Mikes has always displayed the best service. We lost our pump last night and Kathy answered late in the evening. Was super nice and helpful. Even called me back to check on my progress. The next morning Mike came and we expected the worst news. He fixed the pump fast and it wasnt the catastrophe we thought it was going to be. The bill was so much less than what I expected. Amazing service. Thank you

Shout out to Mike’s pump repair out of Live Oak. I had to work late and sweet wifey called to ask me why our well would not pump water. I did my best through FaceTime to help her with no success. She called Mike’s pump repair, and they came out on a Friday night at 9 PM and got us going again. They never made her feel like it was an inconvenience, and they were able to solve our problem with ease.

Went to use water and there was none. Called Mikes Pump repair. Pleasant receptionist, call back within 10 minutes. Jason said he would be here within two hours.He was prompt, Pleasant and had the problem fixed within twenty five minutes. And all on a Saturday. This is my new go to for pump repairs. I will recommend them to everyone..Thanks again Mikes and Jason..

We woke up to NO water. Called Mikes at 7:30 and within a couple of hours Jason arrived and assessed the problem. Probably a wire or pump issue. We had an issue with a two story structure over the well and we needed to remove the roof. Said he would be back the next day. We sent him a text that afternoon that we were ready for him the next day. At 4:30 that afternoon he comes driving in to do the repair! He pulled the pipes up, found a broken wire and ran all new wires. He told us it was up to us whether we replaced the pump or not. No pressure. Since the pump was 17 years old, we told him to go ahead and replace it. At 6:30 he was pulling our, all repaired and operational. Same day service and with a smile. Would reccomend this company to anyone and everyone!!

Mikes Pump Repair and wells was such a blessing to me. I woke up on Thanksgiving morning with no water. It was finally determined that it couldnt be fixed. Mike and his wife came to my rescue and replaced my pump Thanksgiving afternoon. I had guests coming evening dinner. I had water and I was able to serve our meal without a hitch. Thanks so much for blessing me and my family on Thanksgiving. The price was very reasonable. I RECCOMEND THEM IF YOU ARE NEEDING ANY kind of Pump and well service.

My tenant called on a Sunday morning and the pump was running but no water.... I called Mikes Pump and Kathy said he would go over. He was there and pulled the pump, found the leak, replaced the bad sleeve of pipe, replaced the pump and had the property back up in 1 day. FAST, FRIENDLY and most of all EFFECTIVE customer service. QA approved.
