    Our household recently used Anchor Plumbing for hot water heater issues and were impressed. They were kind and courteous from the initial phone call to the completion of the work. They were very professional and went out of their way to make us happy, working with our hectic schedules. I recommend Anchor Plumbing for all your plumbing needs.

    We (Company I work for) used Anchor plumbing for busted pipes from the recent freeze. The technicians were courteous and professional and did a great job fixing us up.I spoke to Brittany whom stated an invoice could be sent to my company for payment. I gave the technicians one of my cards with our address on the card. I received a call this morning (very next day) from Jerry. I assume the owner. He was kind of gruff. He said he called the number on the card and it was not in service. I explained to him that was because I moved home and no longer worked at the number listed on the card. (My cell number IS listed) I gave him the number to my company and told him who to ask for. He told me he guessed he would try that number in an irritated and put out voice.I guess I am making this post because I get in the world we live in today that its hard to trust someone but feel he was rude and unprofessional. He was paid in full upon calling as promised.Other than that I had no issues with the company.

    I recently had the pleasure of using Anchor Plumbing and I was thoroughly impressed! From the initial phone call to the completion of the work, their professionalism and expertise shone through. The plumber was punctual, friendly, and knowledgeable, diagnosing and fixing the issue quickly and efficiently. The quality of work was top-notch and the price was very reasonable. I was particularly impressed with the attention to detail and the courtesy shown by the entire team. I highly recommend Anchor Plumbing for all your plumbing needs. Five stars and a big thumbs up!     Our toilet was constantly running and we couldnt figure out why. Called Anchor Plumbing and they got us in same day. The technicians were quick and so polite. They diagnosed the problem and fixed it within an hour.

    Anchor Plumbing is the ONLY plumbing company Ill use. They show up when theyre supposed to and their knowledge and skill gets your plumbing problems solved, promptly! They dont add on a bunch of addtl fees that werent discussed and the prices are fair. Call Anchor Plumbing, you wont be sorry

    This company has some of the best, and most informative employees in this area. I have had other plumbers come out, but these guys were very professional, and friendly. When we called Jerry sent Nathaniel, and Ronnie the same day. Which seemed to be an impossible thing in this area. We were in a bad situation, due to the issues with our lines backing up into our tub, and toilet.When Nathaniel, and Ronnie arrived they worked in sync with one another, and they did not stop until they had us sorted out. They worked as a team, and their attitude about thier work was amazing. They seemed to love what they were doing. Nathaniel worked, and explain every detail about what he was doing and why. He was not bothered by our questions, nor the fact that we were shadowing him to understand the severity of our issues. This gave us peace of mind, as we were literally exhausted with the ongoing issues with this house.They resolved everything within their scope of work, cleaned their area--I am talking: shop vacuum, napkins scrubbing the floor to clear the mess, and everything. Nathaniels concern were my kids, and that said allot about him as a person. I could go on and on about how kind, and helpful these guys were, but I would run out of room.However, if someone asked me, I would HIGHLY recommend Anchor Plumbing. Their work ethics, moral, and the level of respect they demonstrated while onsite was way above outstanding, and I thank them for turning a bad experience into a great one!     Usually have to call Anchor once a winter to repair a busted water line on my old house. They do great work, are timely and prices are fair. Highly recommend.

    2020 update. I have used this company again twice and I’m pleased. They might leave a little mess but they did not soil the carpet, and their work held up well. Fast service and candid pricing. No unexpected charges.

    I highly recommend Anchor Plumbing. I called them at 8am to fix a bad water leak under my house, and they were there by 8:34 and had everything fixed in less than an hour or so! The guys were kind, professional, and the price was fair! I will only be using Anchor going forward!!

    (December 2018) -- Moved into a new house last week, woke up this morning to an outdoor spigot that wouldnt turn off. Called Anchor Plumbing at 8:00, they were at the house at 8:45 and had me fixed up by 9:15. Great service and quick response time when we needed it. Its good to have an honest plumber available in the new neighborhood. Thanks, Anchor Plumbing!(Update, February 2023) -- I wish I could leave another 5-star review. I heard water running inside a wall last weekend -- of course, it happened at 1:00AM on a Saturday morning. We called Anchor Plumbing at around 7:45 Saturday morning, and Nathan was out to the house within the hour. He got us partially back up and running, and first thing Monday morning he was back and got us fixed up for good. He even fixed a toilet that had been bothersome while he was here, at no extra cost. If youre in the Hunt or Raines County area, Anchor Plumbing is the plumber you can trust, and theyll get you fixed up in a hurry.

    Great service. Great at communicating any issues or delays in a timely fashion. When the job couldn’t be completed on Friday, Jerry sent Nathan and Ronnie back on Saturday. He didn’t charge me extra for his men working overtime on a Saturday. They re-plumbed my entire house, installed outside spigots, insulated all the piping and installed the water portion of my tankless HWH. He even found me an electrician to finish hooking up the HWH! They swept upAfter themselves, were courteous and just great professionals to deal with. If ever I have another plumbing issue I have them on speed dial! Oh and all the work is warrantied!
