    Mark Price did an excellent job with some repairs I needed done at my house as you can see with the before and after pictures.I tried many different companies and Mark was the only one that was honest with me about the needed repairs while the other guys lied just to try to get more money.I will never use anyone ever again for anything I heed done around my house. Thank you again Mark for making my place look beautiful again. And most importantly, thank you for be honest and fair!

    I highly recommend this company for your home repair needs. He came out the very next day and completed multiple roofing and gutter problems that I had across two properties. He was knowledgeable, personable, and communicated flawlessly throughout the entire process. Pair this with affordable pricing as well! Ill definitely be using their services again. Five stars!!

    Contacted Mark about some work I needed done. We scheduled an appointment for the next morning for which he was prompt and on time. He looked at the job that need to be done and gave me a quote that was acceptable. I watched as he worked and could see that I would easily get great work for the money that I paid. Everything that he did for us from replacing a window, replacing boards and painting was done great. Already recommended him to a friend. If you have work you need done around the house Mark is your guy.

    So fare Mark has instaled a kitchen light, 3 ceiling fans and removed the front door and put a new one on. Im very pleased of his work ethnic. In a few weeks he will be replacing all my windows, i will give an update once he has completed the job. And i must say he is affordable. Mark replaced all my windows in my house. Im very pleased. I absolutely love them. It gives my home a new make over. He is the best and the best pricing. I recommend him for any job and i know i will be using him again.

    I am so happy with my deck. It looks brand new. I honestly did not think it could be done. But Affordable Home Improvements MP showed me otherwise. I have lived in my house for 15 years and the deck was poorly maintained (black mold, wood buckling and some rotting, etc.) Mark Price clearly has considerable expertise. He renovated my deck in less than 2 days and for an affordable price. Plus, hes professional, courteous, and responsive. Ive done a lot of work on my house this year, and I cannot believe my good fortune in finding this company.

    I just want to say THANK YOU Mark Price! For years I have been trying to get my back deck repaired affordably yet repaired correctly. Mark not only did an outstanding job, he also saved me money in materials that were able to be cleaned up and reused. With that savings I was able to add a couple nice features that Mark built himself! I am just thrilled with the job he did. He was punctual, courteous, and a very hard worker. He didnt just sit around or do a Half way job. I will highly recommend him for whatever job you need. If he says he can do it, he can.     Mark is the man, I have used him several times throughout the years ! He can do anything, I have had him to paint my home interior and exterior, change light fixture, ceiling fans, faucet fixtures, pressure wash exterior, repaired my wooden fence, repaired my screened in porch, hung pictures and many more things. He is prompt, efficient, does quality work and his prices are truly affordable ! If you need a good handyman Mark is your Guy !!!

    Mark replaced our damaged floor. It was a big job, including researching and purchasing matching wood, crawling under the house and shoring up the subfloor, and even repairing the wall. Mark returned my phone calls quickly, started work the next day, and finished in just a couple days. We are completely satisfied with his quality, and impressed with his speed, technical knowledge, and work ethic. Were keeping him on speed dial for the next job!

    Great craftsmanship which is a rare thing this day in age. Did a wonderful job on my siding and soffit at an affordable price. Will be using this company again when I add a roof onto my deck. Even offered to install French doors and new windows at a discount if I chose to do at the same time. Will for sure be using this company in the future. Thanks again!

    Mark and his team are second to none! Their craftsmanship and skills are outstanding, He reconstructed my entire back screened in porch to where it looks better than when the house was built.     I would highly recommend Affordable Home Improvements to anyone who’s looking for a company that provides affordable and quality services. They repaired my exterior wood trim on the front of my house and did a phenomenal job. I needed the work done immediately and when Mark found out that my window crossheads had to be special ordered and would not be received in the time frame I needed the work done, he built them himself.
