    Santiago is the kind of worker you want to call again. Friendly, kind, informative, patient, honest, hard working, does his job well. Our kitchen sink water kept getting backed up, and now it’s functioning great. We appreciated how he tried his absolute best to try making things work with our budget. I also learned a lot about my kitchen drain, thanks to him. Thanks so much, Santiago! We will be asking for him again if we run into another drain issue.

    Had Steves do a water heater install. Technician Kai was great. Very friendly. Had an issue with billing later, but the Kauai manager Travis made everything right. Also very friendly and handled himself well.

    Solid work, awesome technicians! We called Steve’s for an issue with our solar hot water on the North Side of the island. Hoku and Kai were courteous and efficient. Hoku even returned when I called after 5pm and got the issue fixed. Super stoked on Steve’s!

    Very happy with Steve Plumbing Company. Kai Cordrey was here on time very professional and did a very nice job with replacing our shower arm. The company keeps you informed with texts and e-mails to let you know 30 to 40 minutes when they will be there. Very happy that we chose Steve Plumbing.

    Kai C. (Kauai) brought his friendly aloha spirit to our appointment. He displayed positive energy, enthusiasm, and helpfulness throughout the appointment.     OMG! I got my leaky pipe fixed and also had another hose spicket installed. I called Steve’s Plumbing . They sent out 2 awesome workers. Kai and Noah work so hard and did a wonderful job. They worked in mud and never gave up till the job was completed. If you need plumbing work done …… Don’t hesitate just call Steve’s plumbing. You may be lucky and have Kai and Noah. They the BEST!!!!

    Our house is 35 years old and it was time to replace our plumbing fixtures. Other plumbing businesses were either too busy or did not return calls. On my drive to work I would frequently see the Steves Plumbing Van and I took a chance. I called Steves Plumbing and was prepared to wait for weeks. However, I was elated that they were able to come within the week. Cy McElroy was our plumber. He was professional and advised us to also change the shut off valves as they had the potential to leak. We initially had planned to change only three fixtures but since Cy was available, we took advantage of his expertise. He changed all the valves we had in our house so that there would not be the possibility of them failing from old age. He checked his work thoroughly to make sure his everything was up to Standard. My wife is happy with the new fixtures. Thank you, Cy, for your great work. Thank you, Steve plumbing, for responding quickly and coming to Kauai. We will call you again when we do our next plumbing upgrades. A Happy Customer on Kauai.

    Great plumbing service! Sai on Kauai did an amazing job. He was professional, super fast, and also has wonderful energy. Our toilet is fully repaired.

    Our toilet was leaking from the base, so I decided to call Steves Plubming. Soon after I got off the phone with the dispatcher, I got a text message letting me know that technician Cy McElroy (Kauai) was on his way. They gave me a window time of between 3pm-5pm. Cy showed up within the time frame, gave us his assessment and gave us our options. Once we chose our option, he was on the job getting our leaking toilet fixed. Took about an hour to complete the job. Cy was friendly and professional and did a good job in a short amount of time! We are happy and satisfied with his service! 😊

    Excellent service! Called on a Sunday (how rare) and set up an appointment. Dispatch operator was very polite and professional. On the day of the appointment they give you a reminder call and let you know when the plumber is on the way. They also send you a text with a picture and name of the service repairman. Arrived earlier, but it was expected as they keep you informed. Service was prompt, efficient, and professional. Bryson was our service man and he was very friendly, respectful, and knowledgeable and fixed our problem. Hopefully we won’t need a plumber again but if we do, I definitely will be calling Steve’s Plumbing Service.

    Bryson was pleasant, knowledgeable, prompt, and efficient at his job. He was determined to help fix our issue when we had an emergency plumbing back up at one of the units we manage. He communicated well, was kind to our staff and guests, and did wonderful, thorough work. He made sure everything was kept clean, removed all trash, and made sure all was in working order before completing the job. Everyone at Steve’s Plumbing - from dispatch to technician - was amazing to work with during this fiasco. We will certainly be using Steve’s Plumbing for our future plumbing needs!!     Great service and they were able to fix my issues with both a leaky pipe and AC condenser Garret was outstanding and went out of his way to work thru all the warranty paperwork and getting a new condensor installed. A+ job.
