These guys got here within 30 minutes of me calling them. Got our sewer unclogged, helped us file the claim for the damage and started the cleanup the same day. They brought in blowers and air cleaners and come to check on everything every day until dry. They have been 100% professional and helpful the entire time. We even went out of town this weekend and came home to everything the way we left it. That says a lot about the kind of guys these are. Good job Roto Rooter for hiring such upstanding employees. Jamie especially was friendly and respectful!

All of their staff was excellent to deal with. Professional from start to finish. They cleaned and disinfected my craw-space that was recently encapsulated. Just plain awesome work ethics. I will call them from here on out. They dealt with all the insurance claim stuff also. Very happy customer.

These guys from Roto-Rooter Water Cleanup have been the best. Within just an hour or two after the very unfortunate water leak in my crawl space last week, this team was under my house cleaning up water, pulling down soaked insulation, rolling out new vapor barrier and setting up fans to dry the under flooring out. They came out every day for 5 days to check on the progress of drying out and today they pulled up their fans, gave the crawl space a final inspection and said under the house was ready for new insulation. These two team members were polite, they did an exceptional job and should be commended for a job well done. Roto-Rooter came through for me. If you ever need a reference, I’ll certainly chime in with my two cents worth. Thank you, guys.

Mason, Seth and Josh did an amazing job! Our whole kitchen was flooding and they were here within a couple hours cleaning up, ripping up flooring, setting up fans and dehumidifiers. It was a lot of work, but they got it done quickly.They even scrubbed an existing mold spot for us that we weren’t aware of until the flooring was taken up. I would absolutely use them again and recommend them to any of my own family. Professional, polite, and efficient.

Jacob was amazing. Since moving into our home 4 years ago, we have had nothing but issues with our plumbing. We have hired numerous other plumbers to help with water pressure, hot water inconsistencies, and faulty valves. Jacob came the same day we called and fixed every single issue we had within a few hours. He then throughly inspected every faucet and shower to make sure every concern we had was addressed. Very clean and professional service and even helped us set up a service plan for our new tankless water heater. Thank you Jacob for your great work.
