    Rocket Plumbing was wonderful! Their manager talked me through my options over the phone, and with the aid of photos of the work needed gave me a quote ahead of time unlike all the other plumbing companies. Eric who did the work was prompt, professional, and efficient. He told me what to look out for and was very personable. Highly recommend!

    Nick and Stephen did an awesome job today! After not having any warm water over the weekend, it was such a joy to have these guys come in and do a great job. They even got rid of another old hot water tank, that I have had in my home for many years! I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

    Geoffrey was great!! Took his time, explained everything and got my sewer line flowing even when there was a chance we would have bigger issues! I have used Rocked Plumbing for years and they are the only company that has been able to keep my sewer line running with no backups from maintenance alone :)

    My experience with Rocket Plumbing was great. My faucet was leaking and this faucet Brian the owner recommended is perfect for my sink. I especially like the sprayer and soap dispenser.Louis and his partner were on time and communicated arrival time when they were 20 minutes away. They were neat, wore shoe covers and left my kitchen as neat as they found it. Very polite and respectful men.I would definitely use them again and recommend Rocket Plumbing to anyone in need.

    Both the Rocket dispatcher and plumber were respectful and courteous. While I did not have an emergency, they were able to make a prompt appointment for the diagnosis and repair. Has it already had a competitive quote I could tell that they gave me an equal or better price. They were also able to suggest some preventive maintenance adding 30% of the bill rather than waiting for additional failures and costing me 300% more. It was a good experience all around. They came to be recommended by a neighbor and I heartily recommend them as well.

    They are AWESOME. So fast, so great! Mike did everything that he could (hydro jet) to try and fix our main pipe. They did have to dig in the ground though. It was a big job, but they were super responsive and exceeded our expectations. Thank you so much!

    Weve been happy with Rocket Plumbing. First impression was another company called them it to fix something they couldnt. From there, they gave us a good bid on additional work. Communication was prompt and informative before acceptance and during the work. I felt like possible issues and approaches were all explained and covered well. No gotcha type charges during or after the work, as well.

    Brian and his team are truly some of the best and most professional plumbers I have worked with. They are on time, in constant communication, and work with you to make things right.We had a fairly intensive job done regarding removing the lead piping intake to our house. His team gave a very reasonable quote and worked with the municipality to get all the necessary approvals needed before and after the work was performed. His team was able to knock out this size of a project in one to two days really just showing how effective his leadership and management really is.Highly recommend anyone looking for work done as they truly are some of the best out there that Illinois has to offer.

    This is the second time weve used rocket plumbing. First for a clogged kitchen sink and second to remove and replace our HWHs. Both times they were very efficient and on time. For the HWH they came out to assess the situation before giving a quote which we appreciated considering other companies we were comparing quotes with would just ask for pictures. It was more reassuring to have someone plan and prepare for a situation theyve seen in person rather than over photos/video. Would def recommend this company!
