    Atlantic is locally owned, which is important to us. Our previous company went national. Service techs were not the best and were more sales reps than techs. Service plan was reasonable and scheduling was easy. The technician showed up on time and actually serviced my heater, without attempting to sell anything or recommend replacement of our older unit. We appreciate that. I would recommend them to anyone who is tired of attempts, by others, to take advantage of their naivety regarding HVAC.

    We switched to Atlantic as our go-to plumber a few years ago after our former company was sole and service went downhill. Were sorry that we werent with Atlantic all along! They answer the phone, set up appointments accurately and cooperatively, and their technicians are expert and friendly. Their prices are fair and transparent!

    I’m a new customer of Atlantic Refrigeration & AC- recommended by a friend. I’ve just had my AC inspection and I signed a yearly contract ($220)- very reasonable price for single unit maintenance.The technicians, Ken McCall & Scott (forgot his last name) were very friendly & personable. They explained the details of my AC system & the inspections they would be doing. I felt that their expertise was without question. I think Ken said he had been doing HVAC for 30 plus years.In the fall I will ask for the same team to check my heating system. I strongly feel that Atlantic & their technicians are completely trustworthy. No worries about scams & overpricing.Highly recommend Atlantic for maintenance & repairs to your HVAC systems!

    Their tech removed a furnace and water heater and installed a new water heater. Very professional took an hour or two longer than expected which is par for the course for a house built during the Cleveland administration very happy with the job, office staff a great too.

    I continue to be impressed with this company. They communicate with you through all steps. They work with you to make sure they can get your situation corrected. I had to get my AC unit replaced. They said Friday (yesterday) between 8-9, they showed up at 8 on the dot! They were professional and as un intrusive as possible while working non stop until they completed the job at 2:10. After that when they finished they had everything clean and put back exactly the way it was before. They explained everything, showed me the work they did and went over everything while informing me that they send in all the warranty information for me. The unit is working perfectly and I know if I have any questions or issues they told me just call and they would get me straight. I’ve had them do several jobs over the past 2 years and their customer services and employees are always kind and informative. I highly recommend them for any problems you have.

    Our AC unit crapped out so we called Atlantic since they were the original installers. Turns out the evaporator coil had a leak and needed to be replaced. Thank god it was under warranty so-we only had to pay for labor and material. The guys who worked on the unit were fantastic. It took a few days to get the part but we were kept informed and once it arrived they installed it quickly. I cant say enough about how professional all the people were. The person in the office ordering the parts, the girl who did the scheduling and the teams that arrived to work were all outstanding.

    Called upon Atlantic to relocate fiber ducts under my home to install 25 foot steel girder. Atlantic personnel did a great job in not only moving the duct work, they even returned to reseal one area. Working with their office personnel was also a pleasure.

    Here is a call out to your weekend emergency staff, particularly Dominic. They did a great job this past weekend (8/3/24) addressing our A/C failure in the midst of a houseful of weekend guests. Dominic came at the the end of a long list of customers at 10pm to fix the HVAC capacitor. This was the second time hes done a late night repair for us. Also, he did it in part so his co-worker the following day would not have to come so far north to start the emergency calls. Thank you Dominic!!!!     I am over the moon that I found a good company. I’ve headed them speak on 92.7 and kept forgetting the name so I used 92.7 website to track Atlantic refrigeration down. I’m so so happy I did.My Central air stopped working and it was 90 degrees in my house. The next day they had me up working again. I was a new customer and got wonderful customer service. I called with a question and they were just happy to answer me. It felt like the people who work there want to work there and do a great job. The technician was great. I wasn’t home but he kept me in the loop and was very informative with my father who let him in my place.     The team at Atlantic Refrigeration is awesome, their response time, service, knowledge and professionalism is 1st rate. I submitted an email request for service at night for an issue with an attic fan discharge line that did not vent outside. The home was scheduled for a home inspection and pending settlement and I received a call the next morning stating that a tech would be on his way within an hour. Scott showed up and proceeded to not only investigate the problem but solve it with a few hours. The are solution oriented with a great attitude...!!

    I had no experience with Atlantic Refrigeration &Air Conditioning but have listened to the owner give advice about HVAC on the radio for several years. I decided to get three estimates to replace my system, Atlantic had the middle estimate, I liked their sales person, he put in the effort and was a great help.     Atlantic has always been great to us whenever we have needed them. This time our tankless water heated failed and was leaking, I called them at 10pm and they walked me through how to turn the water off to the tank. They came out first thing the next morning, evaluated the tank and recommended a new one and installed it the next morning. Our plumber Justin was outstanding and finished the job in just a couple of hours. Top notch company!

    This company was excellent to work with! The people that I set up my appointment with/office were exceptionally nice and helpful. My technician Mr. Ruiz was amazing. He was respectful of the COVID issue wore mask and footies and stayed in the area he was working and stayed 6ft or more from me as well. He was on time, professional, kind, knowledgeable, explained everything and even told me a better way to get the most fir my money/service.     This was our first time doing business with Atlantic Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Inc.. We contracted them for our HVAC maintenance agreement along with an electronic filter system. Duane was our tech and called me, 15 minutes prior to our scheduled appointment, to let me know he was on his way. He was very polite and professional. When he arrived he covered his boots as to protect my hardwood floors, explained everything thoroughly before he began, communicated each time he exited and entered my home, answered all my questions, explained everything including my system to me upon completion, and he left the work area clean when he was finished. Overall he was very knowledgeable, professional, personable, and a likeable person who did a great job representing not only himself but Atlantic Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Inc as well.     Don’t Call Anyone Else (&PSA)Called another local company to just do a routine pre-winter inspection of our FULLLY FUNCTIONING HVAC system. System was looked at not that long ago by a different company that was sold- so figured it was time. Tech of this company ended up replacing 2 parts without even telling me beforehand, so my bill was hundreds of dollars. Before the tech even left my driveway I could tell there was something wrong with the system as I was not getting an outside temperature read-out. Long story short, tech tells me it shouldn’t affect anything, which was completely wrong because now my duel fuel system was drawing on propane when it was in the 60’s vs the heat pump. Called them back, one of the owners comes and suggests hundreds of more dollars in repairs and equipment that would not have fixed the problem and even has the audacity to insinuate that our system is “at the end of it’s life cycle” (its a fraction of the age of any other system I’ve had in other houses and has been working fine and is well maintained). He even seems to take offense when I question how is it that my system was fully functioning prior to them looking at it and wasn’t functioning properly before their tech even left our driveway and tried to convince me it was purely coincidence.Royal from Atlantic came out and within 15 minutes he diagnosed the problem which turned out to simply be a lose (or loosened..) wire. I appreciated his integrity and will be calling them for any needs I have going forward.This is how you win (and lose) loyal, long time customers. Thank you Royal and Atlantic.

    Very Satisfied with Atlantic Refrigeration service. We had an issue with our air conditioner not cooling on hot days. It would start out OK in the morning at 72 and later in the day reach 78 - 79 degrees without changing the thermostat. The fan would continue to blow air but compressor would not turn on to make the air cold enough to cool off the house. We had another company diagnose the problem incorrectly. The actually came on January 2nd when everyone else was taking the day as a holiday. The crew did an excellent job and cleanup was immaculate. Today, with Covid19 situation, technician serviced HVAC and tankless water heater with zero contact. When he needed thermostat adjusted in the house, he called me.     I called Atlantic Refrigeration & Air Conditioning and even though they were swamped with appointments they came the next day. Jorge Ruiz showed up. I explained the problem he surveyed the site, determined what was wrong, fixed it fast, and was so nice about it. Then my car wouldnt start! He whipped out a portable battery and my car started. How lucky Atlantic is to have this professional mechanic. This is the company and the technician you want to call.

    Jorge was an outstanding serviceman. He was conscientious and took the time to explain things to me in terms I could understand. Jorge was skilled and did a very thorough and precise job servicing our equipment. He insisted on wearing the booties even when I told him it was unnecessary, he insisted on preventing dirt and debris from getting on our floors. His polite demeanor and mannerisms were a breath of fresh air in this time of everyone being rushed and impolite. He is a serviceman like used to be so common in the past. My wife and I were hosting a dinner and we were also babysitting our nieces boys. Duane, the technician , gave me a courtesy call that he was on his way.Duane was professional and performed a diagnostic on the system. He and fixed our problem straight away, but alsochecked and rechecked the working temperature of our HVAC system, to make sure that the system was working properly .Thank you for the great service!
