Our ambulance station was having issues with phone lines being crossed. I reached out to Darren and he put me at ease. He sent out Cameron to work on our stuff. Cameron was very kind and professional. He was able to get everything rewired and fixed. We are truly grateful for Sparta Electric for all of their help and their quick response.

We are extremely happy with the much needed electrical updates this company provided. Technicians Jeff and Ken went over and above to explain the services and answer my multitude of questions. Very professional and knowledgeable. I will only use this company in the future for any electrical services. I highly recommend Sparta Electric.

I called Sparta to help me resolve issues that I am having with AEP. I need work done to counteract all the work I did according to how AEP said it needed done. It is not working the way EP said it would. I was very frustrated, agitated, and how many more adjectives can I use to described my anger with AEP.That being said, The professional on the phone was very helpful, understanding and set up an appointment for a person to come out.Darren came out, listened to my concerns and complaints and was even patient as I ranted on about the situation with AEP. He let me know that it can all be fixed and gave an action plan. I felt very at ease after he explained how it could be fixed and that it shouldnt be too much of a problem to correct.I look forward to working with them on the project and will update my review upon completion.
