We consulted with Jason and he gave us excellent advice to have a third party engineer look at our foundation. Turns out we didn’t need foundation work done based on the engineer’s findings. If we or someone we know ever needs foundation work, we will be sure to use or recommend this company. When two pushy big-name foundation companies were quoting us thousands of dollars for work that wasn’t necessary, it sure was refreshing to experience integrity, genuine care, and a high level of professionalism from Jason.Happy happy new year to you and your family!

Im not one to write a novella review but I could after trying for over 3 years to get my foundation fixed correctly. I have had every foundation company at my house and the stories I could tell!! Jason from RMSP was straight forward, real, and very respectful . The crew was very nice and kept it clean. I am older and respectfulness is in short supply but not with Jason and they did a amazing job for the right price. After years of waking up a wreck about my foundation I can now wake up a wreck about other things. Educate yourself about the process and you will know Jason is doing it right.

I want to give my highest possible recommendation for RMSP. They earned my trust early on, while we did 3 years of simple monitoring of our foundation problems, with never a hint of pressure to proceed with expensive repairs. This year my family and an independent engineer decided the time had come to tackle a large-scale piering of the entire foundation. At every step over the course of the project, everyone with this company was polite, timely, organized, and patient with my questions and responsive to any concern. And I trust that the quality of their workmanship was A+ as well.

Very highly recommend. Our house needed some foundation work. We talked to many different companies, including all of the ones you see commercials for. Could not be happier that I chose Rocky Mountain Steel Piering. The work started when they said it would, and they finished ahead of schedule. They seemed honest and reliable, did what they said they would, and worked hard. They also went above and beyond to reaffix our gutter extension that they had to take off for the work (the old brackets didnt work when they were reinstalling, so they replaced them). Very happy with them. Not to mention this company is not trying to price gouge like the other ones you see. Forgot the other foundation companies, use this one!

Were so glad that we called Rocky Mountain Steel Piering to help us with our structural issues! We had a list of issues reported by a home inspector, and Jason was awesome helping us get everything sorted out. There were a few things that the original inspector had been wrong about, and Jason helped us save money by identifying what was really in need of repair and which things arent really a problem. He outlined all of the next steps we need to take, along with multiple great referrals to specialists for our unique situation. Highly recommend and would be happy to work with them again for future work!

I have an old home dated pre-1890 which has some structural issues. I received drawings to rectify the sinking/sliding from a structural engineer who gave me a few recommendations but spoke even more highly of Rocky Mountain Steel Piering. These guys did a great job installing a series of helical piers and brackets on the old foundation. They were courteous and got the job done in the designated time frame, cleaned up and were gone. I highly recommend them.

RMSP is an A++. They are integral, timely, and very aligned & concerned with the home owners needs. Most importantly an excellent result! We purchased our dream home in Cherry Point and 6 months into the purchase found out that there was major foundation issues. Shawn Weller was incredibility responsive and did his best to minimize any disruption and stress! I recommend this company whole heartedly.
