    I went into our garage yesterday afternoon and discovered water everywhere! I realized that it was probably our old water heater. I contacted my husband who is working overseas to ask what I should do? I did call my son-in-law who came over and realized that our water heater was shot. Nothing we can do to fix it. So, my husband searched online, reading reviews of various businesss in our area. He found Flow Pros Plumbing and gave them a call. Donovan arrived last night and accessed the damage. Spoke to my son-in-law over the phone, and to me, and we decided on a plan. The very next day, today, he arrived and installed our new water heater. He gave us a good price. I felt very secure in dealing with Donovan. So far, we are very happy! Thank you so very much!

    No one want to hear that their house needs to be entirely re-plumbed. We had a leak under our terrazzo, which the leak finders could not nail down. However, Flow Pros made the whole process as easy for us as possible. The process was perfectly completed on time, with no additional charges. I totally recommend Flo Pros.

    Josh cleared our main drain. He was very knowledgeable and explained how grease from the kitchen sink was building up at the point where it connected to the main drain. This caused toilet paper and other materials to get stuck and start building up, resulting in a large plug. He recommended using Bio-Clean drain cleaner once a month to keep things flowing. Donovan, one of their Subject Matter Experts, Plumbers does as well.     We had two of our three 15 year-old tankless hot water heaters go out on us within days of each other, and the third one was sounding like it was on life support.     I called Flow Pros for a plumbing issue, I was extremely concerned a pipe may have been broken inside my concrete slab in the floor. None of the showers would drain and the toilets wouldnt flush. The person on the phone helped to calm me down and said a technician would be there within the hour. The tech got there quickly and said it was a clogged pipe only. Good news. He went right up on the roof and unclogged all of my plumbing. In the entire house. The price was more than fair. I just wanted to thank these folks and I recommend them when ever I can. Really nice people and great service.

    I had to get a hose bibb replaced, but the pipe inside the wall was close to breaking. Donovan was able to carefully chip away the concrete filler around the plumbing and neatly attach a new pipe for the hose. Over the years when I made a major mistake like the one I just did, Ive learned to leave it to a professional to fix. After snapping the pipe, I proceeded to look for companies and their reviews. Flow Pros reviews steered me toward hiring them. I definitely made the right decision. I watched and learned as Donavan worked through my issue with the pipe. I forgot to say earlier that before Donavan began repairing the pipe, the price for the job to fix my mistake, was WAY WELL BELOW what I had planned for. I read stories of plumbers costing over a thousand dollars for any job. So last, I just want to say when you hire Flow Pro, you wont be disappointed. BTW, thanks to Donavan for your GREAT job!!!
