Very good experience with Heritage Windows in Lexington, KY. The company recently installed new exterior storm windows on our 1939 house. Storm windows were removed from the home before we purchased it and replacements were a top priority for us to protect and preserve our old wood-framed single-pane windows, improve HVAC efficiency, and reduce impact from noise in the neighborhood.We had a couple of options for windows and went with ones manufactured by West Windows. The office provided a timely estimate and communicated with us about progress. We live in a historic district and Heritage helped us obtain the required approval for the work. Measurements and pre-installation inspections were performed quickly and professionally.The installation crew was very professional and took care with our yard and home, especially with our flower beds next to the house. We have dormer windows on a steep roof and the crew came prepared for those.We are already experiencing the improvements we hoped to see.

I am very happy with the way my storm windows turned out. My house is 120 years old and needed a new storm for a large stained glass window. There were a few others, including rounded shapes, all custom made and fit just right. The guys who did the work were terrific.

We selected Heritage Window Solutions due to their experience with older homes. We were not disappointed. We found their team to be very skilled and efficient in both removal of old storm windows and the when they returned later to install. We were satisfied and would recommend them to others.

Great company! Laryn and all of his staff were one of our best contactors to work with on 2 different and difficult projects at Mustard Seed Hill. His costs were more reasonable than other bids and he met every timeline.As far as quality, we cant find anyone doing such good work on such old and rough buildings, they look like new.Our 2 large buildings are around 80 years old with steel windows, so we ran into several unexpected problems. Laryn addressed each issue and took care of it with no problems. We are ready for them to bid on our next building as we move forward. I wish every contractor was as easy to deal with as Heritage Window Solution. Again, great company!

We purchased a home built in the 20s. While we wanted to make some serious updates, we also wanted to preserve the charm of the home and restore some of the original aspects of the home. Lexington Wooden Window & Doors had the expertise we trusted with such a serious task. They not only restored our transom window and double front solid wood doors...but they even serviced the locks and brought the brass hardware back to new!They also took some unique double back doors that were to be replaced and re-purposed those as pantry doors with a new glass design of my choice. The work was impeccable and they handled the project right along side our contractor. Very pleased!

Excellent work along with professional and personal service. With priceless (and very old) stained glass windows you cant use anyone less than the best. Heritage Window Solutions will do more work for us in the future.

We had Heritage Window Solutions design and install a window in our master bathroom. We had a general contractor working on a major upgrade of our master bath, but we could not work out the window needs with the contractor. Laryn and his team immediately came to the rescue, helped us walk through the options and then designed and installed this lovely window. I highly recommend this team.

We had an excellent experience with everyone we worked with- from the first call, to the salesperson, the restoration team, and the installers. Our project consisted of some repair work to our 120 year old, original windows and replacement of the storms. The communication from start to finish was excellent, as was the professionalism and attentiveness of the entire team. Once the project was complete, we immediately noticed a positive impact to the energy efficiency of our home. A+ on the aesthetic and functional improvements, as well customer service all around. Highly recommend!
