READ THIS FOR REAL REVIEW !! I have been working with Cochran plumbing for years .On 2 fronts 1 as a project manager for a large custom home builder and 2 and a local contractor. This guy knocks it out the park every time. On top of that he is plumbing my personal home that is being built. As a builder I am extremely particular . We are in n the rough in stage ( open walls where the pipes can be seen before drywall is installed ) the work is artwork and I and very hard to please . Troy the plumber is as something else I am over the top happy with Troy and the quality of what he did best I’ve ever seen and I’ve seen a lot ! also he does all my side work never 1 complain from anyone ever construction is not easy and there are always problems but this company will stand by it work and word best plumber ever !!!! Feel free to contact me I can show you many projects completed by this company the pictures below are my personal house that is being built Troy did this work and there is No compare! -

Eric and Kevin helped with our septic backing up and came and dug up the pipe and completely replaced it. They were very nice and worked quickly. The price was very affordable and reasonable. Would definitely hire them again! -

Cochran Plumbing is wonderful company to work with. As a part time house flipper, I have relied on Cochran plumbing without hesitation. My last project entailed upgrading the plumbing of an entire 1950’s home, including adding two new bathrooms. Ronnie, Nancy, and the entire team are professional and very friendly. Cochran Plumbing came out and fixed our plumbing issue for our new sink install in February this year and installed the new sink for us as well. The gentleman did a very professional job, very efficient. We found that the plumbing area was leaking last night and my husband called them this morning and they were efficient at answering the call and came out same day and resolved the issue quickly and professionally. They even did the work under a warranty and did not charge us. They are an Amazing plumbing company and would recommend them to anyone!Thank You Cochran Plumbing Services! -

A small leak in our bathroom turned into a HUGE problem and was literally flooding our house. Cochran Plumbing came to our house after 9PM, and they were very kind about it. The gentleman who came to our house was understanding, thorough, and very professional. He fixed our leak in no time. We were worried about a super high bill - especially since it was after business hours. But the price was beyond reasonable. It was a great experience, and Im super thankful for them! -

I had three different plumbing problems after Hurricane Debby. All were pretty major problems affecting my everyday life. Called Cochran Plumbing and Kevin came out in a few hours. Long story short he worked his butt off and had to order parts which took a few days to get. As soon they were delivered he was back and worked for 5 hours getting us back together. I can’t thank him enough for the hard work he put in all the while with a positive attitude. I was stressed and he continued to reassure me he would get the job done!! Wish I could get this kind of service more often. Thanks Cochran Plumbing and especially Kevin! Good company and good people. -

Donnie came over right away to start removing our water heater as Ronnie went to pick up the new one. They both were very professional and explained to us tips for water heater maintenance. They also replaced the shower faucet and cleaned up afterwards. Definitely will be using their services again. -

Its’s been about a year and I still want to share my experiences.Mr.Ronnie his son and son in law are by far of the highest caliber. We needed to switch out a stem in one shower and 3 in another shower It’s noEasy task. We then asked them to tie our natural gas line to our generator.They did it like it was as simple as changing a diaper. I can not rave enough about the knowledge, experience and professionalism they bring! They were a blessing after dealing with others in the past.And after I got the Bill? Omg really? We were so relieved.I promise you they will be there when needed without a huge cost anytime.God know’s we would never call anyone else. -
