    I’ve been looking for an HVAC company for awhile, what a breath of fresh air Arundel Cooling & Heating is. Outstanding customer service! From my initial call to Vicki, I was impressed how quickly and professionally the call was handled. Follow-up was exceptional. I cannot say enough good things about the technicians Walter Fitzpatrick and Blake Holt. Took so much time explaining everything they were doing. Honest and thorough. I know they went above and beyond to help and it was greatly appreciated. Very knowledgeable, professional and extremely pleasant. I highly recommend them and I am so thankful to have found this company. I called the office to express my gratitude and spoke to Jean Van Horne. Jean was so warm, kind and helpful.     Overall good purchase experience and happy with the company. We moved into a new house and had to replace 2 heat pumps and 2 air handlers. We had multiple quotes, and for the features we wanted, these guys were very competitive in price. Also, they were responsive and professional to deal with. Kevin Adams (sales) answered all our questions comprehensively and quickly. The install, county inspection, and and our state rebates were smoothly handled. When we had a few follow-up issues and called in, they scheduled service very quickly and resolved the issue. We will post later on how our maintenance service experience is. However, the overall good sales experience was tempered by some other items: (1) Our previous purchase of Carrier Infinity equipment came with a written home energy report of our current flow, needs, and capacity. This was done informally and verbally by these guys (2) They positioned the lines from one of the heat pumps to the house to be facing the yard (instead of in the back of the unit against the house) so that now we will always have risk of yard work (mowing, weeding) damaging our lines into the house - had a few of our other contractors say this wasnt ideal and (3) They did not insulate the discharge lines of our air handler and these are now very cold / hot to the touch, meaning inefficiency due to cooling/ heating loss. I emailed them about these issues and never heard back, again not great customer service if I always have to call to get a response. These are relatively minor in the grand scheme of a big job but are attention to detail items that I wish had been better handled. Otherwise, very happy and a good company. More on the maintenance services as I experience them.....

    Walter Fitzpatrick was terrific. He was able to find the answer to the water issue coming from the furnace very quickly (the humidifier was not draining properly). Not only did he identify and fix the problem but he was professional, courteous, explained the problem and how he would fix it. This is my first year with Arundel and have requested that Walter be my technician from now on. Thank you Walter.

    Im relatively new to this company, but its my impression that they have been honest with me in their dealings to date. They have pointed out two small repairs over the past couple of years which seemed necessary to me, and their charges were reasonable and fair. The technician was polite and efficient in his work. So, Im satisfied with their service and am looking forward to a continuing relationship with them.

    I use Arundel Cooling and Heat for my oil heat and central air servicing. Their technicians are frank and honest, arrive on time, and dont mind me asking 500 questions as a homeowner.The pricing is fair. Calling for appointments is painless. They also send reminders to schedule my seasonal maintenance if I choose to have them come out.Highly recommended. Weve had Dave and Louis come out to service our unit over time and both are awesome!

    Amazing family owned business that genuinely care about your comfort weather its cold or hot outside. Their service people are kind and timely to appointments and theyre install teams are also top notch. Very prompt, very cordial, no need to stand over their shoulders as the clearly know exactly what theyre doing.     Weve had a service contract with Arundel Heating and Cooling for a long time and finally replaced our ancient furnace and AC with them last May. We appreciated that they spent very little time selling and most of the time making sure we were making informed decisions. Absolutely no pressure to buy, let alone to buy the most expensive units. In fact, they told us we didnt need the most costly one (that we were ready to buy). Their price was competitive, their people show up on time, and they leave their workspace spotless. The best recommendation is that all of the staff weve dealt with - office and technical - seem dedicated to good customer service (usually a sign of a well managed company). Wed recommend them highly.

    I was forced to write this review since the Electrician that serviced my home was so professional, great customer service skills, great communicator, friendly, knowledgeable and well mannered. Usually when a stranger comes into your home you are a little on edge but Tommy was so courteous and friendly that I felt as if I knew him for a lifetime. He examined the problem, knew the solution, fixed the problem and cleaned up nicely afterwards. For the first time I did not have to clean up after a service technician what a relief. A lot of companies could take a note from this companys book on fast, good and reliable service. Do I recommend this company, Oh Yes! Even though its Arundel Cooling and Heating they also do electrical work as well. All I have left to say is thank you for doing such a wonderful job and being professional.

    ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ - 5 Stars all around!We called Arundel Cooling & Heating today with an emergency for my mothers AC. It’s been out for 24 hours and was blowing hot air. They didn’t really have any availability however because of her being in her 70’s and in a 55+ community they were sympathetic and assured us she would be seen today.Donald arrived and was extremely professional and courteous. Within a matter of 30 mins her AC was repaired and working towards cooling her house down from the above 80 degrees it had been all day.Arundel Cooling & Heating will be our goto forever now.We’ll be cancelling her contract from another the McCruddy service provider she’s had, who told her it would be 5 days until she could be seen! And will be discussing a new service and maintenance agreement with Arundel now. Thanks again Arundel!!!!!

    Anne Arundel Heating and Cooling are the best.They are professional and humanly nice. Their pricing is in line and their technicians are skilled.Unfortunately I made a mistake. I used someone else for heating and air conditioning when I moved into this house. It broke during the first week and it was fixed. Now four days later its not working again, Im sitting here in the heat.My next call will be to Anne Arundel Heating and Cooling. They are simply the best. First rate. They really do care about their clients exceptions. And I may be angry at this time but, when AAHC is finished I will know I have a reliable system.Emma

    I have occasion to use the services of AC&H twice in the last 6 months. I cant speak highly enough of the whole organisation. From the time you call to make the appointment they are extremely professional. Calls are returned, follow up Texts and emails accompany all communication. On each occasion the service technician has been both Knowledgeable and courteous. On both occasions the issues were clearly explained to myself and service to repair the situation was duly carried out .     Thanks to Walt & his tenacious team for restoring our heat. Our gas heat stopped working with temps under 30 at night & highs in low 40s during day. They went above & beyond to diagnose the problem, order parts & install. For example, a technician drove to the parts vendor truck in the evening to retrieve the last part we needed that would have been delivered the next day & then travelled immediately to our home that evening to install so we wouldnt have to spend another night without heat. We are so grateful to have heat again.

    Same day help was given during what Im sure is normally a busy season. Lou, I think was his name, was diligent and fixed the problem plus some...long story. Was concerned at first about price given the season and our current situation, but Arundel Cooling & Heating was very reasonably priced in mine and my husbands opinion.     So...what can I say. As a first-time owner, my wife and I were a little hesitant about spending thousands upon thousands to replace our aging HVAC system. We had contacted several Carrier dealers in our area, but decided to go with Arundel Cooling & Heating in the end (competitively priced with great reviews/recommendations.)The sales person (Brian) was pretty helpful, informative, and not pushy like some of the other dealers we met with. Robb, and the rest of the install team, were extremely professional and courteous. They did an amazing job and were very helpful in explaining the new safety features included with my new HVAC system. The system works great. Everyone we dealt with was extremely professional and courteous. We couldnt be happier with the service provided.I wouldnt hesitate to recommend them again and we plan to use them for future service and maintenance work.

    We appreciated their promptness - when our HVAC broke down on a cold January day, a technician arrived within hours. Unfortunately, he didnt investigate down to the cause of the problem - he just swapped the burnt out transformer for a new one. The new one burned out overnight. So on a Saturday they sent out Louis, one of their experienced techs, and he tracked the problem down to a wire rubbing on a pipe and shorting the system. He did a thorough job and explained it well to me, so Ill be better prepared next time. There was no additional charge. Well use them again, but ask more questions.

    I stopped by to see my father-in-law this afternoon. His A/C wasnt working and the house was 89 degrees inside. I called Arundel Cooling & Heating and they were able to send a technician to the house in less that 45 minutes! The A/Cs capacitors had blown. Dave had the part on his truck and replaced it. He also researched the Carrier unit and found out the part was still under warranty. He cleaned the coil and replaced the filter with one already in the house.. The bill was only for the service call and labor. Back in business before the upcoming hot holiday weekend. I cannot thank this company enough for their quick professional service. I highly recommend Arundel Cooling & Heating!

    During semi-annual inspection the technician found a severely corroded terminal block and wires. He ordered new parts and replaced them within a week preventing what could have been a catastrophic outage. They are always polite and on time. Great people to conduct business with.

    My husband and I were very pleased with the work performed by electrician Tommy Fleisher on 11.22.19. He removed a broken and outdated kitchen ceiling light in our condo and replaced it with one we had purchased. He also replaced 3 outlet receptacles. He was pleasant, worked efficiently, and hauled away the debris from our condo. He also gave us very good information and advice about other lighting concerns. The Arundel Cooling and Heating price was very reasonable and a good value for the money. Arundel Cooling and Heating also installed a new heat pump for our condo in 2016, and that job was also well done and reasonably priced. We will definitely use the company again.

    Hottest day august 12th no central air!! A call to Lynn at 7:59 am, that got me Michael Ryan to hunt down a new unit that would be compatible with rest of the system (replaced 6 years earlier).     We had Arundel Cooling and Heating service our air conditioning system. We were having trouble with the condenser pan and water was running thru the unit instead of into the sup pump.     I have been a customer of Arundel Cooling and Heating for more than 25 years. My HVAC system needed to be replaced after many years of good service having been maintained by ACH technicians. Last Friday David came out to discover it was time for an upgrade. He was very thorough in going over our options. He coordinated with the home office and determined a system could be installed this past Monday. The installation team, Chris and Tim, arrived as scheduled and covered the installation process with us and began work on a rainy day. They were very personable and professional and, when they had completed the installation, explained the operation of the new system and recommended when a post installation system checkup should be scheduled. When they left, the only evidence they had even been here was a new compressor unit outside and the new system in the house. Arundel Cooling and Heating, to include the home office personnel, has been a very reliable, consistent company and we would recommend them for your consideration. Sid H.

    Sales was able to accommodate my work schedule and set up a time to provide an estimate in the evening. The rep was quick, but thorough. Of the four quotes we received, they were the lowest by $700 for what we felt was still a quality product. Financing options are what they are, and these were manageable. They set up a convenient install date on a Saturday shortly after purchase and the techs were on time and finished early afternoon. All-in-all, we are satisfied with the service and product thus far.

    Outstanding Service....I have a minimum service contract (annual PM) on two Heat Pump Units. Called for service today in the aftermath of a snow storm. Although schools closed, govt. closed.... Arundel Heating and Cooling responded in less than 2 hours, did a service and performance check in about 45 min. Techs were outstanding., intelligent, excellent communicators, very professional. Did not try to sell-up any parts, or extras ..... very satisfied customer...

    My request for a non-emergency appointment was met on the same day. Text confirmation of the tech’s arrival time was very helpful. The explanation of what was wrong with the furnace helped me to make a decision about what to do next.At a later date I decided to have both the furnace and AC replaced as the existing systems were close to 20 years old. The estimator presented several options and made sure that I received all applicable rebates. I have been very satisfied with the performance and also with my energy bills.

    ACH installed new gas furnace, a/c, and duct work. They also sealed off the old in-slab duct work that is now no longer in use. They cleaned up at the end of each day and was very respectful of me and my home. The corrected some installation issues with an existing heat pump done by another company which I put under a maintenance contract with ACH. fOR The summer maintenance check, ACH did a thorough inspection of the heat pump and tested the a/c on both units. There staff is always pleasant, explains what is being done and why, and is willing to answer any questions. I found ACH through a referral from a friend and am sohappy I went with ACH.
