    We had severe clogs in 2 of our 3 bathrooms. Mr. Morris came out same-day on a Saturday. He diagnosed the problem with our toilets, repaired them and went the extra mile to make sure the all the bolts on all 3 toilets were tightened and even ran out to get a replacement for one. He went above and beyond and had us back operational in under 2 hours. Highly recommend.

    GREAT EXPERIENCE!!!! Mr. Morris Arrive 2hrs early. Identified the problem and quoted a price that was more than fair for the work needed to be done. After locating the main sewage clean on the property, he discussed the causes and made sure I understood what he was going to be doing. Within 35min. He said you are good to go (LOL).     I just had a great experience with Morris Plumbing! I decided this morning that I was tired of waiting on my husband to replace our busted toilet so I looked up plumbers in Atlanta. I found Mr. Morris site and gave him a call. He was so helpful and courteous over the phone, I canceled my other two quotes and decided to hire him. He got to my house just hours later, right on time, and did a great job installing the toilet! And he did it for a great price!All together, I would say this guy is great -- professional, prompt, helpful, competent and NICE! You could not ask for more!

    My experience with Morris Plumbing and Sewer was top notch from start to finish!My call was answered immediately by Mr. Morris himself. We discussed my plumbing issue and we tentatively scheduled an appointment for the next day.     Morris Plumbing exceeded our expectations! When we were in a pinch, due to our water heater leaking, going bad and needing to be urgently replaced, Mr. Morris promptly picked up the phone after hours, came next day and replaced it. He was friendly, careful of our hardwood floors, helped to teach me as a new home owner on how to operate the water heater, and was very fast. Thank you for the help!     My water heater sprung a leak...Mr. Morris was at my house in 7 minutes and got everything under control instantly! Replaced my tank the next morning and arrived with it exactly when he said he would! Very efficient and very professional! I highly recommend him!

    Mr. Morris did a great job. He was very professional and explained my problem in detail on the phone. He also quoted me a price which was accurate. I had told him I needed two toilets unclogged and forgot to mention my toilet downstairs. He did charge me for adjustment in my toilet. He also replaced my water pressure valve. The entire job was completed within 15 minutes. I now have a honest plumber.

    Mr. Morris came to inspect a leak that was occuring in my dining room ceiling. Within 5 minutes he determined the leak was coming from the bathroom directly above my dining room. He found the problem stemmed from a worn out wax ring on my toilet. He fixed the problem and my husband and I were very pleased.As a precautionary measure he returned within one week to check the wax ring on my master bathroom toilet and replaced it as well. I was very pleased with his level of professionalism. He was punctual, very knowledgeable, approachable and took time to explain what was wrong and how he could correct the problem. He even gave advice on preventive measures to take in the future.His pricing was affordable for the level of work that was performed. I feel comfortable recommending his services to my friends and family, and even to a complete stranger. He stands behind his work and does it right the first time. That is important to me because in times like these nobody has hard earned money to throw away.Kudos to Morris Plumbing and Sewer services, if there were more like him in the business there would be less to worry about in the time of an emergency. I would rate the service as 5 Star or Excellent!

    Mr. Morris has repaired two water leaks at my home. His first visit to my home was for a water leak outside the house. I called Mr. Morris after another company had given me an outrageous repair quote, but could not tell me the location of the leak. Mr. Morris came out and found the leak immediately and completed the repair quickly. Not only did he do a good job in repairing the leak, the cost was 100% less than the previous plumber estimate. His work and professionalism was outstanding and for that reason I used his service again today for a major leak inside the home to discover water was spraying from the top of the water heater. The water heater had burst and he gave me an affordable estimate that included the cost of a new water heater and a new pressure regulator and pipe. Once again he did a great job and I am now a loyal custom with Morris Plumbing and Sewer.

    I called them up this morning, spoke with him and he had a full schedule. After explaining my problem he made it a priority to put on the schedule today. Sent a few pics of my hot water heater and he quoted me the price, picked up the parts and a few hours later he was here and extremely high water pressure issue causing my toilets to leak was resolved. I must say, I was extremely impressed and proud of the job that he did.

    Total professional and highly recommended. Mr Morris arrived at the exact time he promised and didnt try to change the quoted price, which was fair and less than others who quoted the job.     I needed a plumber who would fix the issues my mother was having.     I am true skeptic of using people from the Internet, but after reading the reviews my first thought was could these be fake? After reading a few of them I knew that they were real. Mr. Morris was very professional and answered my questions confidently. I went with my gut and intuition an I was not wrong! I gave him a call and he offered to meet with me the same day. Mr. Morris arrived at the time that he said he would even though it was slightly raining. He took one look at my problem, which was with some underground piping that needed to be repaired, he said he could fix it the same day. I am very happy customer and will definitely refer anyone to use his services. His prices are fair. They wont turn you away. I would like to say THANK YOU MR.MORRIS!!!!     We called Mr. Morris on Christmas Eve concerning several plumbing issues we were having. He answered his phone by the second or third ring and agreed, without hesitation, to come to our house that evening to provide us with a consultation. He and his helper worked extensively over the next 2 days to help us with a very long list of plumbing issues. He was fast and dependable. In addition, he was very honest about the pricing, and I felt that he made a great effort to find products/parts that were quality, but that would not break the bank. I really appreciate all the effort he made to do everything with such a quick turn around, especially considering the large number of guests that visited our house during the holiday season. I WOULD RECOMMEND HIS SERVICES AGAIN WITHOUT QUESTION!

    I called Mr. Morris at 5:30p pm Sunday, 8/10/214. I explained to him my problem and he quoted me a price that I couldnt afford at the time. I told him what I had, he accepted, and he told me he would see me in an hour. An hour later, he was at my home and went straight to work. He told me what the problem was and only charged me 1/2 of the cost he accepted. Mr. Morris is thorough, reasonable and understanding. The problem was bigger than expected and the cost is more than I expected, but he quoted me a reasonable price for the work that needs to be done.     For the record Mr. Rick Morris and I are not related. I was looking on the web for a plumber that was close to my area. After scrolling thru other plumbers I came across Ricks and thought he might be good since we both had the last name. I needed some work on my bathroom toilet as it was flushing on its own. Rick came out and diagnosed the problem and fixed the problem in a timely manner. I also mentioned to him that my garbage disposal was broke. He said he would take a look at it and he had it up and running in less than 10 minutes. I highly recommend him. His prices are reasonable and I very satisfied. He is a 6 star!!!
