    I had an excellent experience with On-Call Plumbing when they installed two water heaters in my home. From the initial consultation to the final installation, their professionalism and expertise were evident. Joseph and Patrick arrived right on time, worked efficiently, and made sure the job was done to the highest standard. The team was knowledgeable, friendly, and took the time to explain everything I needed to know about my new water heaters. They even made sure to clean up thoroughly after completing the job. I’m very impressed with the quality of their work and would recommend them to anyone needing plumbing service.

    We have used On-Call Plumbing multiple times now. We could not be more grateful we found an honest plumber that provides outstanding service. Unfortunately, every time we have needed plumbing services, I have been at work and my amazing wife has had to deal with our plumbing emergencies. The first time we had a leak, On-Call came out after hours. Patrick did everything he could that evening and immediately had someone out the next day to finish repairs. Brandon provided exceptional service and kept my wife updated along the way. We couldn’t have been happier with the service we received from both Patrick & Brandon.We used On-Call to install flow-tech for us. Their pricing was better than pricing of other local plumbers. Patrick was very knowledgeable and educated my wife with everything we needed to know. She said he took the time to answer all of her questions, without making her feel rushed.Most recently, we needed repairs on our water heater. Patrick and Joseph talked my wife through everything that needed to be done and gave us all of our options.     Patrick and his team were quick and professional throughout our entire experience. He was able to take a look at our issue, explain what would be needed and provided us with our quote in no time flat. The day of the actual repair there where some external factors that they were dealing with but at no point let it interrupt the service they set out to do. If you’re looking for a hard working, high quality and honest company, give them a call.

    Patrick was efficient and extremely helpful at diagnosing and explaining our plumbing problem. It turns out it was due to a maintenance issue but now that we know what the root of the problem is we are able to keep it maintained.

    I would definitely recommend On-Call Plumbing. Brandon was great. He fixed the low-flow issue that the previous plumbing company had caused. That previous company ghosted me for a month instead of fixing their mistake. On-call Plumbing was just the opposite: they were proactive in their communications, they have a great messaging system that keeps you up-to-date, Brandon showed up with no delays, he was friendly and fixed my plumbing issue right away. The guy from the other company kept running out claiming he needed more parts but then would not come back. Not Brandon! He fixed my pipes right here right there, no ifs or buts. Just common sense, he said. Well, how about that!

    My kitchen faucet handle was stripped & barely functioned. I have a Choice Home Warranty, so I made a claim. After scheduling process, Patrick communicated promptly & regularly leading up to the appointment. He showed up as promised & handled the repair professionally & expeditiously.     We had a leak in our water heater last night. We first called the plumber who did the installation of everything when we built our house. They said they could come between 8am-5pm today, but then this morning, they called and canceled because their technician called in sick.We called On-call Plumbing, and they were at our house within and hour and the problem was fixed within 30 minutes. Patrick was quick and professional. The price was very reasonable. Our hot water was restored quickly!I highly recommend On-call plumbing for your plumbing emergencies!

    First off, thank you Patrick for your patience when we had none. To say we were desperate was an understatement. Patrick came through in such a pinch and took care of everything for us with ease. He even came from a pretty important personal event just to come to save us from catastrophe! He FaceTimed my husband to make sure he could walk him through shutting off our main valve from further issues and water waste. He had all equipment needed handy, and fixed within minutes! He even gave us tips to fix our other spigots outside from crappy cheap workmanship and materials from our builder so this will never happen again. He didnt have to do that, but he empathized and was honest about his work. I dont ever see us going anywhere else when it comes to plumbing needs. We trust On Call Plumbing! Thanks again! 🫶🏼

    Tech arrived early, introduced himself, neat person and very polite. He immediately assessed the problem and replaced the unrepairable faucetts. In the process water leaked on the base of the cabinet under the sink. When he left the area was wet. I used the sink recently and water is leaking under the sink. I have containers collecting we leaking water. This wasnt a prior problem. Do I need to submit another claim?TODAY, 12/04/2024 received a call On-Call Plumbing Co advising me that repair of water leak would be repaired 12/05/2024.Early morning of 12/05/2024 tech called to advise that he would be avialble early a.m. to repair the problem. At 9:00 a.m. he arrived and he did replace some hose to stop the leaking water. He was successful and my problem was resolved. I apreciate the promptness and concern given by the mangement personnel at On-Call Plumbing. I received advise on some other issues that need to be resolved to avoid future problems. Thank You Again for taking care of the issues involved so that my kitchen sink is like new again. I would recommend ON-CALL PLUMBING FOR PROMPT SERVICE. THANKS.

    I needed some plumbing work done… faucet leaks and assembly/pivot rod replaced. I went through my home warranty. Joseph arrived as scheduled, figured out parts needed, confirmed with warranty! All very professional! Then a hiccup, warranty only covered faucets. I ended up paying out of pocket for the assembly. Joseph came back today and completed the job. Only issue was getting estimate for out of pocket, but I believe this was confusion due to warranty issues. I will request that On Call be assigned any future warranties issues and those not covered. Great service! I would recommend On Call to others.

    We had On Call come to fix a leaking faucet through AHS. We had a bad start with the leak being fixed but were left with a completely different problem. After my leaving a bad review here, Patrick, their master plumber, contacted us and we worked through our issues. He came out a couple of hours later and fixed our problem. We now have a working bath and are satisfied customers. We would use them again.

    Technician was very professional, he conducted a complete inspection of house, we did find that the sprinkler system maybe the cause of ths leak, once this is fixed we will monitor the water flow and hopefully the problem will be fixed. I called on Thursday the technician arrived promptly Monday afternoon 15 minutes within the 12pm-4pm service window. The Technician Patrick Williams, is very knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. Patrick was well grommed, dressed cleanly and smelled fresh. Definitely not your typical butt-crack Plumbing operation.     It’s very difficult to find a reliable, trustworthy and reasonably-priced plumbing company in the Austin area in these times. I was pleasantly surprised by this company’s honest communication, flexibility and super-qualified workmanship.My handyman recommended them to me after he couldn’t complete a job and needed someone with more expertise.A prev plumber I used overcharged me and left mud tracks in my home I still can’t remove from the outside concrete. A second company I called straight up ghosted me after me taking time off and driving to the area near my rental, 30 mins away. On Call was a pleasant change from the new, lower standard.     Got them through American Home Shield. To be honest they wee only there about 10 minutes and said it wasnt a warranty issue it was a maintenance issue. So I was out of pocket $125. When I said something about it the owner of the company named Patrick called me and we had a discussion about how American Home Shield works and about how they dont even get the whole $125. To be honest, it was very obvious to me that Patrick does care about his business and how things work. Most people would not have taken the time to call and discuss it with me so I would understand a little bit better what was going on.
