    Pardon the mess. The sink is no longer clogged. We had to roto root when upstairs and downstairs sinks were still clogged after trying to attack the clogs with smaller augers. Apparently grease was all the way down the line.Marc was professional and competent in what he was doing. He was able to work his way around certain issues meticulously, which could only be done through experience.You know, sometimes you just have to bite a bullet if the problem is out of your hands and find the professional.

    I recently had a water leak in my basement due to a faulty shutoff valve, and the plumber did an excellent job fixing it. They replaced the valve, fixed the leak, and completed the entire job the same night, preventing what could have been a major disaster.     I had a clogged kitchen drain. Our plumber was Dal and he was great! He was friendly and knowledgeable. He asked what was going on, diagnosed the issue and fixed it with no problems. The drain is clear and I am very happy with the appointment. I would recommend Roto-Rooter and especially recommend Dal. I’ll be calling them again when needed.

    On December 19, 2022, my home experienced a major plumbing problem. My basement bathroom flooded, and I had no idea what to do next. I called Roto Rooter and they were able to assist me immediately. The representative was so attentive and scheduled my service right away. Larry Patterson was the technician and professional expert who answered the service call to my home. He was very respectful, personable, professional and knowledgeable; He answered all of my questions and made me understand anything that I was unsure of. He was able to advise me of the best possible action in response to my problem. I was deeply impressed by his intellect and his professionalism. After cleaning out my plumbing and making sure that the problem was resolved, he was able to provide me with the best advice about sewage cleanup and restoration to my basement. He coordinated Cynthia to look over the damage to my basement at a time convenient for me. Cynthia was incredibly professional, and she made me understand my options. She walked me through the whole process of restoration. She was able to schedule everything in the same the day. This was the best experience Ive ever had with a plumbing company. The pricing was affordable, and I am very happy with this service. I plan to utilize them for all of my plumbing needs.

    Called Roto at 12 midnight on a Friday after discovering a toilet tank leakage problem that required me to shut off the water supply entirely. So it was a serious problem. Rotos website says 24/7. Usually this means you get an answering service and the run-around to get to an actual plumber. Megan answered right away and was great (pleasant and empathetic), understood the issue and my anxiety, and got me scheduled for 10am the next day, Saturday. Oh my thats good. Then Sam came out, assessed the issue, clearly discussed the options to either repair or replace the 25-year old toilet, and shared the pros and cons for both. Hey, dont judge, lol. 2 hours or so later, I was ecstatic to have a new, water efficient toilet professionally and beautifully installed!! Really great experience with Sam the plumber (he knows his trade very very well) and Megan for Customer Service.

    Dama (1503) and Tyrone (5421) did a magnificent job repairing our leak that forced us to turn water off to the whole house. We’d been without water for 2 days by the time we reached out to roto-rooter and it took them no time at all to diagnose our issue, explain their plan of attack, and get to work. They also helped install shut off valves for our shower to help us avoid having to turn water off to the whole house in the future. Can’t recommend Dama and Tyrone highly enough for their efficiency, professionalism, and willingness to go above and beyond to help their customer. Thanks again guys!!     The service rep, Daniel, was prompt and informative. He examined my hot water heater and determined it was a simple temperature adjustment that I couldve done myself (doh). There was no charge for the visit, which I appreciated as they couldve charged a flat fee just for visiting the house. I also used Roto-Rooter a few weeks ago to unclog a basement drain and was satisfied with their service then as well.

    I called Roto-Rooter to unclog a pipe. Daekwon R. was the persom whom came to unclog the pipe. Daekwon was very professional and courteous. He also unclogged the pupe with ease. The only thing that takes away from the whole experience is the quoted price, it was rather pricey. Other than that, everything was fine.

    Excellent excellent excellent work from Roto-Rooter! I’m so happy I called them to fix my issue. Dama was the technician that repaired my busted P-Trap on my upstairs tub. He did an incredible job!I actually created the hole when I tried to use an auger to remove a clog in the drain. Water started leaking from the ceiling in the kitchen below my bathroom and got everywhere when I tried to use the shower. My house is very old and the P-Trap was probably at least 100 + years old too. Ha!!Dama was very professional and was not intimidated with the task or the location of the where the leak was coming from. The locationwas in a tight spot surround by supply lines in the corner of my kitchen ceiling. He was prepared and knew exactly what to do. It’s rare to get a true professional. He’s definitely a professional. If I ever had another issue, I would most definitely request him. Even though he’s a great guy and true professional, I hope to not see him again anytime soon! Ha!! Roto-Rooter is lucky to have him representing their company. Overall, I’m VERY satisfied with the quality of work that was done at my home today.     Quick professional and got the job done. Josh and Gino came out within an hour of my initial call to Roto for a clogged drain, on a Sunday no less! Both were very professional, wore masks and booties the whole time, and were knowledgeable about what they were doing and how to prevent future clogs. Went above and beyond. I thought I had a problem with my garbage disposal, but he assured me that it was working fine.     I was very happy with the service!! We had a sudden leak from the kitchen sink into the basement at night.. I called and was told Id get a call back when a plumber was on the way about an hour after I called (quicker than the within the 2 hour estimate). David arrived and fixed the leak quickly and was very friendly. He explained everything clearly. Price seemed a bit high but perhaps the going rate for this work. The next morning Paul came promptly when he said he would and checked out everything for possible water damage. He put in a fan and didnt charge me anything! I would definitely call this company again!

The price was a little higher than I would have thought for using pliers to pull out a couple things from my disposal, but, I can’t complain too much because my disposal works and my sink now drains properly! At my request, he let me watch and walked me through the steps in case I need to replace another one sometime. When I was under the sink before he came, a metal slip nut had broken that connected the bottom of my sink to the pvc piping. He gifted me a new slip nut and attached it for me at no charge.     Well today we finally received someone that seemed to know what he was doing !!!!! Roto-Rooter was just here on Thursday the 29th of Sept to fix our problem for the 5th time!!! Alex was here on the 29th of Sept 2022 and said it was hair that caused the back up. This was a bold face lie as we knew it was tree roots clogging it up. He was here for 3 hours and wasted our time and money !! Today Oct 3rd I had to call again for the exact same problem, however we finally received a technician that was able to get the snake with two cutter blades down into the line ( the last 5 guys could not get the double bladed snake in and told us it was a wipe that got flushed which is untrue cause we don’t use wipes in our household ) Todays technician Daniel (8118), was wonderful, not only did he fix it, after the fix he ran a 77 to 83 foot snake to where our line connects with the county line. Again this was our 6th service call with Roto-Rooter and OUR TROUBLES DID NOT GO “ DOWN THE DRAIN “ until today Oct 3!!!! 🪠🪠🪠.Thanks again Daniel #8118 !! Also if they come the first time and have to comeBack within 6 mos you are NOT CHARGED A FEE AGAIN. They also have 75.00 off coupons that you can use to cut down the costs. He addressed everything to my satisfaction. The next Monday another service person showed up and put a camera through my pipes to let me see how everything looked. Very professional and neat. My only complaint is the high cost. However, if I need help immediately and want the job done right - Ill make the same call again.

    A major pipe burst in the unit above our condo. It damaged the majority of our property. Long story short, we had a bad experience with another contractor which delayed work. Not only was he knowledgeable about flood damage and the rebuild process, but his extensive knowledge and experience working with insurance companies lifted a heavy burden in this entire process. Mr. Nelson started the process of putting our home back together as soon as we got off the phone. Given the lag from the other company, we were surprised at how quickly he got things moving. He has made himself available whenever we have a question or concern and has been willing to help us with every aspect of having our home rebuilt. He also checks in frequently to make sure that things are moving along. This has been a relief to our family given this chaotic and stressful situation.

Due to the heavy rains, most water mitigation specialists and plumbing companies that I called were quoting me Thursday appointments when I was actually calling on a Monday. Not only did they make an emergency visit, but my technician (I believe his name was Jose) arrived within 30 minutes in the pouring rain.I was worried about what the cost would be and it was actually what I would consider a fairly decent price. Jose had the parts on hand to fix my problem and stayed long enough to ensure that it was working effectively and until most of the water receded.I will definitely use this company in the future but hopefully it will be for something a little less catastrophic than five inches of water in my finished basement.

    Van Tech #3628 arrived at the time that was told by the office and before he started working he explained what he thought the problem was. He quoted us a price and he then started his repairs. After checking to see if he had the parts for the repair he made the necessary repairs and then proceeded to check the toilet over to make sure everything else was ok. He made a few ajustments to help with the toilet while waiting to see if the repairs that he made to the inside of the toilet fixed our problem which it did he then made one last adjustment to the toilet and then he was done. Van was very friendly, helpful and very good at what he was doing. He also gave us another price for a job that we needed done on a shower drain which we will address whenever we decide on taking care of this problem. All in all Roto Rooter gave us a start window which they met and the job was completed in a timely manner.     My technician today was Dama. Dama was very kind and patient in explaining the services needed, what caused the problem, and what he was doing to resolve it. Dama worked quickly and after he was done, he walked me around to each fixture to check that my main drain clog was clear. He answered all my questions, and made sure that I was satisfied with the work, and that everything was working before he left.

    Khiangte was friendly and knowledgeable. He came to fix a gas leak that another company had indicated was present on a pipe in our basement. He tested it and actually determined there was no gas leak (not sure what that other company was saying) and thus no additional work was required. As a result they only charged me a greatly reduced trip fee which I was happy to pay just for the piece of mind.

    We had a plugged kitchen drain and my wife called Rotorooter. She never asked what it would cost to snake the drain. They came out the same day and the technician was very nice and snaked the drain and unplugged it. (My son had tried to use our snake but couldnt get through.) I am very satisfied with the service, but it seemed that the price was awful high for 20 minutes worth of work. I would recomend comparing prices first. They may be competitive with other plumbers, but seemed expensive to me, but we didnt compare.

Technican - Christopher Rose was early, provided excellent care and was done in an hour and cleaned up all mess from the job. This was due to my faucet breaking and I also had an additional issue with my kitchen sink. My kitchen sinks garbage disposal was leaking. The plumber completed two replacements one for my utility tub faucet and garbage disposal.I was scheduled for 2/24/18 and received service that day timely and professionally. The plumber Dal- #2570 was so helpful and patient. He answered all my questions and showed me how to do prevent maintanance. The total time that both jobs was completed 2.5 hours which was clean and to the point. I am so happy I chose Roto-Rooter.

    I had woken to a Sunday Morning nightmare of a downstairs toilet flooding my hallway and living room hardwood floors and carpets with raw sewage and feces; even after turning the water off it kept coming, using and ruining all the towels I had and could find to contain it. He was extremely and with out a doubt a man of great work ethic, professionalism and a wealth of knowledge for his profession.     I called Roto-Rooter for a hot water heater service. I spoke to the attendant and was informed the technician would arrive between 5:30 and 9:30pm. I received an verification email of my service. Almost immediately, I received a call from Joshua Boone, Service Technican #5765, about the service charge and that he would be driving from Baltimore. Joshua arrived promptly and immediately diagnosed the issue and fixed the problem. Joshua was very pleasant and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond the repair. I asked questions and he answerd them all without hesitation. After the repair, Joshua stayed and verified that the water got hot. I would definitely recommend Joshua to anyone that has an issue with their hot water heater. I will inform my neighbors to call Roto-Rooter and ask for Joshua if they ever have any issues with their hot water heater.

    Mr. Sailo came to your home and quickly assessed the problem provided a solution and completed the repair cleanly and effectively.     Dama came out during a blizzard, and unclogged our waste drain. There were obstacles, because we could not locate the clean out at first, but he persisted.     I am very pleased with the prompt, personable and professional services I received today from Roto-Rooter plumber, Dama Fanai who came out on a Sunday morning to fix an urgent plumbing problem involving my backed up laundry room sink. He expertly snaked the laundry sink, which was complicated, due to the way the pipes were installed. also snaked the drain in my daughters bathroom sink and did an excellent job. He not only competently resolved both problems but also cleaned up the entire area. I thought the price for coming out promptly on the weekend was fair and the work is guaranteed for 6 months which is a bonus! I would recommend Roto-Rooter and plumber Dama Fanai to friends and family.
