I recently called RKN Maintenance and Yuri, returned my call and scheduled me for repairs for my Plumbing issues. This is my first time ever calling them.Yuri is awesome, very professional, and very informative. He is truly a hard-working man and HONEST! The plumbing work he did for me consisted of his going into the crawl space to change pex lines, cutting an interior wall to replace hot and cold-water copper supply lines, as well as installing kitchen valves.He did an outstanding job! I was very pleased! He gave me a warranty and told me to call him back if I had any more problems.I am so glad I finally find an honest, experience, and certified Plumber. I plan to use Yuri for any future projects or problems. I highly recommend Yuri, RKN Maintenance LLC and have already referred him to my family and friends.

Yuri has worked for us twice and we were very pleased both times. He is prompt, communicative, and very good at plumbing. He fixed a copper pipe pin hole in our kitchen ceiling once and changed out a sink disposal the second time. He is also fairly priced. We highly recommend him.

I talked to Yuri about a burst outdoor faucet. He came and traced where the pipe lines were and was able to replace the faucet with a minimum of wall damage. Yuri has over 18 years of plumbing experience and it really shows in his manner and professionalism. Yuri was an excellent plumber. He was on time and very knowledgeable about the job. I had huge leaks on two upstairs toilets and they were originally put in horribly. I Hired RKN to replace a water heater at my property after reading the reviews and I was not disappointed. Yuri worked into the night to make sure that he got it done instead of putting me off for the next day. He was very professional and showed up exactly when he said he would. WATER HEATER WENT OUT AGAIN.... THANK YURI with RKN!!!!!!!!I call kind of late one evening, a kind voice answered the call. Asked how he could help me. IT WAS YURI!!!!! Told him that I had been without hot for about two weeks awaiting on home warranty and the company who made the water heater. Yuri heard my cry and made an appointment to come over the very next morning. Yuri did a great job explaining things to me, he even took the time to speak a rep from the company RHEEM to ensure everything went smooth. Yuri with RKN Home Maintenance was on point with even calling when he was going to be late. Yuri had my family back in business in a matter of hours. Heaven sent, after spending almost thousands of dollars from a previous repair, and the hot water heater still wasnt fixed we deiced to find another repairman. RKN was very professional and readily available to assist us. He came in less than 24 hours of making contact. He fixed all issues on the same day and informing us on what was wrong and also what things to look for if something else goes wrong. Apparently the previous repairman scammed us so we were over joyed once we found RNK home repair we give them 10 thumbs up!!

I had two issues. A leak behind a wall that required moving my water heater to get to it and another leak from valves outside the wall. Yuri came the next day to start the work. And although it took a few days, he never left us without water for more than a couple hours as well as never overnight. In the end, he not only did the upgrades to the pipes and valves, and fixed the leaks, he fixed the drywall and painted it. My wife also got him to do the pressure washing of the driveway. Yuri is really professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend him

Hes an independent small business who tells me hes just getting started on his own, though hes worked for a larger firm for quite a few years and his experience is evident. He knows his stuff and gave me the right direction on what I needed. He strikes me as an honest young fellow, which is what I want in professionals I hire. After the water heater installation, he was diligent in following up afterward to make sure everything was working as expected. Recommended.
