We used Elite Electrical to replace our home breaker box, as well as other minor electrical repairs over the years. James has always been professional and quick to respond. His prices for residential service is competitive and more than fair. If your looking for an honest family owned business, Elite Electrical is the way to go! -

These guys are top notch! We were in a bad spot with our breaker box. They got on the job around 8 in the morning and worked nonstop in the summer heat to get a new breaker box installed. They also fixed two outlets free of charge for us! I will definitely use them again and I highly recommend them to anyone that needs electrical work. You wont be disappointed. The price was good, service was great and they answered all questions I had! Happy Customer!!! -

A large sweet gum limb fell at 5:30am and ripped my power line off my house. I called the city to report the problem, Texas Elite had someone at my house within 30 minutes to assess the issue. The employee then had about 4 guys come out to help remove the tree limb and restored my power in a very timely manner. -

Texas Elite Electrical is a top of the line electrical company. I have used them for various electrical needs for many many years and have always been more than pleased with their performance. When you have electrical issues, you surely want someone knowledgeable and thorough.....and that is exactly what you get with Texas Elite Electrical! During the hurricane and flood, it was Texas Elite Electrical that worked days on end to get things up and running. I have personally known Texas Elite Electrical to lend a helping hand where families have been down on their luck....you dont find people or companies like that nowadays. James takes pride in his work and cares. Thank you Texas Elite Electrical for always doing such a great job! Your hard work is truly appreciated! -

I have used Texas Elite Electrical Services for multiple projects at multiple residences over the past 5 years. Ive had a panel change at one house and several troubleshooting items over another 3 residences where James and his employees were quick to respond, fix the issue / complete the panel change. The work was professional, and the employees were overall politer and more courteous than most other trades contractors I have come in contact with. Id like to address the negative reviews I see here and provide some insight. I am a chief inspector holding multiple certifications and although I do not currently work directly in an electrical field, I do have experience in that trade and the workings therein. I see that the Sheila Zacharias mentioned that “the work was good except for one thing” and then makes mention of the “one thing” being “wire tampering” or not getting a “temporary pull”. Then, in a later review, mentions there now being “bad wire in a conduit” that kept tripping the breaker. I want every person reading this to see through this right here and now. If the work was good to begin with, meaning everything was working, turned on, and functioning, then something would have had to have been done to create the problem referenced in the second review, which is called a “short” by the way. A short in the circuit does not create itself without outside influence and would immediately be noticed upon turning power on to the facility in question otherwise mentioned as a “bad wire in conduit” in the review. Physics don’t lie. People do. Especially when they are upset about incurring a $500 charge. Let’s speak on that momentarily. First, let us address the fact that there is no validity to the terminology “wire tampering” or “temporary pull”. Call the power company on this. What she is trying to reference is called “meter tampering” and “temporary pole”. A “temporary pole” is used when there is NO POWER to the property and the contractor is in need of power to complete the job. Temporary poles are common in new construction but not necessary if there is currently power at the facility. In reference to “meter tampering”, please also call your power company on this. This is the charge you receive when you continue using a meter, upon purchasing property or moving into a rental property, without having the account switched into your name. It happens to be a $500 charge as well… That being said, I find it difficult to believe power had been moved into your name for 2 years prior to the contracted work being performed and somehow a contractor that came in, not following the proper protocol, was able to cancel your account at the power company. No contractor can have the city cancel your existing utility ACCOUNT. That sounds absurd to even indicate happened. If you didn’t have an account when he was done with the work, then you didn’t have one when he started and that is NOT his responsibility. How could he start OR stop a utility account in someone else’s name? In the second review, I assume “turning the power out” means turning it off, otherwise indicated as a disconnect, and there is no charge I’ve ever incurred for that…just my experience. I also find it funny that Sheila mentions the city of Dayton and the power company’s alleged statement of “not following protocol”. Seems like those 2 entities wouldn’t use someone that didn’t follow proper protocol, warranty his work, or perform sub-par work, yet, Texas Elite Electrical Services is constantly contracted to the city of Dayton for electrical work at many of their facilities and has to deal with the same power company for any work in the area. I’ve met James to pay him for jobs while he was completing work at these facilities, I’m not just taking someone else’s word for it. I hope this provided insight. Reviews like this, by people like this, are the most difficult part of running a local business and contribute to the reason you end up paying sky high prices from major players driving from 50 miles out to do a small amount of work. -
