    I called McMillon Electric on Monday morning after Thanksgiving at 8:00AM because my heat pump was not working right. I asked how many days it would be before they could come and they told me that a technician would be calling me by noon that day to schedule. The technician called at 8:15AM to tell me that he was under way! He diagnosed the problem but did not have the new part on hand. He went to get a new part and was back within an hour. The unit was back up and running by 11:00 that morning. This exceptional service is extremely rare now days. This is the third time that I have used McMillon and every time they have been prompt, polite, knowledgeable and very reasonable with their charges. I do not remember the tech name but thank you!!!

    Service techs Shannon and Carson are superior in their electrical knowledge, customer service and representation of McMillon Electric. They had a laundry list of electrical services at my residence and performed them all to my satisfaction and in a timely manner. This is the second time that Shannon has done work for me. His first visit, over a year ago, he was able to troubleshoot and resolve an electrical issue that previous electricians had failed to fix.

    They did an awesome job. All the men that worked on my job were very friendly and courteous. When they got my electrical all fixed the guys even waited in their truck for 2 or 3 hours while I was in the house burning candles waiting on Duke Power to come and reconnect the power. When they checked to see if everything was working one receptacle wasnt working and they are coming back after Thanksgiving to fix it. I would highly recommend McMillon Electricric to everyone.     I rarely write reviews, but felt compelled to do so based on my wonderful experience with this company. My experience with McMillon was outstanding. Every aspect was flawless from scheduling (Vickie), estimate (Dawson), and install of the entire new AC system (Jesse & Ben). You can not ask for better customer service and professionalism. Don’t call anyone else before calling McMillon for your home or business heating/ac needs.

    This review is long overdue. McMillon installed a ductless HVAC system in our small mountain get-a-way February, 2019. They are a first-class company; quality all the way. Counting office personnel, the manager who provided the quote, and installation/service technicians I was able to meet and work with 6 McMillon employees, every one of them was 100% professional and very knowledgeable. Im very happy with the product they provided and the installation work. No question that Ill work with them again if the need arises.

    Had a wonderful experience with McMillon Electric. New HVAC unit installed. Juan, Jerry, Maynard, Vickie and the entire staff was very helpful and professional. Job was completed quickly and no effort from me. I will highly recommend this company to all my friends. They go above and beyond!

    We recently had our AC quit working and McMillon was the first company to get back to us. A technician came out quickly and was able to resolve our issue. Very knowledgeable and helpful.We also reached out to them with a power issue and they got back to us right away and were able to direct us on they steps to take to get it resolved, even when it was something the power company needed to fix.

    This has to be my best experience with any business. Their office staff went way out of their way to help me get an air conditioning tech scheduled. Wesley showed up right when he said he would and went right to work to diagnose and repair my air conditioner. He answered a ton of questions about my system as well as took pictures and info so I can replace both units this fall (when its cooler). Looking forward to continuing business with McMillon Electric and highly recommend them.

    McMillon Electric installed a new HVAC system in an older log home we recently purchased. They provided expert service and stayed with us until the system was perfectly tuned for our mountain location. A special shout out to Dawson who was so patient and thoughtful is getting our system tweaked just right. I highly recommend McMillon Electric for HVAC

    Everyone at McMillan Electric is so helpful, friendly and professional. They have installed air units at my home, have serviced them throughout the years and helped me with troubleshooting.     McMillon Electric most recently installed a new HVAC unit for my home in Olivers Landing. Everyone that visited my home were knowledgeable, friendly and very polite. The installers spent the necessary time to explain my new high tech thermostat (love it) and they cleaned up afterwards. I dont provide reviews often, but felt it necessary to recognize their entire team including Vicki for her assistance in completing the paperwork for rebates that were available.Great job!

    We are new in the area, and recently bought a new home. With a failing HVAC system, we frantically reached out to a local company. McMillan responded to us within hours, and showed up the next day. It soon became apparent that the old, original system needed replacement. We got a great price and professional installation much sooner than wed hoped for. Just in time for this current heat wave. They even filed for a a rebate on our behalf from Duke Energy. Great people, products and services!

    Our AC died on a Saturday during a string of 90°+ days. I called on Monday morning and they were able to come out first thing on Tuesday. Both the office staff and the tech were professional and efficient.There was a charge for the visit which they let me know about and then a charge for a new capacitor and contactor. I felt the total was reasonable.The air conditioner is 23 years old so it could die at any time. Ill contact McMillion when it does for a replacement.

    I want to brag on Tyler. He came to my Moms house (JeanPhillips) her Heat Pump had quit working. He went above and beyond to find parts for the heat pump.     McMillan Electric scheduled an appt with us to look at the AC. First, they called ahead and was earlier than expected which was a good thing when it was hot in the house. Secondly, the young man wh came out was very cordial and used good manners which is not always present in young people now. Unfortunately, I can’t remember his name but I would call on him again. Third, their prices were very reasonable for what we needed.

    A few years ago my husband and I had a new heating and a/c system put in, using McMillon Electric. I can only say good things about the company. We get our system service every year and each time the young men that have come out have been so polite, respectful and explained everything to my husband on what was done. I cant thank Maynard Annas and the entire staff enough for everything they do. Great job!!!!!

    McMillon Electric did all the electrical, heat & air for my home when I built it. Again, when I built my salon, they did all the electrical. When emergencies happen, they are quick to respond. This is the only company I would recommend for all of your electrical needs.
