    We recently experienced a house fire and while we were fortunate enough that it did not involve structural damage there was quite a lot of external damage to our home. We chose Dehlinger for needed repairs as they had put a new roof on the house a few years ago and the experience and results were outstanding. Im 100% satisfied with repairs to our house due to the fire. Id like to mention two people in particular, Nicole who was the project manager. She coordinated a number of groups to get the job done and was onsite a good deal of the time. (new roofing, new A/C unit, painting and fencing) Id also like to mention Alex for the outstanding work he did in painting the new work as there was a great deal of detail work and hand painting involved and the results are 100% matching the rest of the house removing all traces of the fire.

    Dehlinger recently completed some roofing repairs for me. They were extremely efficient with a full staff of experts that completed this work. They were extremely professional and their work product is thorough and very well done. The service personnel literally gave us updates daily until the work was complete. Their clean up efforts was a above and beyond and given the project scope, the price was very reasonable. I would highly recommend them to other home owners!!

    We are very pleased with the completed rebuild of our fireplace chimney & are confident going into the upcoming hurricane season.From start to finish the process was timely & professional. Ryan, director of construction, clearly explained & provided in writing the scope of work & the cost of the work involved. As well, he listed optional choices/upgrades available at an additional cost, if needed or selected.Dehlinger Construction is a licensed, locally based roofing company with online & in person appointment availability.Everything in writing...no surprises!     I am not paid to participate in this review, ACTUAL Homeowner!This will be a two-part review, as the roof install is NEW June 5, 2019 three days ago. We have all heard of Horror stories regarding roofing contractors, in Central Florida just look at Local News 6.I will reserve a star after a sometime has past, regarding the workmanship of the installation: hurricane season is upon us.Company came out completed my roof with in two and 1/4 days. Crew was extremely hard working, prompt, very respectful of our property. Meticulous in picking up after themselves, and the end of the day. Loose Nails were swept and picked up with magnets several times during the installation. Errant roofing nails being the bane of homeowners who may find them in their tires.Senior Management, Project & Sales team were extremely professional in our opinion. The process, from contract to picking out the color of roof shingles was seamless. We had some bumps, but it is customary we suppose when working with contractors. Big question those of you reading this in CFL are we SATISFIED? Yes! so far. VERY HAPPY that we were able to work things out so its a win/win.Would I recommend them to others? At this point yes! Stay tuned for an additional Star as we weather the 2019 Hurricane Season***** Increasing to 5 stars. Very happy. Should you need a roofing company I recommend them.

    Dehlinger Construction was professional, courteous and did great work. Had my roof replaced and gutters added to my home. Roof was done in one day and gutters with guards completed in 1/2 day. They cleaned up and everything looks great. Highly recommend. Casey, Shannon. Mario and their team were great during the whole process. 👍

    After the hurricane we had a leak in our roof. I had replaced the entire roof in the past few years but this wasn’t under warranty and I did not want to return to the previous company after they had been so unprofessional during the experience. Dehlinger had the best turn around time, best customer experience, and were able to repair it quickly. I would recommend them to everyone! Astrid was so helpful!

    Maurice came to fix the roof of our the house we are renting because First Key Homes didn’t hire someone reputable (like Dehlinger) in the first place. He was there and gone real quick and was very professional.

    I highly recommend Dehlinger! After having Mike Ellis help me through a roof replacement with insurance (he was very diligent and understanding when I asked about a million questions), and that experience went wonderfully, I hired them to install a decorative railing on my front porch, paint the exterior and replace my front door. Nicole was a wonderful project manager - she was professional, visited the site nearly every day, and has an eye for perfectionism and will make sure every detail is executed beautifully. I was also really pleased with the crews they work with. Will definitely hire for future projects!

    I worked with Dehlinger construction a few years back to replace my roof. They were amazing to work with. Following last weekends hail storm, I asked them to come look at my roof for potential damage. Edward McNulty came today to look over the roof, and I found him to be so professional and helpful. He was honest in his assessment and never pushed me to have anything repaired that wasnt necessary. Very honest. Highly recommend.

    We had our entire roof replaced, wood siding replaced with Hardyboard, and the exterior of the house painted. I was very impressed with Dehlinger, they were highly professional, helpful and went above and beyond to ensure that we happy with the quality of all the work done.     Dehlinger handled everything in my claim. My contact person was a text away and ALWAYS responded immediately. My roof was repaired, some wet and damaged wood under my roof was repaired, screened in pool enclosure was repaired, and gutters were replaced. GREAT CREW of workers!     Just wanted to pass along how much I appreciated working with Kelvin Swanson. I believe he is one of your contractors that initially got the job. He was extremely professional and kind and went out of his way to communicate with us every step of the way.     Our pest guy said “you’ve got a hole in your roof.” I connected with Dehlinger. One of their people came and checked out the roof with a drone. We had eleven holes!I agreed to have them do the repair and David came. He did a thorough inspection, and found several more holes.He found tiles to match our roof, and worked two-and-a-half days doing repairs.Everyone at Dehlinger was very professional. David did a great job doing the repairs.If you need a roof repair, I would not hesitate to use Dehlinger!

    Absolute best people I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. From the top down it was a wonderful and easy experience. I was actually diagnosed with cancer while they were doing their job and their CFO texts me regularly to see how I am doing. The owners are also amazing as well as everyone I met during the process. Seriously, you are not just a job to them, but family.
