This is the third project I had Brent do for me and as usual I am extremely satisfied with the work performed. So thrilled with the service and professionalism I received with Kramer Electric! Tanner was one of the electricians and he showed up promptly to my home and impressed me with his politeness and professionalism and of course quality of work. They left the room they worked in as they found it, which was such a pleasant surprise. I didnt have to ask them to put the couch and table they moved out of the way back to where they were originally placed.I highly recommend Kramer Electric- I called them last week and within days I was able to get on their schedule. Terrific experience and I will definitely use them again in the future!!!

Brent with Kramer Electric did an amazing job for us. He installed a Ring Cam/Floodlight and troubleshooted an inline problem we had. He was such a nice fellow. From our initial call, to the estimate visit, to the actual completion of the work was about a week. Our estimate was completed quickly and the price was reasonable. We are beyond happy with the service and results and will definitely be calling Brent and Kramer Electric for any future electrical needs.

I trust their recommendations when I ask about the work I want done.I have had can lights put in, added extra outlets, replaced a ceiling fan and repaired two ceiling fans. Also had an outdoor light fixture replaced.I highly recommend this company.

Kramer Electrical Service did a great job for us at a very reasonable price. Brent was our service person and fixed wiring that impacted two rooms in our home, and installed a new outlet and box in another room for us in just over an hour. He arrived on schedule and was very knowledgeable and polite during our service call, and Kramer was able to schedule service quickly. Our new house in Worthington had some electrical issues, and I had questions about future work. Kramer asked good questions in advance of the service appointment, so I felt confident that the technician would be prepared to do the work and answer my questions. Indeed that was the case: the technician arrived at the scheduled time, diagnosed two issues and addressed them, and then did a good job of talking through and making recommendations about my future needs.

I would highly recommend Kramer Electric. Denver ( our technician), arrived on time and worked throughout the day to install a dryer outlet and generator inlet in out our garage. Also added a transfer switch to the electric panel when need to use a generator if needed during a power outage.He was very professional and went the extra mile to install what we needed!

We obtained Kramer Electric from a trusted contractor whose work and opinion we highly valued. Quentin from Kramer Electric came to evaluate our requirements, make suggestions, and provide a quote for our electrical needs to the 96-year-old house we had recently bought.. We were looking to upgrade the wiring for a Craftsman style house built in 1927. He gave my wife suggestions and recommendations to update the electrical. Many of the suggestions Quentin provided were used by my wife to develop the drawings. After several trips to the Building Division, she received approval from the Building Division.Dan and Mason provided the labor. In that effort, they made every attempt to reduce holes in the walls and ceilings. They installed over a dozen can lights in various rooms, three ceiling fans with lights, and updated numerous outlets in addition to adding new outlets to accommodate the new fixtures. They replaced the existing 200 amp panel with a 54-space Square D panel which gave us quite a few new slots. They also added smoke detectors in all of the rooms in the house. Dan and Mason are a pleasure and they have always been professional and willing to make changes within the scope of the approved work.

I felt that the charges were quite reasonable (Kramer Electrical is one of the few contractors I’ve dealt with that I can trust to work on a time & materials basis.) I will use Kramer Electrical for all my future electrical needs (I have at least one more rental property that will be requiring their services!)It is a great feeling to find a reliable contractor that I know will do an excellent job at a fair price.

Highly recommended! I contacted this company on recommendation of a friend. I googled the company, checked out their reviews, and looked for any BBB issues. I called them and actually spoke to a person! Keith couldnt have been nicer. He listened to the self-diagnosis of the fuse tripping problem and my concerns to get it fixed quickly. Although they were unable to work me in earlier, they were able to come out a couple days later. Brent listened to the events that seemed to lead to the fuse tripping and identified the problem fairly quickly....which was not the problem we had thought (it pays to have a good electrician....lol). An outside spotlight wire which had been cut at some point earlier was poorly repaired and shorted out. He explained options on how to fix it, and we decided on the best one. We also discussed some future lighting things we are looking to do. The bill was reasonable and about what I had expected. Everyone at this company was polite, considerate, and provided great customer service from the first call to the end of job! I will definitely call Kramer Electrical Service again.
