I had the best locksmith experience of my life with Bundy’s Lock & Safe! I needed a lot of different locks to match the same key. Andrew & Kevin were so professional and nice. They were super quick and helpful with the whole process. The price was very good! I will only use Bundy’s Lock & Safe in the future. Andrew & Kevin made the experience great!! I was looking for a place to get my house keys duplicated. Was directed to one of those key cutting machines. Ive heard horror stories about those kinds of keys not working so then I found this lock Smith. Drove up they had my keys cut in less than five minutes. Bright clean shop, professional service, would highly recommend!

I pulled up here to make 3 keys, fully expecting to take a while (I even put 30 minutes on the meter outside, which is a cheap meter). That was 3 minutes ago. I’m back in my car writing this review, with my keys in hand, mostly to justify why I put so much time on the meter. It’s a lovely shop, too, and I’m almost trying to think of reasons I need locksmith or safe services so I can come back here. This place rocks (and has excellent vibes)!

I called locked out of my apt, and he couldn’t help me for a few more hours, but gave me a different number to call. He was helpful and said if I try to call anyone else and they try to charge $2-300 that it’s too high and to call back.Even though I didn’t receive services, thank you for your help in a pinch.

I havent used Bundys Lock & Safe for years - theyll be celebrating their 95th Anniversary next year. It was wonderful to work with them again recently. The owner was very nice and accommodating. His staff person, Andrew, who came out to replace our lock and create some keys, provided excellent customer service and expertise. I will not hesitate to recommend them to others and look forward to working with them again in the future.

Great experience with Bundy Lock. Art explained the process and even tried to help get our broken door latch opened over the phone. When that failed, he scheduled me in for the late afternoon even though they were booked for the day. The techs were able to come and after a few attempts were able to remove the broken latch and open the door. Highly recommended for great service and a reasonable price. Will save their number on my phone for any future locksmith needs.

I have a heavy duty lock that I broke a key off inside of. Half the key was stuck inside. Its an expensive lock that I thought I might have to replace. I took it to a different locksmith before Bundys and they couldnt get it out after an hour. The guys here managed to get it out within 30 minutes. Both of the guys I spoke to were very friendly and helpful.

After multiple failed attempts on having a mailbox key duplocated from Ace hardware, Home Depot, KeyMe kiosk & Sawtelle Lock & Key; I went to Bundys Lock and Safe Co from a referral. The rep(sorry I didnt get your name) Identified the brand of key and said it is a new type key that was released but key could duplicate it. Sure enough they know there stuff and the key works.Sevice was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful and I already referred them to my apartment building Managers if they have lock issues.

Bundy’s Lock and Safe is a long-standing go-to business for all things related to locks, keys, and basic home security. When I was a boy, my dad would bring me to the old location on Sawtelle, carrying a bag full of locks from our family-owned apartment building to be re-keyed.I’ve been a regular customer for years. Bundy Lock and Safe sent a locksmith to my house in west LA when we first moved in. He masterfully got every door in the house (exterior and interior) working beautifully. I will not forget watching him work. He was so nice, very patient, highly skilled. Showed me many little things.More recently, I had a broken Schlage keypad lock. Brought it in. Met Max, who started by mounting the lock on a simulated “mini door” in the work area. He tried a few things and got the lock working. Plus he graciously taught me a few things about the mechanism. Then he re-keyed the lock for me. Total cost: $20.While I was at the store, several people came in, including a property manager with many locks to be re-keyed, and another guy whose massive exterior lock had been damaged during a break in. The staff took care of everyone in a capable and professional manner. This is a really friendly place where you can see skilled experts at work. Much respect.
