We received a few bids to have our 20+ year old solar water heater to be replaced with a regular water heater tank. NFR was really responsive with a SOW and quote and I had the opportunity to speak with Charissa at the office who helped answer several questions. They were able to fit me in almost right away and had sent two gentlemen, Yoshi and Colt, who were both polite and efficient at completing the job. Prices were fair and I am happy with their work. I’d definitely utilize their services again! FYI, they are also Home Depot’s sub-contractor.

NFR Service was very punctual and extremely professional. Plumber (Mr. Ramos), knew exactly what the problem was and was able to fix it expertly. Getting things done right the first time is certainly worth the reasonable price that we were charged.My wife and I Would recommend NFR plumbing and specifically Mr. Ramos or one of his agents to our friends.

Mahalo to braddah Nigel and his partner Charissa for helping a sistah out with her dishwasher 🤙🏼 My old dishwasher needed to be replaced and nfr plumbing was able to help deinstall what seemed to be a “stuck” dishwasher and helped to install the new washer. The team was quick to get the job done and also ensured that the dishwasher worked properly after installation. I would definitely recommend their services to anyone 👍🏼

Unlike other plumbers on island, Charissa, the office manager, responded quickly to my message for help with installation of a new gas line. The plumber, Nigel Ramos, was very professional and agree with what had to be done. Job was completed quickly and at a reasonable price, especially when compared to my previous quote. Now I finally have enough gas flow to fully run my tankless hot water heater. After dealing with this problem for more than a year, I thank Nigel for his help and would fully recommend him to anyone looking for plumbing services.
