Deven and Kyle were extremely professional and fun to chat with as they worked on the installation of my water heater. They maintained a clean work space were careful around my gym and work bench they had to maneuver around. Chad was quick to respond to my phone call and easy to speak with about the solution to my water heater problem. They will be my go to company for any future issues and they will be the first I recommend to family and friends in need of service. Great Jobs Guys.....

We had a serious clog affecting toilets,showers and tubs.Called and got an appointment for next morning. Devin and Tyler were on time,isolated the clog outside between house and street. The clog was very thick, but ,thankfully, they had some serious heavy duty equipment and were able to clear it. They cleaned up to the point you could not tell they had even been there. Hard working guys! Would not hesitate to call them again if I need plumbing help in the future!

This company helped us with a whole house plumbing remodel and was very professional. They completed two bathrooms, a laundry room and kitchen with installation of water lines, gas lines and drain lines. They also assisted with an outside hose bib repair. They were very professional and great to work with. recommend them for any plumbing need that you might have.Edit: Since this last post I have had two family members use Fisher Critical Services and some other referrals. This is the plumbing company I would trust do complete a job for my family and friends. You will not be disappointed in their service.

After calling around trying to find someone who could replace our hot water heater with one that could keep our water hot for longer, I finally found these guys! They new exactly what to do, they were able to come that week and their prices were better than anyone I could find!! I can now run the dish washer and take a long shower and the water stays hot the entire time!!!! Oh, and they sent me reminders that they would be there, they didn’t give me some kind of “expect us between 12 and 4” kinda thing.. they gave me an exact time and they were at my door 5 minutes early!! Didn’t take them long at all. Thank y’all so much Fisher Critical!!! Y’all are amazing!!!

Hot water is a quality of life issue. I’m so grateful for the outstanding work of the whole team. They were skilled, polite, punctual and best of all, considerate of the economic burden. Good price for all the work and no charge for replacement parts by working with the manufacturer and their warranty. I appreciate not being billed for every minute, especially when the tech had to be on hold with the manufacturer part of the time.

So glad I found this company! On a late Saturday afternoon, after discovering a leak in my outdoor plumbing, I thought for sure that I wouldnt be able to get a plumber out to fix it. But Fisher picked up as soon as I called, and in less than an hour I had a plumber out on my property giving me a (very fair) estimate!Jacob, my plumber, was fantastic. Very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He was able to explain the problem to me in detail and exactly what it would take to fix it. He walked me through every step of the process and was up front about everything. Best service Ive gotten in quite a long time.I would recommend this company to anybody in a heartbeat. If you have a plumbing issue and are unsure where to turn, this is the place. Outstanding customer service, and amazing work!

I’ve had to use Fisher Critical Services for two plumbing-related issues in the last 6 months. One was a busted water pipe in my yard. The other was a clogged sewage drain. Both times they’ve come out same day and fixed my problem. They’re easy to communicate with, show up when they say they will, and are polite and very helpful. The first time I was helped by Jacob and the second time I was helped by Deven. Both offered top-notch service! I hope to have no more plumbing issues for the foreseeable future, but if I do, they’ll be my first call without a doubt. Use them if you want to be taken care of right the first time!
