    What a delightful surprise to find out that yes, there is a responsible, qualified and courteous plumber in our midst. The fact that David Wright is located right here in Lincolnton is just the icing on the cupcake. He and his crew replaced our tub/shower combination with a walk-in shower in the master bathroom. (Ive included a before and after picture.) He charged us a fair price, did great work and he and his crew even cleaned up after themselves. They were on site as promised and punctual to boot! I cant recommend David and his crew at Plumb4U enough. What a pleasure to work with such a knowledgeable and professional tradesman. We will definitely hire them again for future projects.

    I’ve never had a simpler or easier experience dealing with getting a broken home appliance installed in my life than when I deal with Plumb 4 U Plus More, LLC. I called them up, spoke to an extremely nice receptionist, and was able to schedule an appointment for them to come check out my water heater and they didn’t even charge a consultation fee for taking the time needed to come out to check it out. Most companies would charge $100+ just to LOOK at the problem so Plumb 4 U Plus More is DEFINITELY a company that actually cares about helping customers, not just getting money out of them.Apparently. the previous owners were flippers and didn’t install anything correctly (fuses in fans that have issues, the doorbell randomly rings, light bulbs were not new so needed replacing, A PAN FOR UNDER THE WATER HEATER TO CATCH THE WATER FOR CRYING OUT LOUD), so Jacob and Loyd came out to take a look. They immediately saw that the Pressure-vacuum valve (P/V valve) was the issue and replaced it within 30 minutes.They’re extremely friendly to talk to and very down to Earth. Most plumbers you meet just want you out of their way so they can do their job and you’re afraid to bother them. With Jacob and Loyd, I felt like family. We chit-chatted about anything and everything while they diligently worked on the water heater. They even had multiple solutions to solve the leaking valve in case it leaked again. It hasn’t leaked anymore!They also let me know when I asked them about hot showers that my heating elements may be going bad. I used to be able to have the hot water last 30+ minutes but lately it has only lasted about 10+ minutes before it starts to become freezing cold. With Jacob and Loyd’s information, I was able to go to Lowe’s and get both a new top and bottom water heating element. I was somehow able to do this myself using YouTube videos but there’s no way I could have replaced the P&V valve Plumb 4 U Plus More did. I also probably should have called them out again to replace those two as well because I ended up getting water everywhere after not realizing that ALL the faucets and shower heads in the house need to be turned off, even if they’re running cold water. Whoopsies!I’ve also heard that Wes is a fantastic employee. If I have any plumbing issues in the future, I’ll be sure to call up Plumb 4 U Plus More. I originally discovered them just through Googling companies in the area that fix water heaters. I saw that they had tons of positive reviews and knew that they had to be legitimately good. Typically you only see negative reviews because people are less inclined to leave a positive review out of laziness because they expect quality the first time they have a job done. You can be assured you will have quality the first time through with Plumb 4 u Plus More!

    Office Ladies are as helpful and pleasant as can be. They keep you posted on when to expect the assigned technician too, if it changes for any reason. The Plumbers are always professional and know exactly what they are doing. They work quickly and explain what they are doing, if you ask. The Prices are more than reasonable. This Company is who I will call from now on! Im very pleased with Plumb 4 U.

    They came on the day after Christmas to help with our frozen pipes, did an inspection and told us that nothing was damaged and we just needed to wait for the pipe from the well to thaw. Didnt charge us anything but if we ever need help in the future we will definitely use them.

    David and his team are great to work with. They are very quick to respond and do exceptional work at reasonable prices. With multiple rental properties and limited time to do repairs myself it has been nice relying on them to handle repairs in a timely, professional manner. Highly recommended!!

    Excellent work! This company has it all...reasonable prices, experienced employees with great attitudes and a great work ethic. They make sure the job is done right & when finished they clean up. Its the little extras Plumb4u does (that other companies dont do) that makes a huge difference. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone!

    David and his family/employees are top notch when it comes to any plumbing needs. Not only are their prices reasonable but they go above and beyond to make sure customers are satisfied.     Came by and fixed a leak under the sink. Very respectful and business like. Didnt leave until it was definitely fixed. Their names were David and Hunter. Ask for them.

    Last week on the 4/16/19Wesley and Nick came out on time actually before the time I expected them. The pump switch had burned out Ive replaced them before, no biggie. This time it wouldnt work. I couldnt figure out why it wasnt working. The neighbors down the road suggested plumb for you. The guys asked what was going on. Come to find out i had put a hot wire on a ground and the ground on a hot. By the grace of God I didnt kill myself. They rewired it correctly the pump came on but not holding pressure the pump was shot. Thats the same pump that was installed 31years ago. Couldnt complain thereLuckily I bought a brand new pump some 13 years ago from a man needing money. They pulled the old one out and I gave them the new one. They put it on and I was back in business. I usually do things like that myself, actually I have never called a plumber . Ive been on disability for 6 months and wasnt able to do it myself. Anyway these two men were super nice and very polite. Also they tolerated me asking questions. I will definitely be calling plumb for you again, as well to recommend to others.     I have only great things to say about David. He is responsive, professional, reasonable in pricing, knowledgeable in his craft. He recently came and fixed my leaking irrigation problem on very short notice ( I was leaving town and had to get it fixed). He worked me in very early the NEXT MORNING!! He would not take anything extra for that extra prompt service.Highly recommended.
