    Big thank you to Appleton Drain & Sewer Cleaning. Noticed last night the floor drain in my basement was overflowing after running the washer and dishwasher. Tried for 3 hours this morning to clear it out myself with a power drill snake with no luck. They got it clear in 20 mins, and gave me a veterans discount I didnt even ask for because they saw my veteran license plate! Awesome dudes, make sure you give them a call if you have any issues!

    We had a pipe emergency in our basement yesterday. Mike was able to come out within 1 hour on a Sunday, and unclog the pipe.We had a problem with our pipe exactly 1 week prior and used a different company that charged 3x the amount AND didn’t fix the problem. Mike was able to unclog that pipe again and a different one, and got it done in half the time. He was fast, affordable, and very nice. We definitely won’t be using any other company except his from now on!

    These folks came out to clean my main sewer line and auxiliary lines. I made sure they had room to work near the cleanouts and they we’re efficient. The two gentlemen left a clean work site, did the work in excellent time, and were considerate of my work from home situation. They charged a very competitive price and they were at our place first thing the next morning (I called them around 8pm and chose to wait overnight - they would’ve come out that night had it been an emergency!). I highly recommend this business. They were professional, gave me a detailed report of the billing, provided guidance to how we can better maintain the main line. Thanks!!

    Mike was awesome! He asked several questions and answered several questions to troubleshoot even prior to coming out. Once it was determined his services were truly needed he was here within an hour to fix. Even though it was a Saturday he never seemed bothered and was very professional.     We had a main line sewer back up in our basement. We called Mike on a Sunday left a voicemail, he called back with in 5 minutes, and was to our house in under an hour. He was professional, prompt, and clean. He also had our problem fixed in under 45 minutes. He was a life saver for us and very reasonably priced. I couldn’t recommend him enough!

    My washing machine was backing up downstairs, and I figured I had a clog in the drain. They came by and within an hour had the clog and LOTS of tree roots cleaned out. They let me see the roots and explained what will happen eventually. It was good to get a straight answer and their service was great, and at a great price. You guys rock!!

    Excellent service and a great price. We will be calling for our yearly sewer cleaning maintenance from now on. Professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He even came into my bathroom because I mentioned we had something broken in there and he told me exactly what I needed to buy and where to get it to fix the problem. They broke through the clog withing about 15 minutes but then did the right thing and continued to run the auger all the way to the street to remove all the roots that were causing the problem Price was also very reasonable.

    If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!! We had the main drain clogged and it overflowed in our basement. We sent a message to Appleton Drain and Sewer Cleaning, and Mike called right away to set up a time to come look. Mike and his team were very prompt, professional, and friendly!! I was really intrigued by what they were doing (tree root grew into the pipe 60 ft. out), Mike explained everything they were doing, what all the tools were and what they did, patiently answered all my questions, and let me watch on the camera as they removed the tree root! They unclogged the drain in less than an hour, and it was far less than I thought it would be! They even cleaned up where it overflowed which they didnt have to do! I would definitely recommend!     Definitely recommend I had my drain clogged with tree roots but they ran into an issue with there tool Breaking and They said they’re gonna come back 1-2 days but never heard from back anybody had to contact someone else because it wasn’t fully cleaned out and i ran into the same issue again one month later

    I called Appleton Drain and Sewer at 9:20 on a Sunday evening, they answered on the second ring and were very friendly. I asked for a quick quote for the difference of a Sunday service call compared to waiting until Monday. Their pricing was very fair and I had them come out that evening. The worker arrived within about 15 min, quickly diagnosed the problem and went right to work. He had our system fully functioning and everything cleaned up ( including the mess made by the backup) in less than an hour. He also ran a camera down the pipes and showed me what caused the problem and offered suggestions on keeping everything flowing. If you need any drain or sewer services I recommend giving these guys a call.

    Called on a Saturday and they were here within the hour. Fixed the issue and cleaned up afterward. Verified that the issue was fully resolved before leaving and the price was reasonable. Will definitely use for any future trouble.

    I couldnt be happier with this company! We have used a different company for the last 14 years in which they have been to our house 2 times in the last few weeks to remove roots. Needless to say they did not remove them. So we thought we would try a new company and have never been so happy with a job well done. Thank you for the fast response time and great work.
