working exactly when they said they would, and charged me exactly what the quote was, not one penny more and got done on time! Ilon is extremely responsive, kind and understanding. All his workers are respectful and very nice. Ilon guided me through the entire process which made it comfortable and easy. I would recommend Remodeling California to everyone. And for any job, the biggest or small. They were amazing.

Ilan did a full kitchen and bath remodel at my mothers house. The job turned out to be absolutely beautiful and my very picky mother is extremely pleased. He was excellent about keeping the project moving and keeping the price as he estimated, and telling us the time it would take, all things that most contractors are terrible at! We appreciated that he was able to communicate often when there were issues. I would recommend him.

I used Ilan and his crew for a new bedroom, bathroom, and mudroom addition to the back of our house. Our project had a unique challenge that arose once we learned that our house was deemed a historical property by the city of LA. He was flexible in scheduling as we waited on the city to approve our plans. Everything moved very quickly as his team built the addition with our only delay being some minor plumbing issues from a sliding door limiting the wall space for piping. The entire building crew and subcontractors Ilan used were professional and polite and worked with us as we had some unique challenges on our street that doesnt have any street parking for their trucks. Overall, I would use Remodeling California again and recommend them to anyone looking for a general contractor. I dont think they are the cheapest, but they are honest with their pricing up front before you start and will not nickel and dime through change orders, something a lot of GCs can do. We are very happy with the finished product.-Alex

Ilan and his crew made remodeling our ADU stressless. They were fast, efficient, professional and did a wonderful job on the build. Ilan was also responsive to our calls and texts. I would highly recommend Remodeling California and Ilan.

Remodeling California did an exceptional job completing a garage rebuild/remodel for my mother. Ilans professionalism and customer service conquered my expectations and standards for how a business should respond to their customers.Throughout the project, I received nothing but the utmost of respect, dedication and quick communication. His team was very polite & friendly, especially Luis Jr, and always made sure job site was cleaned up when they left each day. Very happy with the quality of work and turnaround time for completion. Everything was exactly the way Ilan promised. I enjoyed working with Ilan very much and would highly recommend Remodeling California to everyone!

Highly recommended! I interviewed several contractors for my kitchen and bathroom remodel before choosing Remodeling California. Their price was competitive and I especially liked that Ilan was a good listener - he heard my priorities and offered suggestions that would maximize my space and be aesthetically pleasing.Ilan worked with me throughout the planning and execution of the remodel. He checked in regularly, providing updates and making sure we were on schedule to get the job started and done on time. He made great suggestions for places to purchase my appliances, tile and vanities.My 100-year old house had some surprises in store for us (needed new roof and new plumbing after we opened everything up), but he still completed the job on time.Ill definitely call Ilan for any future project.

I found Ilan at the right time. I had a bad experience with another contractor and was worried about getting started again. But from the first time I met Ilan I knew he was a solid person and his word meant something. He does great work, he does detailed inspections, he communicates very well, he does things on time, and he does things for the agreed amount. He cares about his work. And he cares how your house looks. When he was finished the house was so beautiful that I was able to rent it out immediately. If you know who else is out there you will understand the quality of service that Ilan is offering.

Ilans team is so professional - they were friendly, they worked efficiently and cleaned up everyday before leaving. Ilan is wonderful to work with. He handled the job professionally, kept his word, and got the job completed as scheduled. And he has ensured that Im a happy customer well after the job was completed. I had the pleasure of hiring Ilan and his crew to remodel two of my properties.They were very professional, always on time, clean and respectful of my homes. The projects were completed in a timely manner and my husband and I were very pleased with the results. Some of the many projects that were completed were; 2 new roofs, painting both houses, inside and out, 2 new kitchens, 6 bathrooms, flooring throughout one house and partial floors in the other, electrical work, a new gas line, pool resurfacing and tiling, a new back patio and front driveway with pavers, gating one of the properties, 24 new double pane windows, new doors and more. Ilan made me feel comfortable from the beginning and had wonderful ideas that helped to make both homes look beautiful. I would highly recommend Remodeling California and in fact, I plan to use them again next year when I remodel our closets!

Remodeling California did an exceptional job in completing our room additional with a bath, new roof, exterior paint and gutters. The coordination and communication between Ilan, the owner/general contractor, and I were always on point!His entire crew that worked on this project had great attention to detail and carried out their specialties most efficiently and without compromise. The architect drafted the plans and had the permits approved within just a couple of days. The demolition and foundation was expeditiously completed, as well as, the framing and the roof was erected in advance of the periods of heavy rain. All the subcontractors (plumbing, electrical, carpenter, tile, etc.) obviously took great pride in their work, as was evidenced by the favorable comments from the Citys Inspectors.Ilan and Manuel, the foreman, daily oversaw this project, and it was finished well in advance of the estimated schedule of 3 months. The quality of work by this team was first rate!

He was full of enthusiasm and wonderful ideas, and whenever difficulties came up, he zipped over and fixed them at once. Remodeling California INC is on a level of their own! I have heard horror stories from people who have used other contractors. That is why when my wife and I were looking to do work at our home we were very nervous. Let me tell you that with Remodeling California INC there is nothing to be nervous about!1. Honesty: Remodeling California INC is owned and run by an amazing sweet and honest couple, Ilan and Talya. They delivered on all their promises. The quote was the quote. No changes. No BS.2. Respectful: The crew was amazing. Always wiped their feet. Always said please and thank you. Respected my wife, my kids, and our things. Really nice guys! I miss them now that they are done. Thats how good they were!!3. Talented: Ilan is an amazing designer. His ideas were wonderful. Always thinking a few steps ahead. He. And came up with things we never thought were possible!4. Clean: after every long work day they would spend extra time cleaning up the site. Even knowing it would become a work zone the next day anyway. They left it clean and safe every night!5. The result: Amazing!! I cant believe how it came out. I look around and feel like I am in a dream!!I give Remodeling California INC my highest recommendation without reservation because they deserve it!! I used Ilan and his crew for a master bathroom and walk in closet addition. Before deciding on using them, I had met with 3 other contractors and I just got good vibes when I met with Ilan. Once I agreed to use them, the work began almost immediately. The architect came on 2/7/18 and by 2/26/18, required permits had been obtained and the project started. The crews arrived timely and with the exception of maybe one rainy day and waiting for inspection, there was work being done all day, every day. (Mon-Fri), and a couple of Saturdays.They were always professional and cleaned up at the end of each day. This entire project was completed and final inspections approved on 4/25/18. I am very pleased with the work that was done.

The team was magnificent, consistent, and finished ahead of schedule... the remodel of two rooms into bathroom & walk in closet along with patio door is FABULOUS!!! These guys are the best! And the nicest! I had a mold problem and they took care of it quickly and efficiently. Plus, repainting the area was no picnic - it involved a few custom shades that drove the previous painters crazy. I recommend Remodeling California highly and without reservation.

Ilan and his team at Remodeling California did an outstanding job with our master bathroom remodel. They demolished the entire old bathroom and replaced it with a beautiful new space that is a genuine joy to behold and use. Ilan and his crew were diligent, easy to work with, cooperative and had excellent attention to detail. Ilans tile person is a master craftsperson. The team was able to do the job with minimal disruption of the household. Ilan made excellent recommendations for our purchases of tile and a new vanity and met us at the tile store to point us in the right direction. Our bathroom space is now completely transformed and we are thrilled with the result. I highly recommend Remodeling California.

Ilan and his talented team are true professionals. Ilan is closely involved throughout the entire remodeling process and highly responsive to any inquiries, no matter how small. He also trusts his team to do their job, and the finished product is excellent. There were cheaper options out there, but once you recognize the high quality of work and the attentive service you receive from Ilan and his team, hiring him is a no brainer.
