    Its been a little over a year since Highlands installed our heat pump and weve enjoyed the air in the summer and the heat in the fall/early winter. During the initial consultation I really appreciated being able to ask questions and have them answered. A day, or so before before the installation started, I had asked about changing the location of the unit from the side of my house to the back side. They worked with me and were able to do that for me. They also had to do some duct work replacement to give me more air flow. Also, during the installation they discovered an issue in my electrical panel where my breakers at some point and time got hot and melted. With that information I got an electrician in to upgrade and replace my panel and entrance making it safe for my family. The Honneywell thermostat is pretty nice too. Connect it to the wifi, download the app and you can control the temp in your house without being there. We were very happy with the work performed and the performance of the unit. About a month after the installation our blower would run, but there was no air. So I contacted Highlands and they had a tech out that day. The service tech discovered that earwigs had gotten in to a component and caused it to short out. After he replace the part it worked fine and there have been no issues since. He suggested from time to time spraying an insecticide around the unit to discourage it from happening again. I do and its been good.Then in Nov. we noticed a slight fuel smell when our oil furnace would run. Happy with the pervious work/service they did for me, I contacted Highlands again. This time to have the furnace serviced. I believe the service tech again came out the same day that I called. And again he discovered the issue, replaced the part and we had no other issues after that.We have been very happy with the services weve received through Highlands. I would recommend their services. And if youre considering a heat pump, definitely look into it. I cant say enough about the heat pump, great investment.

    Every person at highlands is top notch. Highlands is my go to for both my plumbing and heating needs. I’ve used them at my primary home and rental properties for any and all of the small and large projects. I’ve had them do new construction bathrooms to new waterlines to basic maintenance. I recommend highlands to all my friends and family. They are quick knowledgeable professional and trustworthy. I’ve also used their emergency line many times and have had the same positive experiences. This team of folks is at the top of the industry and they will continue to be my go to for any future needs.

    What an easy, pleasant company to work with!We had a furnace that needed replacing.     Our oil furnace broke right before winter last year and I gave them a call. They were quick to come and schedule us in to put in a new furnace. They offered to let us borrow a few electric heaters if needed them until they installed the new one. We had enough but it was a kind gesture especially with 3 young kids in our house. They ordered everything right away and installed it quickly and professionally. They offered to show me how it works and made sure everything went smooth and worked properly. I would highly recommend them for any of your heating or a/c needs. We will be getting a new a/c unit installed from them next year.

    I had to purchase a new heat pump and furnace for my place. Ronnie and Connor came to install it. They were very friendly and professional answering any questions or concerns that I had. Once the installation was completed Ronnie went over everything and made sure that I was comfortable with everything before they left.

    Highly recommend work was performed at my place of business Ligonier Lanes/wicked Googly. Found the replacement parts that was needed for my older system. They look at the problem and find the best solution for you it’s not just “you need to replace the whole system”.

    Our wells foot valve had broken so we gave them a call. Fred and Jeremy came out and diagnosed the issue and walked me through the whole process. The next day they came by exactly on time and pulled the well, the frostless manual pump, verified the issue, then replaced the pump and valve all in less than 3 hours. Highly recommend them- excellent service and great guys.
