Groundworks in Lincoln

Ivan and Diego came out to lift our sidewalk and garage floor. Note that this was a larger garage and concrete lift. The garage floor had dropped as much as 10 inches along the north side. I was advised by staff when I questioned how long this would take and was told that only about 4-5 hours. I couldnt believe this could be correct, as I had some of the area piered up in the past and took a large group as well as most of the day. 2 men 5 hours and answered all of my questions and concerns. They were excellent. Will definitely use Groundworks again. Cant rate Ivan and Diego enough.

Jeremy came out and took the time with me , so I understood what was happening with the house and explained the correct repairs needed to be done and why they needed to be done. I feel he was honest and straight forward with us. Will post another review when the work is done.They got the job done on 1.29.23. Wow they are hard workers: thanks ( Josa , Emmanuel , Larry , Jon , Jesse , Ler )The crew was really professional , really know their stuff about foundations.Im really happy I called Ground works in Omaha Ne. It was a pleasure meeting / talking to these guys.

My field consultant, Sergio Robles, was very friendly, and patient. He was very knowledgeable about the process, and all that went with it. He was very happy to help me with questions I had. And gave thorough explanations.

Groundworks didnt do any work for us. They didnt have to. I was incredibly impressed that Michael came out, was on time, was friendly and straightforward, told us what the issue was we were facing, and flat old told us that we had no structural problems and we didnt need their services. My biggest worry is always being upsold on things we dont need. Michael didnt do that. He was completely honest and clear. I didnt need their services this time, but I know who my first call will be if I ever need any foundation or waterproofing work done.

CJ was the best to work with!!! He walked us through all of our isssues and came up with some great solutions at a very reasonable price! 11/10 would recommend!!
