    I called a couple of other plumbers to try and get an estimate for hot water heater replacement. One wanted $89.00 just to come out and look at the job,and another gave us a very costly estimate. Mr. Pohlman gave us a price nearly $400.00 cheaper. The work was done the next day very professionally and quickly. The technicians answered all of my questions and were very friendly and courteous. I will definitely be using Pohlman if and when I need plumbing services again. Thank you!

    Overall, the plumbing service was excellent. The technician was professional, efficient, and did not leave a mess. I was pleased with the quality of work, but the price was a bit higher than I expected, which is why Im giving it 4 stars instead of 5. I needed the job done and didnt have time to get other estimates and they were able to provide an estimate based on photos that I texted, which was very convenient and allowed me to avoid taking unnecessary time off from work. That said, I am happy with the results and wouldnt hesitate to use reach out to Pohlman Plumbing for future projects.

    Chose these guys through American Home Shield, they actually called me, and showed up the day they claimed to fix a leaky corroded old copper pipe. Replaced with up to date pex pipe. I freaked out cause my drain valve was dripping a lot more than usual, maybe from the new pipe installed and possibly not clogged, who knows there, but....the guy came back out same day and put a new drain valve in cause our water heater is 10+ years old...turns out it was corroded and worn, which he showed me. Put a new one on, not a single drop of water at this time.The plumber was a very friendly personable guy too, I recommend them.Its great to see good companies still out there partnered with AHS, cause many of them are total garbage review wise...but these guys damn sure arent one of them.

    Joshua and his team are lifesavers. We had a sewer drain excavation/replacement need in our backyard in a tricky spot around our roof deck support pole. Josh and his team have worked on these types of issues many times in the past and assured us they could help. They provided a great service at a fair price. Josh was easy to communicate with, on time, flexible, and honest. I would highly recommend him to friends/family going forward. Because of Sam I am also able to get repairs done to my house from the water damage from my water heater at no cost to me.     CJ does the Manual J assessment for for heating and cooling for your project. After over a dozen attempts to get a response of any kind from companies that just offer this kind of service, not any sales or installation , CJ came through big time. I was so used to being totally ignored, his return call, appointment, and final assignment was done in about two weeks. After wait months from other providers, CJ s turn around time was almost to good to be true. The price was more than fair and what had seemed unresolvable was now in my grasp. My residential project could now move forward. If the rest of the services these guys offer are in anyway comparable, I would go anywhere else. Merry Christmas Pohlman !     10/10 recommend. These guys were Lightning fast! I got a new hot water heater put in. I received my estimate the same day after providing photos of the old water heater. We had our heater installed within a week of paying the down payment! The installers were on time and were out of my house in 2 hours, and now my showers are steaming hot!

    Pohlman Plumbing did an excellent job for a fair market value. We obtained 6 quotes to get our sewer line replaced from our house to the cities connection. Quotes ranged from $6200 to an outrageous $15,000. All companies said they were going to do the exact same work, therefore we went with Pohlman. Not just because of their pricing but because their previous reviews were stellar and after talking with Joshua we were thoroughly impressed. The crew that came and did the work were respectful, professional, completed the job within the time they said they would. Upon inspection the job passed with flying colors.     Great service when we lost our HVAC. We had to replace our coil and instead of a fix went with a new system. After getting a few estimates, Pohl’s beat out the competition by at least 5k for a better system. 10yr warranty and only had to wait 5 days for the system.     Pohlman plumbing did a fantastic job. I have a very old rowhome in Baltimore city. I recently had a leak from my shower drain pipe that came through my walls. Pohlman plumbing was able to diagnosis the issue and replace all the old piping in my house. The job was difficult due to how old all the pipes were, and the small space they had to work with in my tiny house. Now that all the piping in my house was been replaced I am completely relieved. The job was done correctly, with as minimal demo as possible, and the crew was very professional. They did a phenomenal job. Thank you to Joe and his crew!

    My AC stopped blowing cold air around 3pm. I then called my HVAC service tech that Id already had a contract with, to try to get some immediate assistance, but they said they couldnt make it out for 2 weeks. I found Pohlman Plumbing on Google, called them up, and had one of the managers, Mark on site within 45 minutes.Although Mark didnt have my part, he was able to jump start my AC unit so we could have cool air until he replaced the part the following morning.Customer service is polite and prompt and they are very thorough.Thank you Pohlman Plumbing!

    My AC went out April 15 and after filing a Home Warranty Claim, and the selected tech came out......I continued having major issues....mainly NO cold air. I called Pohlman who was extremely professional on the phone, scheduled me an appointment, CJ responded, examined my entire split AC system, located the problems, and fixed it, I had another small problem with my AC several days later...and again CJ responded super quick, stopped by before his shift ended and worked another two hours to locate the problem, and again very professional, and everything is back working again. Bravo Zulu to CJ! I cant thank you guys enough.

    I had Pohlman out to service my system for a pre-season maintenance. Their service was the best I have had in a long time! These guys were on time, neat, clean and went over my entire system and showing me ways to save money on my utility bills. They also repaired my garbage disposal on a previous call.     I had Pohlman Plumbing replace my old water heater with a new tankless water heater. The job was completed in one day and I could not be happier with the results. The tankless water heater is absolutely worth the extra cost. Being able to have someone in the shower and do the dishes at the same time without the inconvenience running out of hot water is a game changer!
