    Highly recommend Don! He came out to help us when we had a backed up tub and shower drain. Super friendly and knowledgeable, got the job done quickly and cleaned up when he was done. We have another project coming up and are very happy to have him doing the work.

    I have used Reliable Rooter for many plumbing needs in my home, including sewer back ups (very quick to respond) bathroom remodel (added a sink and shower), basement remodel (added gas line for dryer, added toilet and sink, moved water heater), and I’ve updated just about every water line in my house. Don and his team have done a superior job at reasonable prices. I’m very grateful to have found a plumber I can trust to perform the work correctly and at a fair price.

    Don and his crew are fantastic! Very professional, very knowledgeable. Just had a water heater and sump pump replacement in the same day. Work was done in little over an hour. Prices are very competitive as well. Ive gone to Reliable Rooter for years now, as I have an old house with old plumbing. They have been replacing old metal pipes with new ones, and everything theyve done has held and performs perfectly, for years. Reliable Rooter is the only plumbing crew I will call for any plumbing issues. I HIGHLY recommend!!

    I will go to reliable rooter with any and all my plumbing needs. A few months back we were doing a basement project and ran into a plumbing issue. Don and his team came out in a timely manner. They addressed the issue, explained to us what had to be done, reviewed the cost, and did a fantastic job following. Now to present day we had a leak upstairs under our sink. Don and his team came out fixed the leak and helped us with updating the faucet and water filtration system. Don and his team are great at being reliable, great communication, good pricing, and completing great jobs.

    These guys do a ton of work for me and I probably should have given them credit sooner. Today they re-plumbed my kitchen sink, installed a new sink and faucet. They were on time, quick and efficient. We always get great quality and value when we use Reliable Rooter

    I first found Reliable Rooter after purchasing my house and discovering an undisclosed problem with the floor drain in my basement. I called around and Don was both the nicest to talk to and the most modestly priced I found, even coming out on a weekend. He got everything flowing again quickly. Ive had them out for various jobs no less than half a dozen times and the service and work is excellent every time. He and his crew are very knowledgeable and came up with some clever ways to shave some good chunks of change off the bill. My water heater went out a while back, called Don and they took care of it from start to finish I didnt even have to shop for a water heater or mess with delivery, anything. Ive had a toilet and laundry sink put in my basement, redid the plumbing on my tub, kitchen sink, installed a washer and gas dryer (yes they do some work with gas too!). Im a cheap guy. I found them by chance from their Money Saver coupon, but dont let the price fool you their work is always spot on with no problems. I cant recommend them enough!

    On weekend, I was working on low pressure issue in kitchen faucet... in that process,I have created leak between copper pipe and stop valve. So, I called multiple plumbers to come on weekend and take a look but only Don from Reliable Rooter came to see the issue and tighten the valve but afterwords we saw very small leak,he came back again on Tuesday and replace valve to eliminate. Don was both the nicest to talk to and he even didnt charge me for his visits. I am planing to use his services for shower door project and I will highly recommend them!

    Weve needed plumbing work done on our home a number of times over the years and we always call Reliable Rooter. Don is AMAZING and his guys are always thorough and professional. Theyve cleared clogs (including a super-hero action figure that went on one wild ride), replaced old deteriorating cast iron pipes, installed fixtures, and fixed leaks. Now, we want to get our bathroom completely remodeled, and Don gave me an estimate that blew my doors off. These guys are great! Its not always easy to find people I can trust, but with Don and Reliable Rooter, I never have to worry, and thats worth more than I can say.

    Don and his crew did a fantastic job. They installed an additional full bath in a very timely manner. Quality of work is great and pricing is very fair. Don was upfront, honest, and didnt try to oversell me. I definitely recommend and will use for future projects.

    I want to share my experience with my bathroom remodel. Reliable Rooter of Little Chute, WI did an excellent job!, I am not one to give a 5 star rating very often, but in this case it is well deserved. The job from start to finish was done with professionalism, great attention to detail and quickly so our daily lives were interrupted as little as possible, they even watched out for my pets! The entire crew were a team and it showed in the workmanship of everyone.Jason Bellis who did the drywall repair work was excellent, I mean really excellent at what he does and again all the statements above apply to him as well. I had completed my own cabinet re-paint and everyone was very careful not to bump into it. I would highly recommend Don and his crew for any future work needed. So helpful, professional, answered all my questions. With this crew it was obvious that the quality of work was the priority!Sandy D.

    Don has been solving my plumbing problems for about 17 years now. My house has the sort of frequent plumbing problems common in older houses. Don and his crew have fixed clogs in my toilet, bathtub, and sewer line (some of these more than once) and replaced my hot water heater and bathtub. He and his people always do a good job and clean up well after their work. He is happy to answer questions and explain things, including telling me ways to prevent future problems. He is very reliable (lives up to his companys name) and professional. I would definitely recommend him to any of my friends.

    We have an old house with a leaky bathtub. Due to restricted space it was impossible for us to fix on our own. Don came over the same day I called to look at the issue and proposed several solutions. He was easy to work with and to set up a time to make the repairs. During the consult Don also noticed that we have exotic pet birds and expressed concern with the fumes; which really showed he cared about our entire household as well. They were punctual on the day scheduled and called when they were on their way. They set up a tarp and made sure to take all measures to keep the debris to a minimum as they had to make a hole in our ceiling under the tub to get to the pipes. The repair was quick and they were extremely professional and helpful. We would definitely recommend then to anyone needing service in plumbing.

    We have used reliable rooter over the past 7 years. Previously I would call around and get estimates after finding out what needed to be done. Reliable rooter was always the most available, arrived same day, and had the most fair pricing. They have a coupon on their website and always honor it! They’re respectful and don’t try to rip you off. They diagnose the problem and give you a “good, better, best” fixing option so you can decide which one your budget can handle at the time.

    After posting a negative review concerning response time, I am please to say that I was given feedback quickly and feel 100% better about Reliable plumbing. Any business that reaches out to correct a problem, is worth more than gold to me! I was frustrated because of past experiences with construction crews not showing up, I assumed I was in the same situation AGAIN.     My mains was leaking, rusting out. Don and his crew came in and replaced the rusty pipe with new. Also added a shut off valve after the meter. Don was very personable and honest about the situation. Price was reasonable. This is the second time Ive needed a plumber and used Reliable, I would call them again.

    Don and Paul are very knowledgeable and professional. Were scheduled for Monday but let him know there was something else going on and they came same day installing a new water heater on a Friday afternoon plus the work that was scheduled for Monday. Price is reasonable and quality of work with Paul and Pau is exceptional. Highly recommend!!!
