    Wireworx came over and listened to my needs for installing a manual switchover panel. I was thinking about selecting a number of circuits to be energized by my generator. Wireworx understood what needed to be done. They recommended an interlock switch to energize the entire house. Then, I can selectively turn off/on which ever circuits I wanted. Its a much better and more cost effective solution. The electrician was friendly and easy to communicate with. He went above and beyond to help me with several other minor tasks not in the quotes. He explained thoroughly how to operate the new configuration and labelled the panel accordingly. Overall, I am very satisfied with his works and the value for my money, I highly recommend Wireworx and will certainly use them again for future projects.

    I rate them a solid 5-stars. My experience with the owner, Chris, and Wireworx Electric, Inc, was better than any other contractor I have done business since moving to Maryland 5+ years ago.I was looking for an EV charger installation and put out a web query the evening of Thursday, December 20. I was contacted the next day (Friday) by Chris, the owner. He came out on Monday, Dec 23, to look over my planned installation and had my estimate shortly after Christmas. Being in the midst of the holidays I hadnt expected such a quick response. We texted/emailed a few times over the weekend and he scheduled my work for Dec 31. Again, much sooner than expected.Work began at 7:30 AM, as planned, with Tyler, the electrician doing the actual install, getting right to work. Tyler was pleasant, competent, and very respectful of the property. I know that the work took at least 2-3 hours longer than he anticipated, but there was never any hint of its New Years Eve, well finish this after the holiday. He is a credit to the craft and a positive ambassador for Wireworx. There wasnt any additional time charged, even though I had an estimate, not a quote.I am very pleased with their response time, quality of work, reasonable price, and overall value. What more can you ask for than a contractor who communicates, shows up when scheduled, completes the work on budget, and does quality work?Bottom line- if you need electrical service, I highly recommend you consider contacting Wireworx Electric, Inc.

    Wireworx replaced and upgraded my breaker box, exterior lights, powered ring doorbell, new outlets, and fixed a faulty switch all in the same day. The whole crew were friendly, courteous, answered my questions and cleaned up before leaving. It was a good experience and I’ll definitely use their services again.

    Chris and his team at Wireworx have done a lot of work for us, including remediating old aluminum circuits, diagnosing and fixing issues with outdoor underground wiring, and upgrading lighting. Chris is always available, quick to respond, and professional. He takes the time to understand our needs and wants, explains what we need (and what we dont), and does it all at a very fair price. I also want to recognize Derrick who is a fantastic electrician on the Wireworx team and has done a ton of great work for us. I have complete confidence in the entire Wireworx team and wholeheartedly recommend them!

    Recently had the Wireworx crew do a large amount of electrical work in an old house that hadnt had any updates in 60 years. Despite the challenges associated with everything being so outdated, the Wireworx team was able to finish all the required work quickly, professionally and at a fair price. The team that did the work were courteous, neat, and efficient, not wasting any time while at the house. Would highly recommend for residential electrical work.

    Chris and his prompt response and arrival time during the initial consultation was excellent. Professional, courteous and very helpful with explaining things into terms I can understand (a non electrician).Then Tyler comes along the next day to do the work. We had a level 2 charger installed at our home of residence and Tyler showed up ready to work. Professional. Efficient. Kind and very hard working. He explained the process and then just got it done. The level of craftsmanship is amazing and it just seamlessly blends in with the house. They even fixed a loose plug that we didn’t even think about.     Thank you Chris & team for your great service and price. Wireworx did install EV charger for my BMW IX in my garage today, They did very good job running the 240 voltage wire from my breaker box in the basement in to my garage. They both are in opposite ends. I am very pleased with their professionalism of work ethic. I would highly recommend them to my family and friends moving forward.     I had a relatively large job installing electrical service to a 12x24 shed and subsequently wiring the shed to my particular specifications. They quoted a competitive price and communicated well. Throughout the project, we communicated back and forth often to get all the details correct. They handled all the permits and inspections. The installation was remarkably neat and precise, and at the final inspection, the inspector commented quite favorably about the quality of their work. I am extremely happy with the experience and would definitely use Wireworx again for any future needs.

    Let me just start by saying the Wireworx team is phenomenal! They have a quick response time, knowledgeable, and are able to get you anything you need to enhance your home or community. They have great communication, great pricing, and are always there when you need them. I put in a new request to have new lighting installed and they were there the very next date to meet with me. With the process of ordering supplies, receiving materials, to the installation, the work only took a week.     Chris was fantastic to work with. Needed my service box grounded with upcoming home sale inspection looming. Got the job scheduled very quickly by rearranging his schedule. Very accommodating! Dave the electrician showed up exactly on time. Can’t tell you how many times I’ve had work scheduled only to have the repairman show up hours late. Not the case with Wireworx.     Chris is very friendly and professional. He came out to do a free estimate for us, and was able to come at a specific time as opposed to a large window of time. This saved me from having to take an entire half day of work off and get a sense of how much the project would cost before feeling like I have to commit due to a service call fee. Additionally, he was able to quickly get me on the schedule.His crew arrived early, was professional throughout the entire time, and even when they encountered an issue during troubleshooting, were able to fix the problem without any additional charges. They were also considerate and quiet while my toddler slept.
