    I had a navien installed to replace very old oil boiler plus aging water heater. While we experienced some flow issues from a very old set up once heating season arrived, this group evaluated and arranged some pipe feeds to create a very balanced system across my 2 zones. Very professional and thorough installers and I am now pleased.

    Jacob was great. Found the leak right away and fixed it with minimal disruption or putting in a big repair hole. Explained all the issues. First rate experience and excellent value. Could not be happier. Discovered they use flat rate pricing and will tell you in advance what it will cost. Sometimes excessive but talk with Shannon and he can discuss how might help you with the cost. These are good guys

    Very nice service at the office and Jacob was great at the home doing the work. Explained things as he worked. Very good service. Will recommend to friends.Jacob put in a vent system for pipes to plumbing and put in washer box and fixed my tub faucet. He ran a little later than anticipated, but they kept in touch.

    Good customer service seems hard to find these days but Flow-Tech is excelling! Alysha was great about getting us scheduled as quick as possible. Cory came out and was very professional and honest about our circumstance. He even took the time and was willing to re-explain to my husband over the phone for me. Jon arrived to sell us a new unit and was very patient and willing to wait a few minutes for my husband to arrive home from work. He was great about fully explaining our options and answering our questions. Bryce and Travis arrived right on time to install and were both very professional. Everyone made the experience a wonderful one and it was great to know we were going to be taken care of as quickly as possible.
