Juaquin Montoto was the on-site project manager for the complete remodeling of our Memory care neighborhood as well as the common areas at the entrance of or facility. His crews were so professional and Courteous to our residents and staff. I was so impressed with the attention to detail Juaquin had at each stage of this project. I have been doing Plant Operations for a very long time and truly wish I would have this company doing all the work in the past BUT trust me when I say they will be doing all my projects from now on. I only wish I could give more 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 If you need ANYTHING done in a commercial structure of any type CALL THEM You will be glad you did.

Five stars does not do this company justice! Our retirement community has been experiencing a full renovation which will end up spanning across approximately 7 months and I cannot say enough good about how wonderful this experience has been... because of the team from Coastal! Chad and his team have led this project with the utmost of professionalism and genuine care and concern that they are conducting this project in the home of our residents. On a daily basis I have residents telling me how wonderful they are. They clean up after themselves as they are working and have treated our residents kindly, friendly and with respect. The quality of the work they do is equal to their kindness and professionalism! We are truly going to miss them once the project is complete!

Coastal Reconstruction Group has been a valuable partner for Catholic Charities of Northwest Florida and the disaster assistance required after Hurricane Michael, a massive Category 5 storm that made landfall in October 2018, left the Panama City and surrounding areas in complete devastation. Recovery efforts are steady, but not without continuous help from CRC. We have experienced firsthand how they have gone above and beyond in all they do. The attention to detail, work ethic, punctuality, communication response, and more are at the heart of bringing life back to a community that needs it most. It is a pleasure working with them, and we highly recommend their services.

Coastal Reconstruction Group has recently finished the renovation of our assisted living and memory care community in Sarasota. Brad Shaffer and his team were not only professional but showed compassion for our residents. His team smiled and greeted our residents every day. Going through renovation in assisted living isn’t easy but Brad and his team worked hard to make our community beautiful and something to be proud of. Our residents are loving the new look!

NONE BETTER!!! 👍🏻👏🏻🤗😄❤️On the last day of our vacation our 3rd floor condominium flooded.It was devastating and the damage was extensive.This is a second home and b/c we don’t “live” in this area, we didn’t know where to turn or who to call!A friend told us to call Mr. Scott McCurdy and COASTAL.We did ... and that recommendation was one of the greatest gifts we have ever received.COASTAL RECONSTRUCTION reacted immediately.Coral and her EPIC team; Brett, Kevin and Rick stayed in constant contact with us, throughout the entire process. They treated us and every inch of our condo with great respect.The end result is more beautiful than it ever was before!The entire repair and restoration, of our home, was done in a professional and timely fashion.Every single step was carried out professionally and with great care, skill and expertise.EVERYTHING they promised to do, was done - when they promised to do it.If we could give them a 1,000 ⭐️ rating, we would.They were kind, caring, professional, knowledgeable, honest, hard-working and dependable.Truly, we can’t say enough GREAT things about this company and the people in it.They are Blessings. 🙏🏻 Beautiful people who do Beautiful work. 🥰🏡They ARE “the Total Package!”🎁We will remain ever-grateful to these wonderful people and the tremendous, solid, beautiful company they represent.♥️

Coastal Reconstruction is completing a massive, multi-million dollar restoration for our company, and I have the pleasure of working with them on a day-to-day basis. I can say without reservation that they are honest, sincere, trustworthy, dedicated and highly-professional. I have been impressed in every facet of their performance. No one hopes to have a large casualty loss, but if we ever do again, Coastal is on stand-by and is now our emergency disaster response vendor for our entire Florida portfolio. I recommend them without hesitation.
