Our generator is now over 5 years old and Inspired Electrical Solutions has been wonderful to work with. They installed and have maintained the generator well. Today they came out to replace a controller that was eaten by ants, they didnt just replace the controller, they helped clean the ants out of the generator and worked closely with our pest control company to try to prevent this in the future. The technician (JVH) was fabulous. He didnt rush, explained everything to my 74 year old brain, and suggested ways to prevent this situation in the future. I highly recommend them.

This is definitely a top-notch company, that you would like to do business with! They were friendly, kind, organized, and respectful to our needs in making sure that they had given us the right advice possible, to have a 24KW Generac generator installed. Dawn, Surge and other technicians, that visited our home worked well together as a fine oil machine! The price was great, the discounts for military personnel was outstanding, and they will do all that they can, for you to either Finance your new Generac generator or to work with you in paying your generator cost off! I especially like that they clean up after themselves, when they are through, each and every day. And they explain to you what they are doing and what you must you do to maintain a good generator. They also provide a maintenance plan, that will help you in your maintenance needs! But mainly, when all was said and done, we passed the County inspection , the first time around, without any issues! This only further demonstrates the knowledgeable expertise that this company possess! Thank you Dawn, Surge, and the rest of the fine technicians that you have working for you! It was definitely a job well done!

Just got my whole house Generac install completed by Inspired Electrical Solutions-I cannot say enough compliments about their professionalism, service, and dedication to excellence. They kept me in the loop throughout the preparation and installation and inspection by the County. They walked me through all the normal and emergency procedures with the generator so that I have complete confidence in operating and monitoring the generator. They even did all the coordination with the propane company to complete the whole installation!

We had a new generator installed and we couldnt be happier. But wed like to give a big shout-out to Blake, especially! He completed the closing of the installation and was very professional and took his time answering all of our questions. But what impressed us the most was when he wasnt displeased about the mound of dirt left on the trench, that he took it upon himself to flatten it out and make it look more presentable. The next day, we were surprised to come home and find that someone had put down seed and hay over the trench from where there was a long line of grass missing.

Inspired Electrical Solutions installed a Generac Standby Generator for us and went totally above and beyond the service we expected them to provide. The installation was professionally performed by Serge and his partner who did an excellent job and cleaned up when they finished! We had quite a problem coordinating the gas installation and permit with the gas company, and the owner (Joe) of Inspired Electrical Solutions worked directly with them to get the job completed. Additionally, even though he finished the work he needed to accomplish, Joe stayed basically all day to ensure the gas company completed their installation and then showed us how the generator worked. In our experience, not many businessmen would stay with a client all day to show them how to operate their generator, most would simply reschedule and send out an employee. In the future, if we need any electrical work, Inspired Electrical will be the first company we call. It is obvious how important customer service is to this company!
